I was scheduled to have an estimate tomorrow and they refused to come out because my father and I work opposite schedules and there's no way for us to be off on the same day. My mom and myself are the decision makers. I haven't had issues with any other company but this one and their excuse is "we don't want to inconvenience you by coming out multiple times" No, you don't want to inconvenience yourselves by "coming out multiple times". Update on order dec 3rd 2018 Initial order date from Statewide windows and doors Now 4 months & 12 days after ordering from this company! Initial promise was 6-8 weeks from agent Ray Bergen The installers finally showed up one week before thanksgiving to start with what the statewide windows and doors said was my complete set of windows. Day one of install started with insistence on check from me for my 2nd payment of contracted price! they removed and installed the first 6 windows.it went ok I stayed all day to make sure! Day two not so well. Things went so well first day the installers knocked out my bedside window and went to install replacement. Turns out the window was short! Just off by 20 inches! 20 inches!!!!!! You don't believe me- See pic attached! From this point it went way down hill. Installers stopped work to check stock and remeasure all windows on all openings Installers reported that the below issues to me and Statewide windows and doors! 2nd bedside window also 20 inches short so not installed. French door delivered had 4 bored holes Normal door has 3(deadbolt and 2 knobs. Bay window we ordered small fixed window/large opening window/small fixed window We received a small fixed window/large fixed window/small fixed window Garage door was 6 inches too big. They asked if ok to make it fit I said no please replace door. They forgot to order one whole window in the garage.never made the order page after being measured twice by different people. Sales rep and head measuring guy( he's the one who lost 20 inches twice,might be that pinball wizard guy!! Back and forth with what is likely the worst window company on this planet statewide windows and doors for lots more aggravation. They stated windows and doors were ordered and would be delivered 7 December 2018 and would be installed by the 14th december 2018 (4 months 3 weeks after initial order and payment of one third contract price. The installers then downed tools for thanksgiving leaving one uninstalled slider which was to be done after the thanksgiving break. Monday no one showed! Tuesday no one showed! Called them and they said install crew are missing and never made it back from thanksgiving( May call csi on this shady lot) Have asked for discount on phone and email due to the double time where this order was messed up!but nothing is offered! Remember it took statewide windows and doors 5-weeks to submit permit to my development That's where majority of the issue lies with this. Permit took 2 days and was picked up by me after sitting there for 5 days. The rest is just mis-management,bad measuring and lies that are told to customers to get them into contract! I have asked for reduction on price to the company via email and phone but none has been offered. today after another no show install appt asked to install all 6 missing items and 1 large slider in one day which I have stated is impossible Remember it's Statewide windows and doors!!! 2 bedside widows (2nd bedside window also 20 inches short so not installed.) SCAM COMPANY...Please read all the complaints about this company on all websites before hiring. Defraud, revised my agreement from the original product ordered to an inferior, cheapest model window and sliding door. Then delivered incorrect color sliding door, ripped balcony screen, 2nd sliding door installed with a full gap on the bottom. Manufacturer ESW rep came twice to evaluate and report states that the agreed upon initial contract of ES-EL windows have to be installed to replace the cheaper Multimax model Statewide installed. Pootest quality of customer service, high turnover, no follow up by company, lack of willingness to acknowledge and resolve issues. They just create more problems by not solving problems. Completely no respect, care, pride for customer service, quality of work, atrocious installation. You agree and pay for a certain product and they scam you by bringing a different product. Fourteen months and still no resolution STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY And to top it all off, the president of the company himself came to measure my wimdows but je is nowhere to ne found now. In March 2023 I ordered a five track frame consisting of three glass door panels and two screen door panels installation was in July 2023 first they brought me a three track frame that was the first mistake instead of five and then they made sure they installed it in such a way that they couldn't add the other two tracks that they made a mistake on But they brought me the screen doors and said here have a nice day we can give you $100 credit. And take back to two large screen doors that I can't use The whole job was a disaster. They refused to acknowledge and they're not doing anything about it and I keep calling no response the worst experience I ever had. read more

The work at my property was subletted by statewide to a company that cut corners. They failed to secure the windows with screws due to the fact that they failed to supprt the windows with bucks. Upon an engineering report, the company forgot to put the bucks and simply dropped unsecured screws in the manufacturer holes and covered them with silicone since they were not drilled into anything... see public complaints on BBB, GOOGLE, Florida Licensing dept and Dept of agriculture. Beware! They also are trying to silence me with a NDA agreement and lawyers. They have also filed a false lien on my property due to me lawfully withholding a portion of the funds from them due to them attempting to decieve me and city inspectors and failing to install the windows properly after about 6 months of them trying! read more

They take no responsibility for the fact that Ive waited since June only for them to come out on Dec 17 2021 rip out my old windows to find out that they had to now install the wrong windows. Save yourself the headache. STAY AWAY from Statewide windows and doors. After all the problems they caused me, I told them I will review them online for their unprofessionalism and they said that they don't care. So let's see just how little they care. I hired them back in 2016. They said the project passed inspection and that the project was closed. I had financed my windows with them and paid for everything. This year I was doing some work and pulled a permit with the city. To which I find out I had an open permit with some company that I did not hire called Herman Brothers; apparently a qualifyer for statewide windows and door. I found out that my project is still open and on hold. They never did or request any inspection with the city and I was shocked because according to them the work was completed. I called many times trying to talk to them and no one answered. When I couldn't get a hold of them I decided to work with the city trying to close the permit as an owner. In the meantime I kept calling multiple times before I finally got someone to talk to me. I was told by them the project is closed on their system to which I told them the city has the project still open and on hold. They said they would check with the city. They never called me. I called again and spoke to someone to which she said they will not take responsibility for the project. They also said since I started working with the city on closing the project that I already paid them and that they will not take it over to get it inspected or close with the city. I tried talking to them or asked to talk to the owner for some result, but they hang up the phone on me and no longer answer any of my calls. I wish I could give them a -100 stars. This an updated review of the Statewide Impact Windows and Doors. They installed my windows on 11/2020 and at the time they installed a window that was clearly cracked and caused damage to my property that I had to pay to fix myself. Less a than a year after install, there is another cracked window. The window cracked with no impact whatsoever. I notified them on 8/2021 of the cracked window and 2 months later, I am still waiting for the replacement. The windows that this company installed in my house seem to be defective and once they get your money, they do not seem to care. Worst window company in Florida. They installed windows and broke the balance rods, showed up literally stoned and employees outside getting high, no call, no showed 9 times costing me to lose thousands in lost revenue, Filed liens and sued us because we delayed the final payment until they repaired their broken windows, The windows are never clear but cloudy and opaque. They tried to fill in the 2" gaps they created with calking NOT stucco. Unplugged all our window alarm sensors and never reinstalled them leaving them taped to the walls instead, They refuse to return my phone calls and refuse to release the lien even after I paid them more than $1000 over wheat we owed. The employees even said they hated working there as they have no idea how to run a company and screw over their own people. And low and behold we have been paying the loan so we wouldn't default on the loan. The SALES GUY said we would not pay a thing until everything was installed and inspection complete! LIES! I wish we had read the reviews prior to engaging in business with this company. We hired Statewide to install 4 sets of hurricane impact windows in our condo. Erik, the salesman, stated that a 50% deposit was required, which we paid in full. He promised the job to be finished within 5-8 weeks. The total price was agreed upon at 6k. A few days later we received a call stating that due to the condo being on the 4th floor, the price would increase by $400, which we then agreed to. We were also told the company would arrange for all the necessary permits. They forgot to send the permit requests to our HOA, which delayed the work being done. Once the permits were finally submitted and approved, Statewide informed us that the delivery date for the actual windows would be another 3-5 weeks. Mind you we had already been waiting 4 months at that point! Multiple calls from us later, the windows finally came in and we arranged an installation date. No one showed up at the scheduled time. We made more calls and they finally came 3 hours late. Three workers came that day but only one worker actually did anything. The other two were on their cell phones nonstop or taking extended breaks. The work was done sloppy- they didn't caulk correctly and we had to correct on our own. Furthermore, the first City inspection failed because the permit didn't match the application Statewide submitted. All in all, the process took a total of 7 months! We tried to contact the owner, John Duda, but they kept evading us. We complained to the manager, Michael Grondin, and got nowhere with him. He didn't even apologize or cut us a break. In fact, when we made the final payment, after we gave him our credit card info, he had the nerve to say there would be an additional 2% processing fee charged to the credit card. We told him immediately that we are not authorizing the charge and that instead we'd send a check. This was just one huge headache from the very beginning to the end- 7 months worth for a job that was supposed to take no longer than 2 months. She is very kind and asks If I would like the check returned to me. I said "no" and asked to speak with someone who could give me an explanation for why this happened. She offers to send a message to the Operations Manager (Mike) who should get back to me the next day. 3-16-23 I get no call from Mike the Operations Manager. 3-21-23 I made 4 separate calls on this day. Twice the call was dropped while I was waiting in due to speak with someone. On the 3rd call I speak with Ann Marie who is very kind and is surprised that Mike never called me. I am told he is in the office and I choose to wait on hold to speak with him. After being on hold for 30 minutes, the call is dropped again. I call back and wait in the queue again to speak with Ann Marie. She says she would a note on Mike's desk to give me a call. 3-22-23 I speak with Ann Marie again who looks on Mike's desk and confirms that the note she left him was no longer there. Ann Marie then tells me she would compose an email and send it to Mike and to John the company owner and cc me on the email. As of 3-27-23 I have received no call or email concerning this matter, perhaps this rating and accurate account of events will prompt some kind of response. Stay Far Away From This Company. Nothing but trouble from the start. Contract sign on April 24, 2021. Windows were delivered on Nov 5, 2021, with two broken and two were ordered wrong. Windows were reorder on Nov 6, 2021. Finally showed up on Feb 28, 2022, but didn't have the staff to instill the windows. They returned on March 3, 2022 with the owner JOHN DYDA and broke one of the windows they were instilling. Reordered on March 4th, 2022, and haven't heard crap from the company to date May 23, 2022. Firstly, the office management has been cordial, informative and responsive to calls when requesting information. Most importantly though, the onsite workers are dedicated professionals that get the work done with a level of quality that is 2nd to none. The quality of work far exceeded the price I paid, and the enhancement to my property increased the value beyond my expectations. This is due largely in part to the care and conscientiousness of the workmen that did their work with pride and commitment to job and company. Statewide Windows and Doors I had all my windows replaced today, the customer service and professionalism I received was impeccable from sales to installation. I wasn't able to take down my blinds and window treatments due to my recent surgery and I am not allowed on ladders since my last fall, they took the blinds down and curtains they needed to and put them back up. Horrible customer service and shoddy work. They put 2 windows in wrong room & damaged the window frames taking them out to move them to the correct room. Mismeasured 1 window & we waited 2 months to get a replacement. We contracted in October 2021 with an estimated installation date of March. Finally finished September 2022. The large window that was the wrong size is still in our garage taking up room & despite many promises to pick it up, no one contacts us. You wait 10-15 minutes on the phone when you call. Building inspector found a dozen places where they forgot to put screws. They missed caulking on 7 windows. After posting this I doubt I will ever get them to fix a problem but I'm pissed. The project of installing 8 windows took months to complete between ordering, missed appointments (on Statewides behalf) backorders and follow ups. We remained patient through the process because we weren't in any rush, understood that they had a lot of jobs to complete and felt that as long as the job was completed, we could be patient with them. Once the job was finally completed, we noticed quite a few details that were missed. Baseboards missing, cracks on the outside of the stucco, screens put on backwards, poor workmanship with sealing and caulking, etc. Again, we chose to let it go at this point. We just wanted it to be over at this point and could handle fixing these things on our own. As far as we were told by Statewide, the project was completed. We chose to let the little details go and move on. Fast forward a few months to hurricane Irma. The first real rain we have had since the window installation and what happens? Water pours in from all around the newly installed sliding door Prior to the installation, we have never had any issues in that area with the roof or any other type of leak. After the damage, we had two separate people from two separate companies tell us it wasn't the roof but a crack right above the sliding door. That crack wasn't there prior to installation. So, thinking that any reputable company would fix their mistake, we reached out to Statewide to ask them to fix the issue. After being stood up multiple times (no phone calls to cancel, no reschedules, no communication at all), someone finally made it out to look at the damage after consistent phone calls on our end. We were under the impression the operations manager would be out to inspect but instead someone else came out who couldn't tell us how to move forward. His response to the damage, "The leak is coming from the roof." He didn't even have a ladder to get on the roof... Since then, I called twice and was sent to a voice mailbox (call the operations manager directly and his mailbox is full) and haven't heard anything from them. We reached out to the BBB and Statewide responded with lies. They even said they had a "scheduled home visit" with us on October 18th when they had never scheduled anything with us. Stay away from this company. In hind sight, we should have went with a more established, reputable company. read more

Ordered windows in February 2021. Was told that we would have install scheduled within 12 weeks. A month later we added an exterior door to the order and shortly after was told that our order would now be delayed until July 2nd 2021 due to manufacturing issues. I agreed to wait. They showed up July 19th to install windows. Install team was in personal trucks, no uniforms to indicate they work for statewide. Men were pleasant to work with. On 1st day they removed 3 windows and quickly installed the new ones due to rain in the afternoon. The next day they returned with more people and finished all 13 windows. The door however was not done as someone ordered the door as 8'-0" instead of 80" tall. We had to wait until September 2nd to get the door installed. During this time i tried to get them back for a list of punch list items. Finally got inspection on door and windows but punch list items remain. They called me in early december to collect final payment but i told them they are not complete. They agreed to return 12/30/21 to finish all items once i confirmed in email what those items were. As of 12/30/21 they still are not complete and I ended up caulking some of the windows myself so we could get window treatments back up. Windows are good quality, install company doesnt care about their work, they simply want to collect money slap windows in and move to the next house. I am a reasonable person and can understand manufacturing delays due to COVID. but once you have the windows and doors this is where the install company has a chance to really shine. Statewide has failed at every opportunity given to them. read more

We called and made an appointment for a quote. They were scheduled to come on a Sunday at 10am. They called the day before and confirmed the appt for 10am. I scheduled my day around this appt. Then on Sunday morning, a different person texted me to confirm for 11am. Due to all of the confusion, I cancelled that appointment. I called and texted the sales person several times to reschedule and never got a call back. I finally got a call back after a week and rescheduled for the quote. The salesperson came out, measured the windows, then emailed us a quote with the window types and sizes (no prices per window) and the total cost. I also received an email from Statewide for a February promo stating "Right now we are offering $500 off each window with a minimum of 6 openings". I mentioned this to the salesman and he said he would look into it, as if he was not aware. I emailed him a few days later and asked again if he could provide us with an updated quote that would include the promo. He said he would send it right over. I had to follow up again and he sent another quote. This quote had $500 off the total price, not $500 off each window. I pointed this out to him and he said "he was under the impression that we had a promo that said $500 off the entire job", even though i clearly sent him the exact email we received from his company saying per window. he said he would sent us a new quote AGAIN. Then he came back days later and said he could only take $500 off the entire job and he "applied all of our discounts". This company is truly a disappointment. Why send out a month long promo email to prospective customers and then not adhere to that promo. This is false advertising and extremely unprofessional. They lost a good sale and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest company. read more

horrible ordered sliding doors in jan took 3 times for permits to pass and they wont honor a 900 dollars discount that theyre sales man orignally gave for removal of our old hurricane shutters. we signed before reading contract so this is our fault, however due to the mistakes they made with getting permits you would think they would extend the courtesy. asked michael grondin to please call us and only recieved an email, whats wrong with your phone mike? its september no windows yet our neighbor started the process with another company after we started ours and his windows and doors are complete .... read more
