This review is overdue but still totally deserved! Jupiter Aluminum did a fantastic job on installing my hurricane impact windows. I recently saw one of the company's reviews online and fully agreed with the reviewer's accolades regarding this company. I too shopped around for quotes for my home. I called & spoke to the owner, Mark, and set up an appointment for Glen (his salesman) to come out the next day. If I had any questions, Mark or Glen were available to answer them promptly. Their installers were right on time, polite, professional and took great care covering my floors & furniture and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased and impressed with Jupiter Aluminum. The company received high praise from a local building inspector as well as from a surrounding municipality's building department. I would highly recommend this company, hands down! A++++ read more

We had Jupiter Aluminum replace the windows in our home in Abacoa with hurricane rated windows. We are very happy with the result. The pricing was fair, the service was timely . No complaints at all. I recommend them. read more

We had a few contractors working at a few locations. JA gets a 5 star rating! Not ALL contractors get this rating! [Lighthouse Plumbing = 2 stars...they only get the 2 star rating because the job was completed] As a Police Officer, integrity means a lot. Few receive my endorsement, because honesty means a lot!!! I don't expect every contractor to subscribe to the same philosophy. However, JA was one of the few contractors that meets this standard. I would trust JA to do the job again! I would like to point out why they get this rating... Customer service was top notch! The communication about what work would be done and what could be a problem was communicated. There was no deception! (Lighthouse Plumbing) End result...JA did a great job and they kept their word. I feel like I should add a disclaimer...I am normally skeptical of any good reviews, so I will add a disclaimer... I do not know anybody personally from the company and have no ties to the company. read more

Jupiter Aluminum recently replaced doors and windows (24 openings) at my home. From the start to completion of the project - sales, scheduling, installation, inspections - they were professional and efficient, answering my questions, and taking care of every detail, including the presentation for my HOA which required approval. Jupiter Aluminum did the majority of the work in 1.5 days resulting in minimal disruption. Dust was kept at a minimum and they were respectful and cared for my home as they worked. I recommend Jupiter Aluminum without reservation, not only did they complete high quality work, pricing was competitive and my new PGT windows are highly rated. Geneva read more

I used Jupiter Aluminum to put in a hurricane door in the side of my garage. They were exceptionally easy to work with. And they did a great job installing my door. One of the easiest contractors to deal with ever. Definitely 5 stars!! read more

Being in construction, I know it's never about the best price but JA actually was the best price on PGT. Amazing turn around time in this market - less than three months from measurement and estimate until install and completion. Best part was the installers - professional and knew exactly what they were doing. read more

I just finished having my entire house covered with accordion shutters from Jupiter aluminum. I can honestly say that I have never been so pleased with how professional and friendly they treated me. They explained everything to me in full detail with the prices which were very competitive than other companies I have already had many compliments from my neighbors. If you are looking for hurricane protection and a big discount with your insurance company I highly recommend Jupitor aluminum. Ask for Mike and he will go out of his way to help you. Wonderful company highly recommend them. read more

I shopped around for hurricane windows for our home and after a recommendation, I contacted Jupiter Aluminum. Mark contacted me to set up an appointment and explain everything and the next day, we had the estimate in writing and then chose to go with Jupiter Aluminum. If I had any questions, Mark was available to answer them right away. They delivered in time with great care, covered our furniture, thoroughly cleaned up the rooms and new windows and followed up with removal of our old tracks for the hurricane panels and shutters, and also patched up the holes and replaced the wood. We had other companies put in their contracts that they wouldn't even do this after the installation of the windows so we were very very pleased that Jupiter Aluminum took their time to completely finish the job, even after getting paid, which to me, is very impressive. And they got high praise from the city of Palm Beach Gardens Inspector. I would very highly recommend this company. A+++ read more

I'd have to search to locate a more profoundly terrible company. Poor communication, shoddy installation, poor office help. Across the board: we were given terrible service, terrible installation, terrible follow-up. They take your money and deliver dreadful service. Find someone else. read more

Super speedy and wonderful customer service! The process was seamless and easy. The shutters work great and are easy to use. We got accordion shutters on our whole upstairs and they were a breeze this hurricane season! read more

We moved to Florida in 2013 and heard about Jupiter Aluminum. We needed hurricane shutters for our sliding door and called Jupiter Aluminum. We had such a great experience with Mark, the owner, Mike in sales, and their entire staff: Anne, Heather, Robin & Dale. After our initial hurricane shutter purchase, we proceeded to purchase a front screen door, a rear screen door and now are in the process of purchasing hurricane windows for all our windows. Thank you Jupiter Aluminum. You are our "go to" business!! Gratefully, Penny S read more

I recently had an impact front door installed. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The workmen were professional, friendly, and qualified. This is the third job that I've had done by Jupiter Aluminum and I've always been happy with their work, quality of materials, installation process, super quick scheduling once the products are in, and that I've always been able to reach Heather in the office and the owner, Mark whenever I had a question or was following up on an order. I highly recommend Jupiter Aluminum. read more

I first used this company in 1999 for accordions and they were wonderful. Now years later, they installed impact windows on my current home which came out lovely. The ladies in the office were very nice to work with as was our sales rep who was very informative. Highly recommend. read more

Think twice and get multiple bids I called to get an estimate on replacing windows. The first estimate was 75% more then the other estimate of the same product. They then responded and offered alternative product that was lower cost. They were 56% higher than two reputable companies in the area for the same product read more

HORRIBLE Service, HORRIBLE everything! DO NOT hire this company to install your windows. They do not care. They do not respond to calls. They did a horrible job with window installation and refuse to fix it. Looking for a window replacement? DO NOT call Jupiter Aluminum. Hope this helps you from getting a headache like I did. read more

Never ever call or use this company. worst customer service ever. left people stranded for the hurricane close this business down ASAP read more

This is an outstanding small enterprise. I randomly stopped to get some accordion hurricane shutter prices as I am getting ready for hurricane season. The secretary by the front door, Ms. Ingram I believe was very busy but still pleasantly took time out and wrote down my window measurements, gave an approximate estimate, and then referred me to Mark, the owner who was in the shop. Mark was very helpful and all business. He quickly went to my house and checked measurements and promised the shutters later that week. The workmanship was precise, first class. His price also by far the best. I did the install myself, not that difficult and they look great. The shop foreman actually helped me load them and they were ready right on time as promised. This company is a fine example of small business success in America. Thank you Jupiter Aluminum! read more

No customer service. Phone calls are not returned. and have received no satisfaction at all. A roll down shutter they installed does not function correctly after one year. There is a two year warranty, which apparently they are not going to honor. After one and a half months, they have yet to repair said shutter. Horrible business, stay away!! read more

I am extremely happy with the service i received from this company. I initially hired them for a screen enclosure and then requested their service again for impact windows. They provided the best price out of all my quotes. Both times, the job was well done and finished by the deadline. I trust their products and their service and will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. read more
