Great selection and they helped us pick something close to what we were replacing. They kept in contact with us about any delays or shipment issues. I just had a visit with Isaac regarding a repair or replacement of a plantation door shutter. Isaac was able to determine the manufacturer of the shutter and informed me the unit has a lifetime warranty (which I did not know) and proceeded to contact them on my behalf. Instead of trying to sell me a new shutter, he assisted me in getting a replacement from the manufacturer. Wow!!! Seriously, so so so SO Professional. So my family lives in a 2 story house & needed immediate help to revamp the blinds due to other services they were having done. Isaac was so quick to come on by, guide us through this process as it is all new to us and really lend a helping hand where he could. He came over, initially just to give us options & a ton of recommendations. My parents were seriously ecstatic and loved everything he had to say. When they finally decided which route to go, it was a really quick process. Isaac came in for installation, I believe he brought his partner as well which sped up the process. He didn't leave a mess. We ordered blackout roller shades for 5 large windows and could not be happier with the outcome. Our sales guy was friendly and came prepared with lots of samples and suggestions. He also always answered his cell when we called to follow up. The blinds were quoted at 3-4 weeks but ours took almost 6 because of Covid delays. The office kept us updated and they were worth the wait. The installation went super smooth and the people who installed them were also very nice and professional as well. Everyone in my home wore masks. We interviewed a bunch of contractors and they were competitive with pricing while offering a beautiful product and excellent all around customer service.
