My whole experience with Shoppers Drapes and Blinds has been very pleasurable, this is my second time using this company. Everyone I have dealt with has been great, from Michael, who answers the phone to Brigitta, the sales woman. And David the installer was a gem, He was very thorough, knew what he was doing, took his time to explain the operation of the shades, how to clean them if they got dirty. After three days of new window treatments being installed, we had a problem with the valances. It took them over two months to get the problem fixed. They took the window treatments to send to the factory. They left me with nothing to cover all my windows. Had to buy temporary treatments at my own expense. They said it was a factory problem, not theirs. The repair wasn't to our satisfaction! read more

Adam gave me great options and advice on picking the right shades based on my needs. He answered all of my questions and got paperwork in quickly so then, Matt could come measure. Matt did a great job measuring and explaining how the shades would work (with the remotes/motors). He did a great job measuring and the shades fit perfectly. Matt also did the installation. Shoppers Drapes & Blinds did an amazing job helping with the finishing touch on my modern interior! Charlie, the sales person, came to my home and showed me great options and we found the exact right solution for my brand-new windows and sliders, which were zebra blinds with the same bronze tones as my window frames. A short time later Michael, a super nice guy, and his pro team quickly and efficiently installed over 20 blinds throughout the home. Also, because of hiccups in my construction schedule Michael even came to install my bathroom blinds a few months after the original installation at no extra charge! The process was so easy. The sales representative Adam came out and helped me select what I wanted. They had lots of options and he was very knowledgeable on what would work best. The order took only 3 weeks to come in and then David came out to do the install. He did an excellent job and was helpful in letting me know how best to clean the material. After a terrible experience with another South Florida window treatments store, we went to Shoppers Drape & Blinds in Boynton Beach. They were terrific to deal with. One day after visiting the store, a design consultant, Tamara, came to our home. She helped us decide what to order and three weeks later, our window treatments were installed, which was earlier than we expected. The men who came to do the installation were on time and very professional. We are very pleased with the final result and would definitely recommend them. read more

So upsetting. Had three blinds installed April 2021 - left Florida shortly after for the season. Got back to Florida end of December and noticed all three blinds had a run in fabric. Called Jodie (the then manager) sent her pictures. She knows we were not in Florida for summer months. She said we were outside the 90 days but her company stands behind their products. We set up a date in Feb to have blinds picked up, Jodie has left the company - Mike (the now manager) at first didnt want to come pick up the blinds - after sending my correspondence and pictures w/ Jodie -he did come and pick up the blinds. After a few weeks Mike called me to say the manufacture did replace the fabric and I must pay $125 to have the binds bought back to my house. He then told me it was not a manufacture issue -I probably got something on the blinds --maybe dry cleaning solution?????? maybe bleach? He said the manufacturer replaced fabric as a favor to Shopper Drapes - He also said He didnt believe I was not in Florida for the summer months - Mike should have disclosed a fee before taking the blinds -- I asked him why he didnt tell me when he picked up blinds -He said"I knew you would argue" He is right I would not have been happy -but would have had no choice. AWFUL ... I went to store and picked up my blinds and had to find and pay a handiman to come to help me install them - they were just a little to heavy for me to do it myself read more

so disappointed with these blinds. They are very cheap looking badly finished. The price was moderate but most definitely not cheap. Buyer beware. I thought because Costco had recommended them that they would have been pretty good products. Not so !!! Window treatments take decor and design to the next level. When moving into a new house you want everything to be just right and for me picking the right window treatments is difficult. That's why I'm so glad I used Shoppers Drapes & Blinds. I walked in, told Jodie what I needed, she walked me through my options and gave me solutions. The installer Harvey was knowledgeable, polite and skilled at proper installation. I had an issue with material not functioning properly and they constantly worked with me and my schedule to get it resolved. They're nice, knowledgeable and efficient. Had 5 shades installed a few months ago by Michael at shoppers drapes and blinds. The shades were $2500. Now one shade does not go up all the way. I called, called again and I was told the shade will be replaced by the manufacturer. And, for someone to come out and exchange the shade they want to charge $125 for labor. Absolutely a rip off by this company. These are brand new shades that one was either defective or installed incorrectly. I find it awful that they want to charge a service fee for this issue. Extremely disappointed in this company. Do not use this company, they do not stand behind there service. read more

This company installed motorized solar shades in my home. The customer service was great, and my installer was a perfectionist.

We order new blinds from Shoppers Drapes and Blinds. Our Bedrooms have a corner with 2 windows. The saleswomen explained that there would be a slight gap in the cornner and the corner showws a border around the glass of the windows. You would assume this would be a slight gap and show just light,but it was a large window gap(around 3 inches ) and therefore no privacy. They tried to adjust them but they were cut too narrow. The owner said they would order me plantation shutters if I wanted for an addition charge. If there is going to be a window gap I believe that should have been disclosed. Shame on Shoppers Drapes and Blinds for not being up front. read more

We did receive the blinds and they are metal ones. They have a nice look about them , I feel they are on the cheap side of manufacturing. Let's just say I would never buy from this company again. read more
