My intro with them was through a nice lady called Goldy who answered the phone. She was polite and offered great customer service. She fit me in their schedule fairly quick. Stephen came out and did a great job with recommendations and providing some ideas on best shades for some of the windows. Took no more than 3-4 weeks before Goldy called and said my shades were in and they were looking for an appt to install. The crew that came in to install were also very respectful and efficient with the install. Highly recommend and thanks to the Shades West team for a job well done.

In my eyes, there is no other place to go for window treatments than Supreme. Our master bedroom window treatments are very delicate. We have a blackout shade and zebra shades on top. The middle shade is a double window and it's heavy. There is a heavy bar at the bottom of the shade that after a few years seems to rip off. We met with Elliot at Supreme and he ordered three new window treatments for us. Kenny scheduled an installation appointment with us. He called in advance and came when scheduled. He worked quickly and neatly taking down our old shades and putting up the new ones.

We made a service call for a replacement clutch on a shade which we have done in the past with…read moreanother company We were told after a visit it would take a couple days to receive part 3 weeks later , no part and lack of correspondence from the company with any updates other than " waiting on part" Finally gave up and got it repaired in one day elsewhere I don't believe this was a part issue but pure discrimination I knew it the day we met , but gave the benefit of the doubt which is why we waited 3 weeks. The final repair in a day confirms my thoughts! There was never any intention to come back for a repair!
