Prestige Blinds was convenient and professional with numerous options to choose from!

Price above the average. Service is below the average. Warranty denied less than two months after the installation. Even I told him the problem is just a little adjustment. Called another company, and they helped me by phone. read more

Excellent customer service especially given the pandemic. We had to wait a few months for our custom order to come in but it was well worth the wait. The blinds and plantation shutters look amazing and add an elegant touch to our new home. Installation was painless and professional. We already placed our second order. Thank you, Ronny and team. read more

Ron is AWESOME! He's very responsive and easy to work with. He provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. Unfortunately, I ordered the Salsa style zebra shades that have beautiful line details but after it was installed, I didn't love it. Ron was quick to do whatever it took to make sure I was completely satisfied. This company is a standup business that strives to make their customers 100% happy!!! You can rest assured that Ron will deliver as promised and take care of you, like he took care of me. He was not satisfied until I was satisfied. That speaks volumes of the quality and character of Ron at Prestige Blinds. read more

10/10 would reccomend!!! Ronnie was amazing! I called and he came out within the same week to do the estimate. I ordered the blinds the same day because the price was very reasonable. I was in the process of having new windows installed and didnt want to have the blinds put in until the windows were done. They were so accomodating with this request. The installation process was super quick and clean! Everyone was so pleasant to work with. I love my blackout zebra blinds! The custom cut is PERFECT!!!! I highly recommend them and will use again. read more

I am a repeat customer of Prestige Blinds. The first time around Ronny installed our plantation shutters about two years ago. I was so satisfied with his work that I decided to call him back to install blackout shades. As always he has been extremely thorough, and very detailed. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone looking to do any window treatments. If you're looking for quality work and affordable pricing, don't hesitate to contact Ronny. read more

We had our original blinds from when we purchased our home replaced in our bedroom. What an upgrade. We were referred to another company by a friend and that company was very busy and we were far from them and didn't want to take on the job but referred us to Prestige Blinds. When your competition thinks highly of you, you must be doing something right. We contacted Prestige, spoke with the owner Ronnie, he came out gave us an estimate. He had samples for us to see to make our choice, measured the windows, and gave us a written estimate. Everything looked good and he ordered the blinds/shades from the manufacturer. Ronnie gave us a call when everything was ready and set up a time to come install. Best part is Ronnie does the work so you don't need to worry about who is going show up at your home. He was on time, organized, tidy while working, and cleaned everything up when done. All the work done in a few hours that day. Took time to go over everything that was installed and how it functioned, how to maintain and care for the blinds/screens. Fast forward a few months. We are so happy with the blinds/screens in our bedroom, we decided to replace our faux wood blinds in the main part of the house. Gave Ronnie a call for an estimate, on time again and we went ahead with the new project. Ronnie communicated with us that the manufacturer was behind on their orders and that he would call us when he had everything in and ready to install. (It was only a couple of days more than initially thought it would have been) Everything was installed in a few hours and looked fantastic. I would definitely recommend using Prestige Blinds. We used them twice and have referred them to friends who were also happy with the work. read more

Ronny is impressive & so is his company. Ronny is personal, professional & detail-oriented. All important qualities when you make an investment with blinds from his company. Upfront he takes the time & patience to ensure you get what you want in a timely & efficient manner. He & his crew are perfectionists, but in a calm & thorough manner. You will be super-satisfied with the end result. I know my wife & I sure are! Thx Ronny & crew... read more

I had Ronnie G come out to my house to get an estimate for some Roller Blinds for my Sliding glass doors. He arrived & showed me a few options. He was writing on an invoice of the 2 I liked the most. He gave me a quote which happened to be considerably more than Budget Blinds for essentially the same product. He asked me for the 25% that is required to order the product. When I told him I wanted to think about it, he got upset & said, " you are not buying today", I told him no because I had only 1 other quote & that I obviously wanted to shop around a little. He kept trying to pressure me & said I won't find it cheaper, which I already had. When he saw that I was not changing my mind, he picked up the invoice, & took a plain piece of paper & wrote 2200.00 & left. He obviously was nice in the beginning although he kept looking & texting on his phone, however after he realized I was not going to buy, he just became outright rude & unprofessional. My friend was here & witnessed the whole thing & was even more appalled by Ronnie's behavior. After observing his behavior, even if his price was better, I would never use Prestige Blinds. I don't know if Ronnie G. owns the company or if he is a salesman, but either way, i would never recommend Prestige Blinds!! Ronny, you just called me a liar. I have no reason to lie, or try to destroy your reputation. I am telling the facts as they happened. It's sad that you can't take any criticism. Your remarks to me show again how nasty you can be, just like how nasty & rude you became the day you were here when I said I wanted to get other quotes since your prices were too high. read more

Ronny is the very best. His prices are very competitive & offers a reputable product line that stands behind their products. He is very conscientious about his company & he definitely gives you the impression he wants you to get what you want at fair prices & he actually does. Our order arrived in the time frame he outlined. I didn't realize he actually does his own installation along with an assistant just to make sure the entire job is done correctly. Was very quick with the installation & cleaned up perfectly upon completion. I definitely highly recommend him & will recommend him to friends & neighbors. You won't be disappointed at all. read more

Prestige Blinds installed four GORGEOUS sets of plantation shutters in our home just over three years ago. We were completely satisfied on all levels: quality, appearance, installation, etc. I gave them a great Yelp review at the time. Recently, a single slat got damaged and needed to be replaced. Ronnie (owner/operator) ordered the replacement with no questions asked, then came over and installed it free of charge. If we need more shutters/blinds, I wouldn't even take proposals from other companies, I'd go straight back to Prestige Blinds. Plus, Ronnie is a great guy. I HIGHLY recommend. read more

Simply put - Ronny is standout professional. If I had to break the review down to three pieces, it would look like this: 1) Ronny was great in the design phase. He had great suggestions and puts a lot of thought in making sure that he presents product that is right for the space and in accordance to what youre looking for. 2) Ronny and his crew give a truly white glove installation process. The first thing youll note is how polite they are. The show on time, wear foot coverings so they dont track dirt in the house, and clean up after themselves as they work. 3) He stands by his work and maintains prompt attention if anything is needed after the install. read more

I met Ronnie when he came to my house to provide a quote for Plantation Shutters. He was one of 3 companies I had narrowed down to interview. His prices were fair, not the cheapest but very, very reasonable. What ultimately sold me was his professional demeanor and to be honest a string of recent positive business reviews. He did not make false promises, he never hesitated when answering questions demonstrating his knowledge of the products and installation procedures. He quoted a price and estimate delivery. I paid him a 50% deposit and to my surprise he was back the very same week he promised. It took 12 weeks from order to installation. Speaking of the install, Ronnie was also back on the job to supervise and they were in and out in an hour! Super-fast, super clean. They took the old blinds I had so there was nothing for me to do but enjoy my new view. Oh, and the icing on the cake, Ronnie also took the time to adjust my first set of Plantation Shutter doors the previous company (despise this company, don't even ask) so I didn't have to pick them up to close every time. A courtesy he was in no way obligated to do but but did so happily. Turned out it was simple adjustment. PS - the previous company had told me that lifting the doors to close was normal. It was not, just sloppy installation work on their part. All in all I would give Ronnie 10 stars if I could. Honesty and reliability in today's service economy seems as unlikely as finding a unicorn. Well, here's your unicorn! Glad I went with Prestige Blinds. If you are in the market, definitely consider them! read more
