Sure enough, the crew was amazing and they are NOT subcontractors, but W-2 employees. The other 2 bidders used subcontractors that I suspect did not speak English (based on customers' reviews) so I was not going to deal with finger-pointing. These installations are inherently VERY noisy and dusty; however Luis' crew took extra care to cover my upscale furniture & high-end electronics. Mike & Luis are stars, and their crew is extremely professional. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Zero stars if possible:…read more A salesman came out and measured. Gave me a written estimate, said he had worked for the company for many years. We told him we were waiting for other estimates as well. We decided to use Castle for a few French doors. We gave a deposit. We asked that another door be replaced as well. He came to our house and measured the other door. He then informed my husband he had made a mistake in the estimate and it would cost another 1700.00. It was unprofessional behavior but we agreed to the extra 1700.00 error. We received another estimate for all doors. We told Castle Windows and Doors to go ahead. Our deposit check had been cashed. Two days went by, we received another phone call. To add another 7000.00 to the final estimate. They had made another error. We insisted on getting our deposit back and cancelling all work with this company. Your conclusion....

I have a TV console cabinet door that needed a glass replacement. Since I work during the week, it is hard for me to get things fixed. So, I see their listing, and a lovely woman answers the phone. She tells me that she is actually not open but will accommodate me and meet me at their store shortly. I get there, expecting to leave the cabinet door, but the gentleman who was with her told me to wait, and he would fix it right away. I had a really good feeling about these two. The space was immaculate and a beautiful show room in progress. I was told that they just moved to this space and settig it up. To me, it showed that it was very well designed, and if their office space, looks this good, they most likely do quality work. I learned that they also do commercial installations. I felt that this was a great find, and I highly recommend anyone with glass or mirror needs to call them and go see them. You will be very impressed.

Bargain Bob's SUCKS! Particularly Pete!…read more We are preparing to sell our home and needed to replace the carpet in two rooms. We went chose a carpet then before we left, we selected something different. Pete came out and measured; the team came out and installed the carpet which we had to prepare for before the installation. When I went to check their work...They installed the wrong carpet. I contacted Pete and shared a picture of the sample he gave me vs what was installed. He called me and told me that the carpet they installed is better than what we chose so he's sure it looks great. I told him it didn't, but it's irrelevant since it's done. Not even an apology. I told him I would like to confirm I paid for the carpet I wanted (which was cheaper) and not the carpet he gave us. He said he'll call me Monday he doesn't have the information. Never got a call Monday. So I followed up and asked for my receipt. Which shows we were charged for the carpet they installed. To which he replied with a whole new story "WE did not have enough of the other carpet. There's only 20 feet on it. I thought we had discussed that because I didn't pick a cookie dough for you". I told him I was highly disappointed with this entire experience. We did not talk about switching the order back, I also requested a call back...which didn't happen. And now there is a fictitious story and all the while not even an apology. I closed with "we will not be using your company for ANYTHING in the future." His response "I'm sorry for the disappointment you were shown some samples sometimes the rolls aren't large enough...I'll make sure when the next experience that I make it up to you...I can't remember the exact line of communication because I deal with a lot of different sales, but I've been doing this for 21 years and usually do the same thing every time if I did and I apologize....That is really nice carpet." Lost a customer Bob, thank Pete. I'll do my best to share this around so others aren't impacted the way we were.
