I did do an internet search after choosing my tile and the prices were the same. However, the fact that I had both Jenna and Amanda PATIENTLY helping me chose color schemes, sizes, and general decor decisions was invaluable to me. I'm an awful decision maker, especially with so many beautiful choices. Both Jenna and Amanda never made me feel rushed, nor ridiculous for my indecisiveness. The customer service was tested yet again when the beautiful shiny bathroom wall tile I selected had a "grip" (matte) tile for the floor of the shower and bathroom floor. They did not have a sample of this "grip" tile in stock but I assumed "how much different could it be?" (Famous last words lol.) when we received It, it looked like a completely different tile. They were also shocked when they saw it, immediately contacted the rep from the company who completely agreed and rushed me a substitute which worked perfectly. No time was wasted. I also chose a quartz countertop for the bathroom but beware.... There's about a thousand gorgeous options to chose from. Ok, I may be exaggerating that number, but not by much! Once again, Jenna and Amanda to the rescue. I'm madly in love with the selection they helped me choose. I have to give a special shout out to the fabricator, Felipe. He was such a joy to deal with. Without going into detail, after the template was made "I" personally made a mistake by changing some plumbing which meant changing the placement of the sinks. I never called and told him and when he brought the quartz to install it was cut wrong (again: MY FAULT.) I was literally in tears. Between Felipe and Amanda and Jenna, they all took pity on my, rushed the new fabrication and dropped a few small fees as a good will gesture. They did not have to do any of that because, to reiterate IT WAS MY DUMB FAULT! So.... The moral of the story is this: when you renovate your house there's going to be problems you cannot even fathom until they happen to you. We personally chose higher end ($$$$) plumbers electricians, kitchen cabinet manufacturer and installer, etc. I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism and customer service. It's not like we are paying extra money to have our a$$es kissed... we want things done correctly and if a mistake is made we want acknowledgment and to have it quickly resolved. This has not been the case with any of these professionals EXCEPT Bonnie Tile. I pray to all that is holy that I never do another whole house renovation. But I will not hesitate to use Bonnie Tile again, and will highly recommend this business to all of my friends.
