Buyer beware! Laura the front sales woman at this location has no knowledge of the product plus, quoted us a price on Lvp and when our contractor was ready to start which was 10 days later the price went up from 4.99 per ft to 5.69...well we were so ready to start we had to pay...a cpl of weeks later had to purchase a few more boxes and went to the Belvedere location, only to find that the price for this product is actually 3.79 per ft. I guess Laura was waking up on the wrong side or just as a policy trying to screw customers. read more

We had a great experience from beginning to end. Anderson Olson, the estimator was very professional. Took the time to explain our options without being pushy. We had a previous quote from Empire Today and not only was it ridiculously high but the estimator was very pushy - a turn-off for me. The estimator did show up on time to estimate my sq footage for installing luxury vinyl. I had ad at $2.49 sq foot and they only had four choices. When he left I realized he did not write down the name , manufacturer or color for the product I picked out. Those items were Blank on the estimate And he had at $3.39 so foot. The estimate also stated Terms in other side, the other side was Blank. . I called him and his answer was "It's the brand and color you picked out" what kind of answer is that? I physically went to the store, was a bit perturbed when I tried to explain the issues. Unfortunately I had two ads and brought the wrong one . Although the one I have at home stipulates four choices at $2.49 sq foot. The only person in the store was a Girl who told me The ad I had at $2.49 sw Ft was Laminate. I had the wrong ad. She reluctantly showed me products but I didn't see what I chose. She called the estimator who gave her the brand name but they didn't have in stock. The $1500 noted on the estimate at $3.39 sq foot was the cost of the product. Not so, I tried to explain to her since the sq footage noted even at $3.39 sq foot only came to $700 plus , Not the master for $1500. She became inpatient was not nice and I did loose my temper a bit and stormed out. What unprofessional people . I was upset and disappointed at the entire incident. . I should have emailed her the ad I had at home indicating the $2.49 sq ft at $1500 installed for two rooms. I had a 12x14 bedroom with less than. 120 sq feet in the second room which fell into the range on the ad. However second room was noted at an additional $900. What a waste of time. How they stay on Busoness with their bait and switch tactics is a mystery to me. read more

PS Flooring removed the old tile from our entry, foyer, hall, den, and kitchen in March 2020. They applied self-leveling concrete in some locations, sanded the concrete, and laid the luxury vinyl we ordered through their Lake Worth store. We paid them over $4,200.00. Within a few weeks after the installation, it was evident that the product was installed incorrectly and over numerous voids in the concrete where the installers did not pour any self-leveling concrete. We notified PS Flooring and provided many photos documenting how the floor was bowing and giving way underfoot. Several planks were also damaged while they installed them. Our floor looks like waves with peaks and valleys, when viewed from the side, and is broken or raised in over twenty locations. A salesperson/manager came to our home in June 2020, and agreed that the floor needed to be torn up and re-done, but stated that the LVP we chose was out of stock and he had no idea when it would be back in stock. To make things worse, we installed a new kitchen complete with five quartz waterfall countertops over the LVP, so removing the old floor would be a problem, plus installing any new flooring in the kitchen would be a problem and require quarter round which would ruin the look of the kitchen. We installed the kitchen over the LVP per PS Flooring's instructions. We suggested that they give us credit for the flooring and installation and install tile instead. We never heard from PS Flooring since June of 2020, nor have they responded to honoring the warranty. Three weeks ago (May 2023), I posted a negative review of PS Flooring on Google, and my wife received a call. She spoke to someone at PS Flooring who promised to follow up and they never did. We wished to resolve this immediately, it is PS Flooring's refusal and evasiveness that have stopped us from resolving this matter. read more

The leader of our installation team, Luiz, is a perfectionist, experienced and so professional! Robert, the estimator, was not pushy when he came out. He educated us on the flooring options and left us with the estimate. We had someone come out from Empire Today and he was so pushy that it confirmed we wanted to go with PS flooring. Had my whole house done in a great laminate that I was sold with a 20 yr warranty. I now have floors that are buckling. Someone from the company came out & they discontinued the floors and would talk to the owners about what to do. I've called MANY times and no one ever calls back.
