I had my large kitchen done by Max Granite. I was very happy. I ordered a table supposedly of the same quartz. My rarely used table has developed tons of blue pits in it. Their offer to remedy was to give me a remnant of a different quartz & charge me $950 for fabrication. i initially paid $1,100 for the pitting table. FYI, the product I use to clean my perfect countertop and backsplash remains perfect. I do not think Max granite has stood by this table properly. Do not use this company. I signed a contract with them in February and I still have no kitchen counter or working kitchen. The slabs came in broken, badly damaged cracked in many places, as well as them being cut too short. I have asked them to either replace it with the exact same material that is fabricated correctly or give me my deposit back. I have no sink with running water, no dishwasher and could not have Easter dinner. Their slogan is Max Granite done Right, that is a lie. Granite is one of the most durable countertop materials one could choose for a kitchen. The stone is exceedingly difficult to damage with the heat from a hot pan or pot. If I could give this company 10 stars I would! From first meeting our sales person Simara to our finished product, it couldn't of went smoother. I purchased our sink, faucet and backsplash because I had a very specific design in mind. It wasn't a problem with the company at all. The selection of quartz's was vast at the showroom. I thought I knew what I wanted until I saw the selectors they had. The date for the countertop was made and like clockwork everyone arrived to do their trade. It came out perfect. Exactly 2 years ago I purchased Cambria Brittanicca Gold Warm Quartz countertop at Max Granite. I had a dark color granite countertop, and I was looking to elevate and upgrade and brighten up my kitchen. I wish they would have told me that the countertop chips. Now I have 3 chips on the edges. The countertop looks really pretty, but I'm really sorry I picked this. I'm am very careful and really try to take the best of care with it. I do not cut on it. I thought I was picking a high-end product, but it is not. I would not spend $8,000 to change my kitchen countertops when I should have just kept the granite. It was a way more durable hassle free product. Max granite did come out and fix the first chip. It was $400 and they said they were giving me a special deal to fix it for $250 per chip. But it chipped again in a different place. Very disappointed with the Quartz countertop I selected. Not sure if it had anything to do with the installation since all the chips are on the edge of the countertop. My husband and I are empty nesters and live in West Boca. read more

Max Granit and his other company Kitchen Konnections Caused MASSIVE delays in my project. What little work was done was incorrect and had to be redone by another company. When fired for the poor and very late work refused to return deposit. Avoid them like the plague. Max was incredibly unprofessional when problems occured. He gets very defensive and condescending .This company screwed up everything they touched on our $1.5m renovation. Again avoid like the plague, or you will be sorry. Max tiled one shower incorrectly and kept a deposit of $53k. I was told by Max "sue me". Dont trust them with anything!!!! read more

we just had backsplash and countertops done. Reasonable prices, nice stone selection and quality. They were prompt and answered our call promptly, had installation apt done promptly. Very hardworking installation team. There were some damages and the installers let us know they'd let the company know, but no discount/follow up was done. The biggest issue we have is the new sink we got from them is 9" and our old one was 7" ) . Garbage disposal can't be reinstalled with the new sink as it'd be sitting lower than drainage. Their sink also came with dent and the plumber wouldn't attach it mentioning it'd leak, caulking wouldn't be enough. I am sure they have other customers who remodel from older depth sinks, I wish this was mentioned. If we knew this ahead of time, we'd selectg their asymetrical sink that has one half smaller, not as deep , but after the stone was cut, it is too late to change to that sink. When I stopped by to ask them for options, they did inform us all sinks are sold as 9" currently. Not sure as a customer how I was supposed to know this, and I am sure there are other customers with similar situations. I hope this was mentioned to us before hand. Currently we are still researching on how to resolve the issue, ordered a sink on amazon to see if this resolves the problem. The new sink cost is around 220 and hope it works, we were offered $40 discount by MaxGranite. read more

Absolutely the WORST. Don't. Just Don't! Max Granite was part of a larger renovation project at our house. They were responsible for kitchen and bathroom cabinets and sinks. Even the other trade workers were astonished at the lack of capability of the install group. Some examples: Bathroom vanity suddenly becomes unattached from wall one day after install and general contractor had to fix; Poorly installed kitchen cabinets resulting in non-functioning drawers, mis-matched doors and scratches and marks everywhere' Again, contractor had to fix; Terribly dis-organized office resulting in no communication. The install crew would show up one day and then disappear with no plans to return. As a result, we were completely without a kitchen for a month. More galling than all of this was the owner's (Max) complete disregard for the situation. He just didn't give an F. I don't know if Max's last name is Granite but I know his head is. They have an excellent selection and are very helpful in helping to select what is best for you based on your needs and usage. I can't really even give them a one star review because they actually didn't do any work for me. Never made it that far. Went to store and talked with a nice guy named Rafael. He showed me several products of granite, gave him dimensions and looked at product. I narrowed it down to two types. We went back inside and created a diagram and square footage. Both products were similar price and in my budget . I was completely happy with the price given and the product, but wanted to show my wife before we decided. Upon returning with my wife , it was a different guy named Octavio. He finally pulled up the quote and said that it would be 500$ more than previous quote, and a bunch of comments that were never mentioned by Rafael. Needless to say he said Rafael made a mistake and he would not honor my original quote... I think you know what happened then. My countertops were just put in and I am very happy with Max Granite from start to finish. My decision was not a quick one. I spent a lot of time popping into the store without an appointment as I tried to decide on my new kitchen counter tops. Every time I was greeted warmly and all of my questions were answered completely. Fred was a lot of help in helping me through the decision process and quoting multiple counter top Materials. Max and Octavio were always ready with answers also. Gabby was great with reminder phone calls and with getting me answers when none of the sales guys were available. Once we chose what we wanted, and agreed upon a price the entire process went quite quickly. There were no unexpected changes in cost, and the final product is better than I imagined. Contacted them on the advise of my cousin. Stopped in there and spoke to Anthony. Was told someone would call and contact me to talk about what I was looking to do on my kitchen. A week went by....no call. Then called and spoke to Daniel. Asked him if this was usual treatment and he said no. Someone will call you today. Five days later no phone call. Called and spoke to Octavio and told him what was going on. He said he would stop by that afternoon. He measured and told me he would look into what I needed and get back to me. 5 days later nothing. So I called him and when I spoke to him he had not idea what I was talking about and said he couldn't find what I wanted. Don't think he looked into it at all. Then said he would call me with an estimate to redo all my countertops in the kitchen. 3 days later no call. So it called and left a message. Don't know who the owner is but I wouldn't want people like that working for me. I guess countertops in a kitchen are too small of a job. Absolutely terrible customer service. read more

Very poor customer service and follow up from Charles Abreu a sales person. Felt like a bait and switch with the pricing. Be your own judge. Just be aware. Drove 30 miles since I saw an advertised price online of 24.95. Walked in and was quoted 39ish asked for the granite for the 24.95. Told it was min Sq ft of 40 and 200 for cut out for sink and was showed the promotional granite. . Had to jump through hoops to get someone out to measure. Dealt with Tania Octavio and Max the owner. After they came out and measured no one could remember if there was an advertised price of 24.95 even though Octavio and Max asked Charles. Charles admitted that it was discussed with me and showed me the promotion granite but KNOWINGLY did not correct my assumption or perception. Per Max and Octavio Charles said he was going to correct my error when he quoted it. Will not be using this company. Be your own judge. Be guided accordingly. Service builds sales. Why would a salesperson allow me to perceive that there was granite for 24.95 per square 40 sq ft min with a 200 cut for sink measure and then tell me that price is not valid. Bait and switch? Maybe or maybe not. If I didn't have such an issue reaching Charles I maybe more inclined to think that it was my mistake. Plenty of granite shops in Florida. VERY IMPRESSIVE - Let me start by pointing out that I am hard to impress. I am fair & reasonable, but I expect a great job. These guys really hit it out of the park from start to finish. I dealt with Octavio who gave me straight answers (I wont except anything else) and delivered on everything he said he would do. I had the kitchen & two bathrooms done in Quartz and the kitchen has the glass backsplash. The job they did looks amazing. Completely perfect - and its very obvious that they make sure its perfect. When they are finishing the top guy comes out and inspects everything and makes sure its perfect. My dad was a contractor in NYC for 40 years and was a perfectionist - I know the difference - these guys have the same attitude - they want the job done right. The price was in line with another quote I received. I got a fantastic job at a great price - and dealt with a top notch company.
