Our great experience with Stone Empire started when I first walked in the door and met Farley. He not only showed us the different materials but educated us in the process and guided us to make better decisions. When we decided on Quartzsite and choose a pattern, we worked through about eight slabs to get exactly the grains and coloring we wanted and then Farley showed us how it would all come together including using the same material as a back splash. He is quite the artist. Next came the measurements and the fabrication. Everything fit perfectly. Wow! Totally impressive! In total, we used four slabs of Quartzsite in our kitchen and two bathrooms. Everything fit perfectly including several cutouts around the stove and cabinets. Not only impressive but amazing workmanship by Farley, Tomas and the entire crew. Customer service was topnotch. They kept us informed of their arrival times and cleaned up every day when they finished working. Everything was as promised and then some. Our job was just over $20,000 and so well worth the money. In total, it was a great experience, and we could not be more pleased. It is a joy to have such a beautiful kitchen and bathrooms. We subsequently added LED mirrors. What a great package. read more

That being said, I am one of those persnickety customers. Stone Empire did not disappoint in the product, professionalism and concern shown by all staff in every department even though I took up a lot of their time. Honestly, we did have one issue with the sink cut out being too small. All involved at Stone Empire had only one thing to say, " we'll make it right". And they did. It was cut back again and polished on the jobsite which is no easy task. Impressive. There are issues with so many businesses . I know stuff just happens.
