The price quoted was reasonable and we hired them. The work performed was great and the job turned out great. Their tile guy and their plumber were precise and did everything right. We are going to redo our guest bathroom using them. We will be removing a bathtub and converting it to a shower stall. The master bath was finished yesterday and we start the new project on Monday. PS; I read the poor reviews posted and I didn't find any thing similar to what was written. I found our interface to be responsive and willing to listen. While we were in the store, we were given full attention. When another customer walked in they were greeted and were advised that they would be attended to as soon as we were done. Lisa, our interface, always returned our calls or responded to our texts. She is, and was, great to work with. The picture below is the completed shower stall and the vanity top (quartz.) The vanity cabinet was not replaced. The niche was built by Mr. Santos, the tile person. It was not a prefab unit.

If you are looking for a quality kitchen, this company is not it. If you're looking for professionalism, consistency, and honesty, this company is not the one. Please research and research over and over again prior to making your decision for a kitchen company. Not only were WE not satisfied with our kitchen (which still isn't completed) but my mother in law who did her kitchen with this company due to MY recommendation was extremely disappointed in not only the quality of the cabinets but the consistency of time frames and information provided by the Edgar the owner. Hope this review anyone from living this situation. Ps. I am aware I could have been so much more precise about the TERRIBLE experience with the company and their work because not only am I annoyed but have so much proof of their lack of competency to do a good job with kitchen but chose not to for the sake of respect to myself and others.

I have been remodeling my condo. Kitchen cabinets were purchased from one vendor (not to mention…read moretheir name starting with "P") and bathroom cabinets from Tops Kitchen Cabinet and Granite. Boy, do I wish I had purchased all my cabinets from TOPS. Pricing was competitive. Quality was competitive. Service and responsiveness were not even close. TOPS reflected what used to be customer service in this country. I had an issue. Keep in mind TOPS and the "P" place do not install, they only sell the cabinets. After visiting the TOPS location to address my issue the store manager came to my home to look at the problem. He addressed and resolved it. The problem was largely my general contractors installation. Since I paid to have the cabinets put together by TOPS I thought it was the assembly and placement of the drawer tracks; it wasn't, but the manager addressed and corrected my issues. You cannot buy this kind of service. You either get it or you do not. When I had an issue with the cabinets I purchased at the "P" place I made six (6) trips of 35 minutes each trip to their location seeking resolution. Finally I had my charged payment reversed against the vendor. ONce the money came out of their pocket they finally did the right thing. H.G.

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

We would never recommend this company to anyone. This has been one of the worst experiences I have…read moreever had with a contractor. Less than eight months after completing my kitchen project, the sub par work is already falling apart. One of the drawers completely came off the track because improper screws were used, and the tile work they performed is not high quality. The paint job was done by non qualified subcontractors. We actually had to hire another painting company to completely redo their work because the quality was so bad. The entire project took far longer than promised. Workers constantly showed up late, worked only a couple of hours, and then left. The only thing this company stayed consistent with was asking for money. Alex, the owner, was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and very difficult to deal with throughout the entire process. Communication was awful, promises were not kept, and the quality of work does not match the amount of money paid. Now I'm left having to redo work that should have been done correctly the first time. Save yourself the stress, money, and frustration and do not do business with this company.

Perfection Kitchen and Bath should be named "Imperfection Kitchen and Bath"…read more I completed a total renovation for the Primary bathroom and had new tile and a new vanity done in my Powder Room. Both vanities were made the wrong size. The one in the Primary bathroom was 5 inches too large even though the wall was measured several times. It had to be cut down and it is still one inch larger than the wall is. The one in the Powder room was made too small and the owner Alex refused to make a new one the correct size. Instead a filler piece of wood was mounted onto it. If you are a woman alone, definitely stay away from this company. I was talked down to by both the owner Alex who once told me to "mind my own business" and by workers who walked into my home and told me "I'm not going to paint your closet door, I'm only going to clean it because I'm not being paid to do this job" and "I'm not going to regrout the Primary bath (after they had dirtied it because they didn't cover the new tile floor and grout when installing the oversized vanity which they then cut on top of the new tile and grout without covering it with paper to protect it) I'm only going to clean it". I was told the job would take 45 days and it took 91 days not including the day they had to come back to redo what they should have done in the first place. The week before Christmas, the week of Christmas and the week of New Years no one showed up to work. There was another week within my 91 days that no one showed up as well. When the workers did show up, they had an attitude that they were doing you a favor. My house was left filthy.
