The crew was on time and they were so professional. It was a pleasure working with all of them and they made this so easy from start to finish. I will say that it was such a pleasure that I can't rave enough!! read more

I cannot recommend Valentina highly enough! We recently had them install tile in our two-bedroom areas, and just like our first experience with them several years ago for our main living space, they exceeded every expectation. Dennis and Brian are an absolute pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to source the exact same tile from years ago to ensure a flawless, seamless match throughout the entire home. They were also incredibly accommodating, adjusting their installation schedule perfectly to work around our vacation. The level of professionalism from start to finish was outstanding. The installer took incredible care with our home, and the quality of craftsmanship is truly off the charts. If you want pristine work and a stress-free experience, look no further! read more

We recently moved to south Florida and purchased a home that needed a lot of work. After researching quite a few flooring companies in the area, we decided to go with Valentina based on the fact that they had beautiful, high quality tile, and their prices were quite a bit better than all the other flooring companies we considered. They removed our old tile, installed new tile, installed thresholds and baseboards. They did a beautiful job. We are so thrilled with our floors! They're our favorite part of our home now. We had bad experiences with some companies doing work on our remodel, but Valentina was a breath of fresh air....they were honest, trustworthy and did an amazing job on our floors. I have to admit I was a fairly high maintenance client as we had been misled and swindled by other companies who were helping with renovations, so I felt I couldn't trust anyone, but Denis and his father were patient and honored their word at every turn. I can't say enough good things about this company. I would recommend them to anyone. read more

We just had our flooring done by this company I am absolute thrilled and satisfied with the service they provided Brian was with us from start to finish He and his team showed up when he said they would and provided professional efficient service . Our tile looks amazing and he did everything he said he would . I have dealt in the past with contractors that don't show up or have multiple jobs where they would place my project on the back burner not Brian and his team he started and finished within the time frame he provided. I am so glad I discovered this company and he has a client for life . Great job guys thank you for my beautiful floors so many awesome compliments! read more

This is a great family owned Company, Denis , his father and brother do all the work themselves. Their prices are very competitive and they have a great selection of tiles im their showroom. They tile two bedrooms for us.A week after the job was completed we had to remove two tiles to replace the ac unit in one of the closets , it was our fault for no planning it right but they came and replace the tiles at no charge. I highly recommended this company . read more

They would be lucky to get one star! I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted. I went in with the exact measurements of my very small bathroom that I wanted to remodel. I picked out the tile and was quoted a labor price of between $4,000 and $5000. I knew that the price of the tile would be extra. When they came to view my bathroom, all of a sudden, the price of the labor went up to $6000. The size of my bathroom did not change! By that point, I had already lined up the plumber, ordered the vanity, etc. and was on a very specific timeframe. I had no choice, but to pay the extra money to have the job done on time. One of the selling points for this company was that they did not subcontract out their jobs, but had their own employees who would show up every day, on time, until the Job was done. Every day, the installer was late, I had to contact them directly to find out when I can expect their employee to show up. Again, Another selling point was that they were Known to be the best tile installers in the area. To make a long story short, I had to hire a handyman, to fix all of the places where the grout didn't take or places they had missed. It cost me an extra $400! It was worth it, just to have them not to come back in my home. When I let them know that I had to spend extra money for a handyman to finish their job, they refused to take any money off of their already inflated prices! Dealing with Dennis, the owner, was a nightmare! Especially if you are a woman who voices concerns and wants to ask questions. The only person Dennis would speak to was my husband as he had no respect for me, a woman, who basically asked why I was being charged $1.000 to $2000 more than I was originally quoted when I was in the store dealing with he salesman. Bottom line is... They have nice tile and will quote you less than other bathroom tile places, however, in the long run, it is not worth the hassle and the constant chasing down to get the job done on time. We were very disappointed. read more

There is nothing but good to say about Denis, his Father and the family owned company. When I lived just south of his office in Broward County, he did some remarkable work in our bathrooms, tiles and our huge pool area. Excellent workmanship, professional, honest and overall very personable from start to finish. Later we moved to Palm Beach Gardens and we need some help with the bathrooms, kitchen and floors. Denis made two trips to get the estimate and provide advice before we made our decision. His materials, professional people that he trained were excellent, on time, and extremely courteous. Nothing but 5 Stars from my wife and I. read more

Being a new condo owner in Delray Beach and also new to the area I had no one to turn to for a floor co recommendation. I actually went online to find the location of the local big box flooring store. I happened to find Valentina and saw some great reviews. I stopped in and met with Denis. Being that I'm a home builder and remodeler up north I went in with pretty much a good idea of what I wanted in a floating floor. Denis was very cordial and very knowledgeable on the type of product I wanted. His pricing was also very competitive. My wife and I felt very comfortable that Denis and his team would be the right co to handle the work especially with us not being around during most of the work. We where not disappointed. Valentina is a family run business and take a lot of pride in there work. The work came out perfect. Denis went out of his way to take care of some additional items that where not in the original scope of work. I highly recommend Valentina for any of your flooring or tile needs. I have another project planned for the winter and they are the only co I'll go to when I'm ready for the tile. Scott G. read more

I recently had my bathrooms renovated by a contractor. Sadly, it did not work out the way we had hoped or expected. I contacted Denis at Valentina. He came out immediately and worked with my wife and I with a way to replace the poor workmanship with new tiles, wall, floor and showers. The work was done quickly, on time and without any complaints from anyone. Impressive and professional this company and the owners, family owned and operated. I followed it up with a complete pool tile renovation and can't believe how beautiful it looks. You won't go wrong at Valentina with their professional but calm manner, workmanship, quality of tile products. read more
