We used Jason's carpet and tile years ago by a recommendation after we had a flood. At first I thought they did a good job. Now years later, the flooring is coming up in every room and it is impossible to keep clean. I felt rushed into picking a new floor and we spent quite a lot of money. I called to get a price for carpet ! They out beat Home Depot, Bargain Bob's carpet and many other companies I called for pricing. The salesman came out to meet my husband the very next am to measure and show samples. Within that week in fact on Christmas eve the carpet was all installed in a few hours . Beautiful and although because the one room was bigger and needed to be seamed no one can tell except my husband who watched them put that one in. The salesman that I dealt with is Nick and he is top notch. Always can get him on the phone and even if he is busy he calls me back to assist me with my questions and anything I need. I found this company on Yelp and had already had several estimates for flooring for my entire home, so I figured I would call them out to do another estimate to compare. Nick was very helpful and thoroughly explained the entire estimate and the reason for the costs. Their estimate was far more reasonable than the others I had received. I am quite particular and asked a lot of questions, which he was happy to answer. The materials came in less than 2 days after the contract was signed, and the installers showed up 10 mins early the first day and were prompt and professional through the entire installation. I had quite a lot of 40 year old tile that needed to be removed (which they did EXTREMELY fast, less than 1 day to demo, sand and level 950+ sq feet of tile). There was a lot of damage to my subfloor, which did not surprise me, but was not considered in the estimate I was given even though I expressed some concern about the amount of work/materials needed (I had retiled a bathroom in the home previously and the tile removal was extremely difficult, and I shared this information with Nick during the in-home estimate). After install I was told it would be an extra $750 for the work required, which is fine because I personally witnessed them perform the extra work and understood that there was a cost for the unexpected materials required, but I was a bit annoyed that they waited until the project was done to inform me. Otherwise, the install was quick and professional, and the installers were FANTASTIC. I had several family members come and help me clean after the install and they were very impressed with the quality of the finished product and even more so with the quick turnaround. I am completely satisfied with my experience and would 100% recommend Jason's and will be using them in the future. read more

Jason's Carpet and Tile made an immediate positive impression from the first phone call. Glenn walked me through all the options I had and scheduled a same day quote. I met with Nick that day who walked me through every option and discussed minor things that never crossed my mind. They explained that they did the work for Lennar homes and we would have an on-site supervisor who would manage the project for me. I WAS SOLD! He came back to me with an IMMEDIATE price and information about the job and what steps to take while most others responded simply with "call us to discuss", "we need to come see the job" or "contact our office". We had a very good experience buying our carpet here. Needed two bedrooms carpeted. Got quotes from 2 other big box stores. I shopped there because of all the good reviews, and glad I did. Nick came out to measure, brought plenty of samples, and worked out a great deal for us. Beat the big box offers plus personalized service, service that was sadly lacking from the other companies. Installation crew was great, carpet is gorgeous. There was one installation hiccup which they took full responsibility, but it did result in a second trip next day. If not for this, it would be 5 star. At first I was apprehensive that it would be super expensive because it's a smaller showroom. I was wrong, so don't make that mistake. Bought high quality expensive carpet and padding.Carpet was installed with the seam showing right through the middle of the living room and they refused to fix it. They kept putting us off for months before they said they would do nothing. Edge of carpet keeps coming off tack strip everytime I vaccum. Had planned on having them do family room as well but no way. read more
