We picked out tile here and Sallyann was happy & quick to take our money last week, 2600.00 worth. The next day she called and said the tile was zeroed and that they couldn't get it. At this point i asked them to cancel the entire order, we will have to start over and it wouldn't be here due to the outrageous delivery fees of $580.00 (to Coral Springs) this is double what most charge. Well its a week later and sally still telling me they are waiting for the "accountant" to come back in and issues my credit. This was an awful experience, no company should be able to hold our money for any period of time, like I said SHADY!!
