He presented himself as both a painter and handyman, so we trusted him with painting and small repairs in our condo. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. When I returned to check the work, the condo was left in a complete mess. There was debris on the tile floors, paint spots on the floors, kitchen table, chairs, and even inside the kitchen sink. The master bathroom floor had paint spots, both bathroom mirrors had watery paint drips, and dust was left on every surface. The worst part: all of our sheer curtains had been thrown out without permission. Only one was saved after I asked about them. This level of carelessness and disregard for someone's home is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Color Rise Home Improvement or Eber Ferreira based on this experience.

I hired H T…read moreConstruction to install luxury vinyl plank flooring in my foyer, living room and dining room area. Jeffery came to my home and installed my vinyl flooring. The floor cracks when I walk on it and the planks are not properly locked together. Also, when I walk on the floor, I stump my toes because the floor is so poorly installed the ridges from where they are supposed to join are raised off the floor. I tried to resolve these issues with Jeffery with no resolution. Jeffery was rude and constantly talked over me and made it clear that I did not know how a floor should look, and I did not know what I was talking about even though I have laminated flooring in other parts of my home. Jeffery also told me he installed a FLOATING FLOOR. FLOATING FLOORS DO NOT LOOK LIKE THIS, MY FLOOR. It would not take a professional contractor to look at my floor and know it was installed poorly. My advice is run do not walk away from H T Construction. All of the hype you see on their website; not true. They will take your money and not do the work correctly. Also let me add I requested a breakdown of my PAID invoice and have not received that as of this date 07/27/2024. The room painting was done poorly; painted the air conditioning thermostat and vent, window chain used to open and close the verticals. Did not tape off anything just painted. I was also charged for an electrician that never came to replace and check my electrical outlets. Two floor installers showed up to do the floor installation; one was a young man who looked like he was still in high school and did not have any idea of how to install flooring. Jeffery told me maybe the flooring was defective. When I questioned him if the floor was defective, he should have seen that as the floor was being installed and not installed the flooring and I could have retuned the flooring. 3/5 I had a mixed…read moreexperience with this company. I want to start by saying that Ryan, the owner, was extremely professional, kind, and responsive throughout the process. They did come out and successfully resolve the water leak that was getting into my garage, which I appreciate. My main concern is the craftsmanship and finished appearance. As you can see in the photos, the pavers along the garage were not aligned straight with the garage door. When viewed from the side, the uneven line is very noticeable and unfortunately makes the finished work look sloppy. I would encourage Ryan to have a little more oversight of his crews, as he was not present on the day the original work was performed. The crew that came back to address the water issue was a different crew, and they were actually the ones who pointed out that the tiles should not have been cut shorter in the first place. Had the tiles been left at their original width, it would have avoided the alignment issue altogether. I really appreciate Ryan's professionalism and the fact that they ultimately resolved the water issue, which is why I'm giving three stars. Unfortunately, the quality and appearance of the finished work keep me from giving a higher rating.
