He responded to my quote request quickly, was easy to communicate with and his rates are more than fair. My front door was repaired as much as possible for now and Michael did a wonderful job. Actually, he went above and beyond to make it work. When the job was completed, I was sent a receipt via text in addition to a well thought out text explaining what he did, pricing etc. I am happy I found Michael on Yelp. I highly recommend giving Michael a shot. I found him to be reliable, honest and helpful. What more can you ask for?

I requested a quote from yelp and in a few minutes Corey emailed me back letting me know he can assist with with my job. I liked the way he got in touch with me quick, during the rest of the day 4 more companies got in touch with me but I wanted to use Corey because he seemed honest and the price was fair. They have a flat rate service I choose for handyman for the day. David came to my home a few days prior to the job appointment day to look at the work to make sure it could be done in a day and agreed it could. He came on the agreed time ready to tackle the job. He also picked up the materials from home depot I needed to get the tiles done like the grout, this was a nice plus. The job started at 9am and he was done by 5pm. He came back the next day to set the grout as it needed a day to dry. Everything went smooth and we are happy with end result. I will be using David and Corey for future jobs, thanks guys!

I ignored his message , just like he ignored our appointment. Yes, we did set an appointment. Shawn came over to give me an estimate - as he was leaving he said "see you Wednesday morning". Why would he be apologizing if he didn't set an appointment up with me ? Seriously Shawn. Don't make things worse but lying. There is another review here that states you never showed up........ Was I "thrilled" the last time you were here? No I was not. You put house number on the front of my house. They were ridiculously crooked. You said it's the numbers. I said it's not Shawn, please come back and straighten them. You did come back. They are better, but still not straight. You did not use a level - for sure !! You replaced screen on my back patio door. The screen came loose about a week or so after - and I wasn't even living here at the time. So loose just from the wind. You replaced 4 porcelain tiles in my office. Those tiles were all much higher than the rest of the floor. I asked a few guys after and they all said - he put too much mud. He definitely didn't check to make sure it was even with the rest of the floor. You had a guy pressure clean my back patio. Yes a fine job. And you used your blower to blow a few leaves out of my gutter. And you cut some bushes for me and put them in the front yard for the garbage. When you came to give me the estimate, you said "you know I could have remodeled your whole house. Everything I see that you did here, I could have done and I told you - I will beat anyone's prices". Well I didn't call you for the major stuff to remodel because I was NOT thrilled the first time. I called you back again because I had another handyman who didn't show up. And another who couldn't do the work for 3 weeks. The things I trusted you with the second time were easy things. Moving furniture around. Putting shelves together for my garage. 2 smoke detectors. Easy things that didn't need to be straight or could have a problem in the future. Again I WARN before calling you. You only have yourself to be upset with. Not me for speaking the truth. We negotiated a contract, a few days after sitting down at my kitchen table and having all of my questions answered. Back to "feels," I never once had that cheesy car salesman vibe, not once. Having lived in south Florida for decades, I had no expectation whatsoever of the project being completed on time (IYKNY), however, even after a self-imposed delay, it came in completely on budget and EARLIER than promised! The self-imposed delay I referred to, picture it: All the demo had been done, tile installed and cabinets half in and I STILL hadn't managed to pick out a countertop!!! Meidan, the owner of the company, mind you, was at my house THAT AFTERNOON with several tile samples and suddenly, we were ready to move forward. That's how easy he made it. I noticed during the process something seemed off and a simple Google search revealed most PRO painters do the base first in order to get a straight line using tape. This company DOES NOT use tape. Everything is freehand and it shows. My 10yr old daughter can make a straighter line. At first they seemed like they knew what they were doing and prepping properly with a sanding machine but as the job progressed it became evident they were cutting corners. Not enough prep was done and they rushed the job from middle to end. Lots of drips and they missed entire areas. The worst part is they destroyed our brand new $3k Hunter Douglas powerview blinds and refused to offer any compensation. And It's more than just visual deformities .. somehow the way it was wrapped caused the entire thing to warp and now it's not closing properly on the mechanism. And the mechanism sounds like it's forcing them which could eventually break the track. The bottom line is we paid for a premium professional job but got a less than adequate sub par workmanship finished product. The owner said we had too much stuff to move. That's complete bs. We had one room with alot of stuff that we assisted with AND the rest of the house 80% we moved ourselves! This all started because the owner was greedy. I asked if we could remove the base painting from the original estimate and he said the job would not be worth it for him at that point. He forced my hand to honor the original estimate and do something I didn't want to do and now this is what happens. The bottom line is we paid for a premium professional job but only got an ametuer job that we could of hired a few day laborers to do for half the price.. At the end of the day, I am so incredibly happy with the craftsmanship, the timeline, and the kind demeanor of him and his team. Also, he sent pictures and videos every step of the way, which was so thoughtful and great for us, some thing he did not have to do. We can't wait to have him install our LED mirrors, paint the outside of our house, and see him once in a while to power wash our front and back yard.
