Ordered a vanity and granite sink/countertop which was sold separately. When we picked up the countertop I noticed the box had been re-taped so I asked to see inside. Luckily I noticed the backsplash was missing then saw, clearly written outside the box, "backsplash broken." They found another in the store but it looked nothing like the display model. Got a refund. Vanity was ordered 3/24/25. Website says 7-10 day delivery date. We just received the vanity 1 month after ordering. I called and emailed numerous times but no one ever had an answer. Just responded it was being shipped from manufacturer. They couldn't tell me where the manufacturer was shipping from. Finally decided to contact the manufacturer Avanity, to check for delivery date. They were very helpful. Vanity is beautiful, but Floor & Decor not very helpful. read more

this company sold me defective tile and has made me jump through hoops with time and now the suggesting I spend money to prove my complaint. It borders on, I'm an elderly person trying to accomplish all of the task and money. They have asked me to pay in order for them to acknowledge this problem. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM FLOOR AND DECOR! I had all of my tiles ripped up and installed with these porcelain tiles I bought from Floor and Decor 5 years ago. It appears that after several years a few of the tiles the glaze is coming off of the tiles as well as they are pitting. I sent photos to ask if they can find me the tiles - once I was told no I asked them if they can give me a discount because I can not live with these floors! I am not asking for them to incur the very large cost it is going to cost me to have the whole floor ripped up and a new one installed. I asked simply for a discount. They didn't even offer to send someone out to look at it! They tried to say it could have been a different die lot. Well that would be the case if it was not that the glaze is coming off of them and they are pitting. They were not different colors when they were installed I am sure they have employee discounts or something they can pass on especially with a job this large - it is my whole downstairs that will need to be redone! read more

Worst customer relations ever. There is only one aisle with 12 x 12 ceramic tile. And because they were unloading in the next aisle over, they'd closed off this aisle as well. I asked an employee how I could get in and was ignored by a cashier and some one else walking by. Finally another employee needed to get something from the aisle so he opened the gate. Other people started walking into the aisle. I went in, too, and started taking a few pictures of tiles I liked when I (alone) was asked to wait outside the aisle. This made no sense. It was okay for other people to be browsing but not me? Ridiculous. So -- bottom line: they may have the stock but if this is the way they treat potential customers, they won't have the $$ much longer. Do yourself a favor and skip this store. No one needs a rude, make you want to cry (scream?) shopping experience. read more

Going through a home remodel has its tasks and it helps when you have the right resources to turn to. We decided to demolish a wall and create an open concept in our house and it required resurfacing the floor as well as moving the kitchen to a different area. There were different floor and kitchen designs we had to choose and we wanted it to meet our likings. The store offers a lot of designs and products to pick from. After going to a couple stores prior, I'm so glad we ended up picking up our floor tile and kitchen backsplash. Our selection went perfectly in our house with our new kitchen. It's very important to make everything contrast together and not to offset it. Even though this process can cause quite a bit of a headache with all of the choices one may have, keep in mind it will be worth it in the long run. The prices can either be on the low or high end depending on what you want to go with. Luckily, both of the things we got were on the lower side of cost and produced a beautiful effect in the long run. The customer service went beyond our expectations and actually took the time to explain and offer suggestions. Note: I did exactly as instructed below and was NEVER contacted by anyone. We purchased a small quantity of expensive marble ($3000 order) from floor and decor. When we arrived to pick it up at the scheduled time we were greeted by Maria in receiving. Maria let us stand waiting for 40 minutes and finally said she didn't have the stone. She lost it but it wasn't her fault. After returning home, making several hour long phone calls, they magically found the stone and we rescheduled a pick up. Again, "greeted" (that's a stretch) by Maria who let us stand around for another 45 minutes until she had someone go to the bin we told her the stone was in and pull the stone. Maria might be the worst retail customer service person we've EVER encountered. read more

She was very professional and efficient. Also, she requested her employees (whom she treated with grace and kindness) to ensure well and secure wrapping of the products. I used a handyman to tear out my old shower, and I chose beautiful glass tiles for the rebuild. as my guy was not used to glass tiles, he asked the service person on the floor what materials he needed to install them. and then he installed them. a week later, the glass tiles started to crash, within 2 weeks at least 16 tiles were cracked. when I contacted customer service asking them to take some responsibility ( after the service person acknowledged that she has in fact recommended the products we bought) the store refuses to take any responsibility, telling me that a professio tiler would not have made the same mistake. Hey, store, what about do it yourselfers looking to get some advice on the job itself? The store is open to the public, why not take responsibility for your mistake. I attempted to return a bucket of unopened grout I purchased 3 weeks ago (which was one item of many I purchased there to redo a bathroom) and I was told me they couldn't accept the return or give me store credit because 1. I didn't have a receipt and 2. my phone number wasn't in their system (which they never requested from me at purchase) and therefore couldn't verify my purchase. It amazes me they wouldn't even issue a store credit when they stock the item and it's on their shelves.
