It was a nightmare so when Delray Glass arrived at my house today to install all new glass and doors to the shower I was sceptical toi say the least. The two men that came to do the installation, Roberto and Alex. I haven't met a couple of nicer guys. They went right to their work. and to be honest I didn't even go upstairs to see what they had done because I had been disappointed with all the other tradesmen. That's how I was over everything I was... BUT I was super pleasantly surprised at the job these two gentlemen did. They were careful of the bathroom fixtures and the tile. As I said they called me upstairs to see the job and my mouth just hung open.... The job they did was second to none. Not only were these two gentlemen couresious, professional and respectful of my home they did an incredible job. Don't believe the other negative reviews. I went through a living nightmare with other companies, tradesmen but these guys from Delray Glass are the real thing. They were really outstanding. Now the bathroom looks like $1 million dollars. There was a lot of follow up with several team members. First, the salesperson Simon, did initial measurements and gave me an estimate. Then in another appointment, Javier confirmed the measurements (maybe before ordering parts). It took a few of months for HOA approval, county permitting and for them to receive my custom windows. Then before the install began, another manager Joel came by to remeasure and let me know what to expect during the install. I was a little anxious because they were doing my whole house and I knew it was going to be a lot of noise and demolition. But when Randy, the supervisor, and Yoandry, the team leader, showed up with 2 more guys they seemed to know what they were doing. So I basically hid in my room upstairs as they started working downstairs. Every once in a while I would peek out and see my windows getting knocked out and then my front door removed. They put up plastic sheets to minimize dust to other parts of the house. Yoandry and his crew made me feel at ease. It took 2 days for the demolition, new install and caulking. After the job was done Randy, the job supervisor, took me to each window and door and had me test them. He had me open and close each opening and then I had to sign a check list. Then the last day they put screens in the windows and did some other finishing work. The office scheduled my inspection. Yoandry and his team were also present with me when the inspector did a walkthrough of all my windows and doors. Altogether considering how much work was done, it was a relatively stress free experience! And my new windows and doors look great.

He also insists on using Paypal "friends and family" payment, so you have no purchase protection. This is important, because I paid over $4,000 for properly installed, distortion-free mirrors. Instead I got the wildly distorted mirrors in the photo. When I asked Tommy for help fixing the distorted mirrors, he texted, "sorry that's not the way it works...I am no no longer in the picture. The Contract has been fulfilled." Now I will need to spend more than $4,000 to remove and dispose of the mirrors, repair the wall, and find a new place to install new mirrors. Stay away.
