I'm going to stop by after work tomorrow and hopefully find the kitchen items I should have bought yesterday, and I liked a few other things, so I am excited about going back to finish what I started yesterday. Unbelievable and Unacceptable Customer Service. Only 2 people at register. My friend and I. After…read moremaking my purchase, with the security guard watching me I returned my cart to the corral. My friend made her purchase. As we walked out the door security asked to see our receipts. I asked why? He said " it's MY Job, rudely!' I replied " You actually stared at us during the entire process and you have absolutely no reason to check our receipts, this is unacceptable behavior. The manager on duty witnessed this incident and she told me to show him our receipts! " I looked at her and asked her if she treats ALL her customers in this manner? There is a process and steps to follow b4 you can assume a customer is stealing and as I have a$400 Coach purse and $300 coach wallet on my shoulder I doubt it would be us ESPECIALLY since your guard has been staring at us the entire transaction! She said she would call the police if we did not comply. I wanted to stand My ground, except we were on our way home so I showed them. They circled our items and said nothing! I said " Your WELCOME! And I not only will be reporting this incident to corporate but I will no longer shop here." Now as a Store manager myself I was appalled that this even happened in the first place. How do you allow your employees to act and represent your company in this manner. I want you to hold them accountable. And I will wait for a response. And amongst some of the cheaper items, there are some designer names mixed into the rest of their stock. You can sometimes find a bargain in their clearance stuff, but again, it's hit and miss. I do like to check at one of their stores now and then, however, as their stock changes pretty regularly. I really wasn't looking for anything particular this time but browsing to see if anything appealed. And to walk off a bit of my dinner nearby. OMG- my normal suit costs me $125-$200. Even if I get a year's worth of wear, I'm thrilled.

The store is large with quite a bit of inventory. Merchandise is neatly arranged in racks by categories. It was very easy to navigate. I took the opportunity to browse the women's clothing sections and a few other areas. I only bought a couple things from the housewares section -- on sale. But there were quite a few dresses that I liked and would have bought a few years back, but now I have no need for "working" clothes. My husband also browsed a bit. The men's section is much smaller than the women's clothing area. He did see a really inexpensive pair of jeans he almost bought, but decided against it. He did wind up getting a wallet, here, however. Cost wise, clothing was very reasonably priced. And as it was an organized store, I'd go back in the future to check them out again if I was in the neighborhood.

I was looking for something new, however, that could be worn now in the 100-degree weather, so I was browsing through all the clearance items. They had a lot of clearance racks in each section so it took a bit longer than anticipated. I also looked at their shoes as I'm always interested in another pair of flip flops or sandals. They've changed how they display their shoes, however. And this was the one thing I really disliked here. All their shoes are now in individual boxes. For shorter folks, like me, that means that all the shoes on the top shelves are no longer visible. And it meant that each box had to be removed from the shelf to view what was inside each box! Eeek! This was so frustrating and exhausting, that I didn't wind up trying on any of them nor buying any of them. Not quite sure they have done this, but I hope they change it. If I was in the area, I'd still stop back by as I know this type of store rotates stock on a regular basis. And I'm glad I came to check them out so I know for future.

On this most recent visit I noticed how much Halloween holiday stuff they had out. It is literally one stop shopping for home decor and costumes for all the kiddos. The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

But we do okay with a few household items, accessories, and comfortable shorts for my husband. They used to carry a brand of costume bracelets I liked -- and I keep looking for them -- but no longer. Of course, last month when I was browsing and had a birthday discount, I couldn't find anything. We were having lunch on the other side of the shopping center and decided to stop by. Today, I found some pool flip flops and a new pair of inexpensive designer sunglasses -- for the pool, too -- as well. It's nice to know they are here. I'm sure if we are in the area, we would stop by again.
