Beall's Outlet - Department Stores Near Me - Delray Beach, Florida

There are a few things I always look for when I go to a bealls outlet. I don't do well with their clothing -- they seem of a bit less quality than I care for and as if made for an older demographic. Which is funny for me (IYKYK). But we do okay with a few household items, accessories, and comfortable shorts for my husband. They used to carry a brand of costume bracelets I liked -- and I keep looking for them -- but no longer. Of course, last month when I was browsing and had a birthday discount, I couldn't find anything. We were having lunch on the other side of the shopping center and decided to stop by. Today, I found some pool flip flops and a new pair of inexpensive designer sunglasses -- for the pool, too -- as well. It's nice to know they are here. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed shopping here. It's not a high end department store by any means, but it is comparable to Ross or TJ Maxx. I actually like this store more! I found so many great items in the clothing department; some were name brand, some not, but everything was so inexpensive! I put on some weight and I am not looking to break the bank; but I still need clothes to get me through the next few months until the weight comes off, and I found those clothes here. The racks were organized and easy to navigate. I found mix and match pieces that are suitable for work & I found capri pants & cute casual tops too. I didn't have time to go through all of the racks so I am going back today to finish up. The home decor department is amazing. Right now they are showing a lot of nautical/coastal items for the summer. Plenty of serving pieces that are perfect for outdoor entertaining. Big selection of kitchen utensils, spice racks, gourmet food, bath towels, and linens. I saw some nice comforters & pillows. Small pet department and I noticed luggage near the entrance in the accessory department. I will save that area for a different day. I received a pleasant greeting upon entering, but I didn't see that many sales associates working on the floor. I didn't need to look for anyone because I was able to easily find what I was looking for. The cashier told me there is another Beall's outlet not to far away & it's across the street from a regular non outlet Beall's! I can't wait to explore those stores, possibly today or tomorrow. I typically don't enjoy shopping especially when I am between sizes (aka weight gain), but I had a great experience in this store & was successful in my search. I am a regular I'm in the rewards club and shop every Monday. Usually it's a great experience but for the past few months Monday is failure day! At lunchtime the line is long and wraps back into women's clothing Only 2 people on register and they have 2 speeds either slow or standstill! A hot damn mess especially considering that retailers are clamoring to get people in the store. Today after waiting 10 minutes and no line advancement I threw the items I was gonna buy over the display and walked out! A hot damn mess! They need to hire some people and staff up on Monday during lunchtime It reeks of incompetence management AND I am a frequent customer and reward member So you know this is a hot mess read more

I love Bealls outlet, I make it a point to shop here when I am visiting Delray. This location is much more open, clean and organized than the former spot across the street. They have clearance racks that are 70% off in addition to their already low prices. I scored 3 items for under $5 (tank top, sheer bathing suit cover up and jean shorts), a Jantzen one piece bathing suit for $19.99, plus the 15% off everything that they offer on Fridays for customers under age 49. Avoid shopping on Mondays if you aren't a senior citizen as that is senior discount day. Almost gave 5 stars, but their parking lot is full of potholes and due to nearby construction most of it is blocked off. read more

I love a Beall's outlet. They recently closed the one near me so if I am out and about and I have the time I make a point to stop if I spot one. On this day I passed by this one on way to the Boy's Market and was hoping to hunt down Christmas Presents for some Aunt's who are cherished but difficult to buy for. I don't shop at Beall's all that often but when I do it's usually for a gift. They have a a nice selection of higher end beauty goods, costume jewlery, purses, shoes, household goods, pet supplies, electronic accessories, holiday decorations, and even gourmet snacks. My main issue is with their clothes. They have clothing for men, women, junior's, and children. The clothes are on these huge racks that require you to dig through them in order to find anything. I know that they are trying to sell odds and ends of items but a little merchandising would go a long way towards making me want to buy anything. I don't usually have success finding anything in my size. I have had more luck buying from the junior's department for my daughter. Lining the checkout is even more inexpensive gifts to pick up on your way to the register. There is truly something for everyone and the prices are great. They are even more amazing if you find the clearance scattered throughout the store. You can save even more money if you have the Beall's credit card. They send you coupons in the mail. On this day I left empty handed but it was because I had a time constraint, To make the most of your visit you really need the time to poke around.My success at this type of discount store is related to how much time I have to shop. If you are in the market for a gift this is a great place to look. You will probably end up leaving with a little something for yourself as well. read more

Last week of this Beall's location in Delray Beach which is on military trail. Seemed like a old location with dust and what not. Across the street they are opening a bigger outlet location. They hardly have things left. Just a few clothing racks, shoes and home goods such as photo frames etc. I'm glad they are recreating this location because it needed a face lift. There were only 2 cash registers going and it was pretty disorganized. The last day for this location is this Saturday, July 30 2016. They are also selling fixtures and hardware. All sales are final with no exchanges or returns if you buy from here. If your able to find anything good, everything is 40 percent off additional. I was able to find a few cool blank notebooks, chalkboard, and one cooking utensil. Hooray to store relocation sales! read more

Closed the store before 9:30 on a Friday and on my face. Came all the way from Miami and got there just to return an item. Elaine was mean and her co worker too. They had customers in the stores who were not done buying. They were mean not kind. I would never buy anything or let anyome know you buy sometjing here. Products can be good and good price but your employees lack courtest, manners and not willing to help people. They said to me in a mean tone it is already 5 mins after closing but I wa standing there more than 5 mnts. They just want to leave and. It care about customers. A few mins of their time was not gonna kill them. But it kill me as customer from your stores Yea they were mean and screamed ok the ph. Horrible!! A trip post all the way from Miami. read more

Today when I got home to open my bags. I was missing one of the bags with a pocket book and 2 pairs of Flip flops. I called the store and asked if my bag which I paid for was still behind the counter. They said no. This is the second time this happened to me here when I had a lot of other bags. I should have known to make sure I had everything. what kind of register person doesn't go running after a customer if they didn't have all all their bags. So people be careful in this store. read more

Good deals overall. It always seems at this location there is one cashier and the manager slowly trying to do anything but cash people out. It is painful when the line has 10 people and the manager leaves her computer to go rearrange clothes on the racks. Too funny to watch. read more
