This is the 3rd time I have attempted to shop here and have been treated the same way every time. Today I looked through everything on all the racks and was never greeted, was never asked if I needed help, was never acknowledged in any way. I recently purchased clothing in their other shop nearby and was treated like gold. This is unacceptable. I will never shop in this location again.

I'd been looking for an additional bathing suit and hoped to take advantage of their current sale. Depending on the brand you chose, the discount varied. Unfortunately I didn't find anything I liked. I did wind up trying on some other items. And I found a dressy top on sale that I loved and was too inexpensive to pass up. Good to know they're doing well at this mall. I was looking for something new, however, that could be worn now in the 100-degree weather, so I was browsing through all the clearance items. They had a lot of clearance racks in each section so it took a bit longer than anticipated. I also looked at their shoes as I'm always interested in another pair of flip flops or sandals. They've changed how they display their shoes, however. And this was the one thing I really disliked here. All their shoes are now in individual boxes. For shorter folks, like me, that means that all the shoes on the top shelves are no longer visible. And it meant that each box had to be removed from the shelf to view what was inside each box! Eeek! This was so frustrating and exhausting, that I didn't wind up trying on any of them nor buying any of them. Not quite sure they have done this, but I hope they change it. If I was in the area, I'd still stop back by as I know this type of store rotates stock on a regular basis. And I'm glad I came to check them out so I know for future.
