This is a standalone home goods store tucked at the back of a shopping plaza. It was pretty crowded on a weekday! There is a lot of parking but less then you would think when crowded lol. They didn't have what I was looking for - a fondue pot - and the amount of 'small kitchen appliances' was very lacking, but since I'd never looked at this particular section before, I was surprised. I didn't take the time to look at anything else, as I was in a hurry, but glad to know this store is here without the distractions of an attached clothing store! read more

So many things here .It needs a little more organization because it is a big difficult to find rjingsZ But they have a huge selection whether it's a cheese board, holiday decor or candles there is a loot to choose from. ai was pleasantly surprised to see how much holiday decor they have which was wonderful. Funny I go to Marshall's and Tj Maxx but really not this store. Not sure why. But since I went away with what I was looking for, I just might be back. read more

Delray location has the most ill mannered sales people. This starts with the manager Al who is dismissive and curt. A return issue occurred with salesperson Christine as she replied me to drop my attitude. She was wrong and the issue was resolved in my favor. I reported this to corporate as they were appalled and apologized. SEASON is approaching I suggest this store gets in line. read more

I love "Home Goods" and am from NJ. The store in Delray is beautiful, filled with many wonderful and unique things. Yet, I was taken back by the attitude of the manager "A" who continued to "belittle" his employees in front of customers. I understand the need to train employees but we had a very qualified and friendly check out clerk and he let her know she was not moving as quickly as needed. I also watched him while I was shopping, with the same attitude to other employees too. Whatever happened to being respect to your employees and speaking to them behind the scenes, when needed. I didn't know any other way to bring this to the attention of the manager and store. Please accept it as positive criticism to value your employees, especially this holiday season, when they will be giving more than 100%. Thank you! read more

I feel like I've been living at this store for the past month! After finally wrapping up a large renovation, it's now time to decorate and Home Goods is the perfect place for that. They have such a large selection of household items and all at great prices compared to other stores. I have founds lots of outdoor and garden decor, but it seems like the selection is dwindling lately. I've also scored some really nice new accent blankets, bathroom towels, rugs, and mirrors. My latest hunt has been for storage boxes and bins. They have the best selection - better than bed bath and beyond! Home Goods is definitely helping me become more organized at home. The reason I docked a star is because they seem very understaffed. The line to return or checkout is usually long and slow. They had 3 registers open but about 15 people in line and it took 20 minutes to get up to the register. And when I did, the woman took a call during my transaction without saying hold on please. The call took another 10 minutes. When she finished that call, someone walked up to the register to ask a question and I was ignored again while she helped this person. I feel once a customer arrives to a register, there shouldn't be distractions like that. It took a total of 40 minutes between standing in line and then waiting for the woman at the register to help everyone else. That's a bit extreme of a wait time. I hope they can fix the staffing issues so it doesn't ruin more people's experiences. I'll definitely still shop here because their prices and selection can't be beat. read more

'Tis the season! Everything Christmas is in this store except for trees. This is your one-stop shop to get your home into the holiday spirit. However, I came to peruse the aisles for a utensil holder for my diningroom table. Nothing too fancy, but something unique. Definitely not holiday decor. There were several wicker-like baskets, but not my style. At the bottom of a shelf, there was a long ceramic tray topped with 3 little planters, just the right size for my utensils! Checking the price, I saw it's on clearance for $6! Now, that's a find. I like items that may serve several purposes, depending on how creative you are. I will say, parking is sometimes a challenge here. So, prepare to walk. This store is next to the revamped Target. However, I enjoy walking through a smaller store for a specific purpose rather than a football field sometimes. And, I find unique items at better prices. read more

Does anyone else walk around here thinking about what could be? I don't have a house or apartment (yet), but man did my place look freakin fantastic in my mind walking around this store!!! Every HomeGoods store has been fun and full of possibility. Lots of good finds. The clearance section had some good deals. I love the seasonal displays that HomeGoods creates. They give lots of ideas and really get you excited for the holidays! When I move into my new office, I'll definitely come to HomeGoods because they have some of the most unique and fun items for your desk and workspace. read more

One of my favorite places to browse. They offer so much beautiful merchandise. I love it here. I have made many a purchase, not just at this location but others as well. I think the value here is great and my only issue is I always want to buy everything in sight..and never can of coarse. But they offer quite a bit and there have been m any times when I have not even made a purchase but just browsed..and that says something because I am so not a browser. I mean I like sopping but not usually spending long periods of time at each store. Homegoods is the exception to that rule. read more

This is probably my least favorite home goods. The staff is generally nice but the store itself is not. It is very crowded and a pain to be at. The AC in the store is not on usually and the layout of the store is terrible. For example, You'll end up going through aisles with huge pillars at the end of them that you cant fit your shopping card through. read more

Great location with so many useful and home products. They have a gourmet goods section that has a variety of products from jams, roasted peppers, olive oil, pasta, etc to choose from at a good price. Store was very organized and clean. Plenty of parking. read more

This a great location!! It has a lot of great stuff and a wide variety! It's a very busy, it's a location filled with snow birds! Which is great because my 9 month old loves when older men and women stop and talk to him! So it's a fun outing for him while I smell candles and look for stuff I want and need! The location is clean, the bathroom is really clean as well! As a mama on a day full of errands with baby in tow, it's great that they have a changing table in the bathroom! You never realize how great it is to see one of those!!! The employees aren't on the floor, but at the register so if you need help, if it's busy it will be hard! I love the selection of stuff by the register! I came in for one item and ended up with 3 cute affirmation mugs and bath toys for the baby! read more

There are no carts!!! People are wandering everywhere with no carts to use! And the employees just shrug their shoulders.

It's a franchise so at a minimum it deserves 3 stars. I've got to go a step further, since i keep getting lucky at THIS store vs the other HGs in the area. Picture frames. dog toys and All Clad pans! This is a good store with some really good items that pop up now and then read more

Garbage store. The place always looks Ransacked. Manager rude and unhelpful. I have to return so many of my items because they're missing pieces. Never buy anything electronic here. They never have enough people working the registers and you stand in line for 20 minutes or more. Convenience isn't always better. read more

HG is the place to if you enjoy nice home items for budget friendly prices. they offer everything you need for your home including body care items. I love this store! I love looking at all the beautiful hand blown glass pieces that I can never have. I'm always dropping or breaking things and I always have kids at the house. I absolutely love kitchen gagets and I always find everything I'm looking for here. They also have the nice gourmet food section where they sell interesting pastas, sauces condiments and candies. Great place to find small gifts for teachers during christmas season or end of the school year. Always check the clearance section because sometime you'll find a great deal on bedding or kitchen stuff. read more

I rarely write reviews and felt the need to write this one to provide feedback to a shop that I have used for years. Today my experience was terrible. With 30+ people in line, all waiting 30 minutes or more and only 3 cashiers working; it was one of the worst customer experiences that I have encountered. I asked who managed the store, when I finally got to the cashier, and was met with a blank stare. I was a loyal customer but they need to do better if they want to keep my business. read more

One cashier with a line of customers. Doesn't ask for more cashiers until I get to the cashier. Doesn't say a word to me. No hello, no telling me how much I owe, no goodbye and no thank you. I can't imagine ruder service. And no name tag so I don't even know who it is. And the store is mess. As I was shopping an employee was continuously cutting in front of me to restock. What's more important? Your customers shopping or your employees getting in their way? Who trains these people? Won't be back to this store. read more

This place is hit or miss in terms of customer service. Tons of merchandise makes it sometimes hard to get around especially when its crowded. Sometimes the cashiers are friendly, some are not. They need more cashiers open all the time when busy. read more

I had bad experience in the store today. I found a piece of furniture I wanted to buy. Called over an associate in the furniture department to answer my questions. Said she couldn't answer them but she didn't know anything about furniture. Strange. She calls another associate over . I asked her about the stuck drawer that was hard to open. She shrugged her shoulders and said then don't buy it. She walked away and left the broken furniture for another sucker to buy. I also asked about delivery. I had to take a picture of the piece of paper with delivery info. Would not let me keep the flyer. If you can't take the time to make copies of delivery flyers then I have no more time to shop at Home Goods. Better stores out there. read more

Just attempted to visit this location at 7:45pm on Sunday evening, looking for a specific item. To my surprise, the doors are locked! The lights are on and I can see shoppers inside, but the doors are locked to anyone trying to enter. I asked a cart attendant in the parking lot what was going on, and she replied, "it's Sunday, we close at 8pm". When I informed her that it was only 7:45pm, she said, "oh, the doors are locked because we are trying to get everyone out." How is locking the doors 15 minutes (at least) early helping to get anyone that's already IN the store, OUT? It's not. They are just keeping any new potential shoppers from entering so that they can close early. Staff, your hours are clearly posted on your website, as well as your front door. As such, every effort should be made to adhere to your posted hours. We have all had bad/long/lazy days and wanted to leave work early. But you have to suck it up and get through it. Today I had a 10 hour workday, after which I rushed to this Homegoods, knowing I'd have plenty of time before 8pm to grab the one item I wanted, only to find the doors locked and no entry allowed, well before the posted closing time. Hmm, it sure would have been nice to know that before driving several miles out of my way to come here! read more

HG is a very cool place to shop. It's a less pricy blend of Pier One and Bed Bath & Beyond. Not only are there great finds for your home, but they have unusual food items, like a Thai green curry powder that is fabulous when used with coconut milk. Last year I found a wonderful imported honey as well. Their goods are of a caliber of what you might find at any major department store but costing much less. Trendy meets chic and cheap (but lets face it-nothing is REALLY cheap in Delray) at HG. I head here as soon as we arrive in Florida. read more

There are many wonderful things to buy at this store. It's a little difficult to get into and park, but once you're in it's worth fighting the traffic. What I like best about the store are the unusual one of a kind items for your home. Merchandise is stacked through the aisle so you have to keep a sharp eye out and everything is roughly together with other similar items. And it changes on a weekly basis at least. Always new items coming in. I bought a little writing desk like the one I had in school years ago, absolutely lovely. read more
