This was the closest Beall's to where we were at the time so we stopped by. I'd received an email celebrating my half birthday (!) with an offer that I wanted to see if I could use. This store was huge. And it had all sorts of departments within it. I'm more familiar with their outlet stores which are much smaller and compact. I needed a replacement purse so that where I went first. They had some clearance sales going on which was an added incentive. I actually found two possibilities right away and wound up purchasing one, I didn't explore the entire store -- just mainly the jewelry, accessories, and shoe departments. These were all close together. So I found something I needed and it was not only priced well, but was a name designer, too. It's good to know I have an alternative to my usual haunts. read more

I had a great experience at their outlet store so I was looking forward to visiting their main store. Funny thing is I liked the outlet store more. This page says the store is in the mall but it's not. This store is in the same plaza as Burlington and Kingsburg Chinese restaurant. I didn't care for most of the clothes which surprised me because I did so well at the outlet. I was looking for a few blazers but was told they don't carry them. I did find two cute tops though which I planned on trying on. I enjoyed looking around in the store, especially in the home decor/housewares department. Large selection of lamps, pillows, patio furniture and novelty items. The day I was there they had a huge sale on bath towels. Good quality products are made with good quality materials and I didn't find that here. The ladies working on the floor were friendly. The displays were nicely done and the racks of clothes were organized. The sales floor was neat and tidy. The fitting room had not been cleaned and I decided to walk out without trying anything on. So right across the street of the Beall's store is the clearance one as well called Beall's Outlet. So it's nice to breeze thru both. This location which is the regular one is nice because it's massive in size compared to the clearance center. When thinking of this store I compare it to Macy's or Dillard's. You will see a lot of the same brands and designers. They have a good size of home department as well as other departments. It's suppose to be a one stop store with wide range of products. They send coupons and promotions if you sign up online or in person. I like going to Beall's since it's near my house and much closer than the mall. I usually go when getting a present for a friend or party. If I don't find anything here at good value then I go to the outlet store across the plaza. Had a pretty good experience here even though it was Christmas Eve afternoon. The store is clean, bright, and organized. The line was long at the main checkout station (there are several checkout stations in the store) but it moved quickly. I admired the Christmas print dress the cashier wore. She said it was from Beall's and that they sell them every year. The cashier was very pleasant even though many customers were interrupting her as she was ringing up other customers' purchased. Here's hoping there's a few dresses left so I can grab one for myself at their after Christmas sale. There's a large variety of merchandise sold here from kitchen wares, clothing for all ages/genders/seasons, luggage, home decor, and seasonal items. Next time I'm in the area, I may have to stop in to shop for myself. read more

You have to understand this is a big deal when I typically hate shopping and don't really like Bealls, generally.... This store, on the other hand, is great! I like the stock - especially the bathing suit section. And they have great sales and some hot items that you can also get with a discount (Tervis tumblers with coupons), etc. I was truly reluctant to come here my first time, but now, I make it a definite must do every time I'm in town!! read more

Very organized store with friendly cashiers. The employees that worked around the store didn't interact with me at all while I shopped, so I can't vouch for them. They have some cute beach-themed home decor, and they also sell the Simply Southern collection of clothing. They had some really good clearance on toys as well. Aside from the Simply Southern clothes though, I felt like the majority of their clothing is geared towards older women aged 50+ mainly. I wouldn't really come here for clothes as someone in her 20's, personally. It was a nice place to check out, though. read more

I love this place! I came here to attempt to finish off my Christmas shopping yesterday and I never thought that I would say that I would love this place from the looks of it outside. When I came in, I was in heaven. I'm a fan of the Royal Palm Beach one, but it seems like it's bigger and more stuff to choose from in this store versus there. You can score some really good deals if you look for them and it's very clean with room to navigate around everything. Plus, they gift wrap for free if you purchase the items in the store. Now, that's cool, but be patience since there's a longer line around the holidays since gift wrapping can be quite a task. The checkout lines were quick and super friendly. And what I also like? It's only 5 minutes away from my house! Super score! :) read more

I have always loved Beall's; way before it was Beall's, it was Upton's. I will tell anyone that the drive to the Royal Palm location is worth it. I come to the Boynton location when I have to. Yesterday, I was taken back by how rude the customer service lady was. First off, I was able to make my original purchase showing my driver's license and giving my social security number. I come back to return 2 items and I put the bag on the counter. She proceeds to tell me, "Can you take the clothes out the bag?" "Sure, no problem." She asks if I have my Bealls charge and I tell her no. She says I can only get a store credit; which I did not have a preference either way because I did have my original receipt and was within the time frame to exchange or return if I wanted. I accepted the store credit because you can't win with incompetence. As I am browsing; I hear a woman, perhaps a manager, yelling at an associate saying, "Why you give that woman her money back, why you did that?" Really? In a store full of shoppers on the weekend? Majority of the consumers are 55+. I will go back to this location, however, it will be when I have enough sanity to last me. Stick to Royal Palm; they have a better selection, a staff that speaks clear and precise English, and it is an overall better experience. read more
