I found what I needed without a problem. The issue was in checking out. Except for self checkout, only 1 register was opened and it was busy. There was a 5 minute wait at self checkout as those using it were having problems with it. Why not have another register opened? Target has been having issues overall and this is 1 reason why. read more

I came to return and was surprised the store was dead and there was no line at customer support. I met a neighbor here who told me that there is a boycott of Target from March 5-April 17, 2025. The NAACP urged customers to instead support Black businesses as well as businesses that maintain its diversity equality and inclusion programs. I bought a few milk products here last week and was surprised that they expired in November 2024. They were taken back without a question, but the man at customer service told me that I should always check the dates at target. I was recently visiting friends in Boynton Beach when I noticed a food stain on my shirt. I stopped at this Super Target and I found what I needed, the Tide To Go spot remover. This store had a great selection of travel size items as well. The store itself was very clean and had lots of good pantry items as well. Target does not run as many specials as other stores, but sometimes I find some really good deals. The self checkout lanes were an easy way to get out quickly. read more

I rarely have gone to Target in the past but now since it's in my radar on my way home on a regular basis, I stopped in to purchase a couple of items. I was pleasantly surprised at how bright and clean this store is and how everything is neat and marked. The service personnel are present and very amicable to help when I needed guidance as to where my items were located. I'm happy that this Target has food. They actually carry the creamer in their refrigerated section that I wanted. I also picked up a spray bottle that I needed in their plant section. I checked out via with a real person but they do have self service areas as well. This store is immense, so put in your sneakers if you totally want to check it out. I only wish I could have spent less on the spray bottle because I had seen it prior for $1.20 less at a competing store but I didn't want to take the extra time to go there. read more

The other day I was in Target in Boynton Beach at Hagen Road. They have over 2 dozen registers and only 1 was open, beside the self checkout. The check out lines were long, but no additional registers were opened. The store is close to home, but it is the worst managed retail store I have ever been in. read more

This is close to my house and 90% of the time they have what I'm looking for, most staff members are friendly and helpful And starbucks is there and that makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. Worst Target I've been to. They close the self checkout lane and they only have 2 registers for the entire store. Then you have other employees just standing around doing nothing instead of opening up another register like they're too good for it. Manager needs to change this or get fired because they're running the store down to the ground. Never coming back to this awful store! You guys waste 30 minutes of my life in a line that I didn't need to be in if you knew how to manage a store. read more

The store is very clean and has plenty of parking, but they do not have enough checkers at the registers. There are two registers open each with at least 10 people waiting in line to pay you and the line is equally as long at the self check out. Noting that this is just two days before Christmas. I would have expected them to open more lines. read more

Popped in here really quickly to grab a couple quick things while in the area and on the road. They were clean and well stocked with the majority of items. They have all the standard COVID social distancing measures the chain has put in place in all their stores. Overall: A Solid location for a quick stop off to grab a couple essentials. This Target is a SuperTarget. That means they have a deli, a full produce section, frozen, butcher, seafood and dairy sections in addition to the usual shelves of canned and boxed goods. It's a supermarket. And yes, the store still has all the other Target goodness including kitchenwares, clothing, electronics, toys, hardware, home/office and baby items. And a CVS Pharmacy. The store is bright, clean and well stocked. I found the items I wanted and a little bit more. Someone forgot to pack socks. Oops. I have mixed feelings about this Target. The layout is different from others, except for the grocery on the right. The left entrance has toys and TVs just as you enter. The grocery side combines household cleaners/paper products amongst the food staples. Clothes, beauty, and health-care/CVS in the middle as in most. Obviously they're not all the same, but I'm an avid Target-er and this one really threw me off. I came specifically for planters on circle week sale, and in looking for them, since everything was not where it likely is, and no employees to be found around, I tried using the app map for this location to show where product should be (outdoor garden area-seasonal) and that was completely off/wrong from where I finally found it in the left corner. Produce was well stocked/looked presentable, and a lot of variety in selection across all the grocery sections/aisles. Alcohol section had a lot more clearance, yellow labels, amongst the beer, malt, and wines than my typical target (had stopped by it on the way home). So grocery wise, this Target is better and on a grander scale than some other Super Targets. Then upon checking out, it only seemed that the self-checkout area was open, no lights on in the manned checkout lanes. However, once I was done and walking past the lanes to exit, there were at least two lanes with people checking out, just no signal/light on the whole time, weird and annoying, because sometimes I rather the human interaction, but this Target lacked it all around. read more

I like this super target but I still find it a little difficult to find a few items. For instance, I was lookin for powder- and first they direct you to the pharmacy area but I wanted baby powder so that wasn't the right place. I had to go into the baby area. I did like the fresh vegetables they had- and they have organic as well. They have a Starbucks in this Target which is nice. The checkout was easy as well. Make sure to use your app so you can look for the specials. I was glad to see that they are following the Covid rules. Mask up people! read more

I usually shop at this target but in the past 6 months I have noticed so many expired food items. Today, I saw three different expired things: shredded cheese, sour cream, and this salad dressing. This was by far the worst being from November 2022!!! It's December 2023! How did this and the other bottles with the same expiration date not get pulled off the shelf??? Terrible phone customer service- no one answers the phone. When they do, they are rude and purposely hang up on you when you ask for help. I will be contacting corporate. I called back and told a manager and he admitted he can't do anything without a name. The girl hung up on me so she didn't have to give a name! If you like Target you like Target. And I'm one of those individuals who likes Target. This location does not disappoint. I live near by so that's another win win for me. This store is on the intersection of Hagen Ranch and Boynton Beach Blvd. It's a super Target and in my view a one stop wonder if you need more than one thing. They sometimes have sales where you can spend a certain amount you get a gift card or amount off which is nice. I like their home section as well. I have been able to get small knick·knack of sorts for my kitchen/bathrooms in the past. Their sale or clearance sections in different departments are not big but their website does show the prices and I do like to compare to other stores near by. Even their produce section is big and clean, if I'm in a time crunch I end up getting fruits and vegetables from here. Overall, if you live in Boynton Beach this might be the best Target in the area. Only disappointment is that they have very few registers open and that usually takes up time but I feel that's most stores these days who just have 1-5 registers open if they think they are not busy. ~ read more

The store is very nice, all though they have the card section in the wrong place. It interferes with people trying to get to the register or using the main aisle. Horrible. Went to target for normal things, saw that call of duty Cold War Was on a Black Friday deal for 19.99 and so I went to the counter to buy it. The lady at the self check out was a complete jerk for no reason regardless, then I asked her why it rang up as 80 dollars, instead Of the 20 dollar deal, which I had checked had started today. She was a complete jerk about it and treated me as if I was stupid. She had orange hair and was older. I went to the game isle again and checked the sticker and it said it was for a different game. They put the sale sticker for a different game on the actual Cold War game which also weirdly enough said 49.99. So even if the sale was for a different game, they charged me an insanely incorrect price nonetheless. Then they charged my grandma 15 dollars for a 10 dollar pillow. The shelf said 10 dollars. For several years, I have shopped at this Target and spent several hundred dollars per week. After shopping there this morning, I have decided to never shop at this location again. Tuesday morning is a great time to shop as the store is usually not crowded and I can get my items, check out and be home in under an hour. Unfortunately, this location decided that their self checkout lanes should be 10 items or less. When I went to checkout, I was informed that I couldn't use the checkout as I had more than 10 items. The policy was effective as of Sunday, October 1st. There were no other customers using the self checkout, but I had to go stand in line for the 1 open cashier line. It took over 15 minutes for the cashier to check me out and the single customer in line. While I standing in line, only 1 other customer used one of the four self checkout lines. To the Target Management - If you are going to change your self checkout policy, then you should make sure you have enough cashiers to checkout your customers without them having to waste time standing in line. I look forward to shopping another location with better Customer Service!! read more

The Target store on Boynton Beach blvd and Hagen ranch is one of the worst run stores I have ever been in. I shop a lot of groceries there. The closest human checkout is always 10-12 isles away from self service. They are always out of paper towels, toilet paper and the needed kitchen disinfectants The other stores in Our area have been in stock for months. This was the most useless trip to a store that don't care about their customers. Had the rudest Manager didn't even stop to look and take my question on where or when a item not in demand would be in stock. And they have it but it is a different code so she said it wouldn't work. This isn't my go to target in this area, but nevertheless it's clean, organized, has ample parking and Starbucks inside. it's a supertarget btw, so there's lots more goodies here. Look for the clearance items to add to even bigger savings. Free WiFi here also and clean bathrooms. read more

My favorite deodorant was used up. I called the manufacturer and they suggested Target carries their brand - Schmidt's Natural Deodorant. I purchased 4 sticks and received a $5.00 gift card, as a bonus. The polite employees walked me right to the item(s) I needed.
