First time ever in a Container Store. Strangely, I thought it was going to be everything containers due to the name but the whole store had an array of merchandise devoted to ANY space that you could put items into and various other home items. Aside from containers made of plastic, metal, wood, and cloth they offer some large items for home offices like big filing cabinets and thin lined tables and wall mounted racks. The employees were either bored or really energized and determined to assist us and asked if we required help several times. Prices are mid-range but did not notice any 2 for 1 type deals or deep discounts. This store can be entered through the exterior of the Boca Town Center or from within. read more

What a very interesting simple concept: plastic containers of all shapes and sizes. Took a trip to the Boca Mall and noticed the front of this Container Store facing the parking lot and after entering realized there was an entrance into the mall. An incredible variety of all sorts of home and office containers. I needed to find thin plastic containers for under the bed and above my closet both for storage. Found lots of different sizes and colors not just the clear containers. I like that they have rooms set up as offices or bedrooms to give you some visual options for the containers uses. read more

This store has lots of items to hold things in which is fabulous-it really has all types of containers- from bakers to reusable ice cubes to kids baskets. If you sign up with the rewards you get certain points and money off at different points of the year. The employees are very helpful here as well. This was a decent experience and also what I expected, maybe a little more. If you're looking to store things especially inside of something, they've got you covered. Whether you need a box with a lid or not, they've got it for ya. Glass, plastic, metal or straw, they have it in all shapes, sizes and color. It's almost comical how much sht they have here to be honest. They get a 5 stars for the genre. They're definitely top dawg in the container game. When you're hungover and want the cheapest food to make you happy (and then sad) you goto mcdonalds. When you want the best watch you can't afford, you think of rolex. In my opinion they're the only ones in the game so far, but when I think of needing a container to store things, now I immediately think of "the container store." I can leave it 5 stars, and want to, but I can't just because. They're 5 stars in their genre, but this is Yelp and I can't explain it but they're not above and beyond. It's clean, the staff is awesome, but the prices weren't cheap, I felt a little bit lost but not in a bad way. I may be back. The Container Store was created when Garrett Boone and Kip Tendell met while working at Montgomery Wards. They discovered a new niche, home simplification and organization. They opened their first store in Dallas in 1978 and thus The Container Store was born. I love the organization items in The Container Store. There aren't too many of this store near me so if I am near one I make it a point to stop. This store is part of the Boca Mall. Even if I'm not buying I get inspiration. You can't organize clutter so step one is always getting rid of what you don't use. As Marie Kondo says if it doesn't spark joy out it goes. Once you have downsized you can find great organization products here. The store is set up in areas such as kitchen , laundry, and pet. I always find something new and inventive when I come. On this visit I picked up a bra bag to keep them from getting tangled in the wash, a flip fold so all of my T-shirts will be a uniform 9" by 12" folded size, a step stool, and a collapsible pet measurement cup with built in clip for my cats food. All that came to $50. I love all of the earth friendly lunch items like the reusable sandwich bags and straws. Around Christmas they always have a bunch of unique and affordable stocking stuffers. A visit to this store always makes me want to go home and tidy up. It's easy to get caught up in buying items to organize and then never get around to actually implementing them. I find that's its best to conquer one area at a time and when I am ready I can always find the tools I need here. read more

This place is awesome. You go in here and say "wow I can organize my life now." And actually they have all these really cool shelving and items to hold stuff. All different sizes and materials and colors and it's an endless display, all very very neat and organized. I went there because I needed a closet designed for my master bedroom. I had two different custom furniture designers, each of whom are designing furniture for me, design the closet and each went through countless iterations, and each was not good, while also being very expensive. I learned, after going to the ContainerStore, is that this place has the right software and staff to pull together a design from your measurements in under 30 minutes. ANDREA was our designer and she was outrageously gifted. Smart, sharp, knowledgeable, intuitive and a great sense of humor. She pointed out what was wrong and didn't make sense in the other designs, went over choice of closet materials and their price differences, and before our eyes we got a design we liked. We ordered during their once a year 30% off sale on closet materials and arranged for a custom measurement ($50, applied toward order) of the space to be sure our measurements were accurate. Shelving, storage containers, boxes, closet organizers, hangars, drawers, tables on wheels. Yep, the Container Store has it. The store is nearly laid out and is a perfect shopping experience for people who like things organized. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I stopped over at the travel accessories and checked the stuff to see if there might be new things that would make my flying and hoteling easier. I remodeled my bathroom and needed some organization tools and containers to make my bathroom more under control. A girl has to have at least 50 beauty products at a given time, right? When the lady came out with my order I told her what happened and she laughed. I said I feel discriminated against and that's not funny, I spend a lot of money in this store. I love the Container Store but I've been here twice in the recent year and each time I've come their store has been lacking in product. The organization is nice enough. The customer service is pretty good. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll recommend where you can buy it elsewhere. I kind of have a love / hate relationship with The Container Store. One the love side: I'm a big dork. I love being organized and this place has everything you can think of for travel, every room in your house and more in terms of boxes, compartments, bags, and anything organizational. The downside is the pricing. Everything is so freaking expensive! Honestly, my favorite thing to do is to go there, find my items, and buy them on Amazon while I'm there. It'll cost you essentially half every time. I would love to be a person who actually buys from here but why waste the the money when so many places have it cheaper? In theory it's great here, but my pocketbook says no thanks. I had one employee disappear while I was waiting and another told me to wait a moment and then took someone else. When I finally got someone, she used "I'm new" as an excuse instead of checking with someone else. The store was clean and fairly well stocked... except for what I wanted. This was my first time going into the The Container Store and I wasn't impressed but I wasn't disappointed either. It's an interesting business concept to sell storage and organization and apparently it works. The space is divided by rooms, and the different types of storage and organization are within each. A lot of the items are things that you can find at stores like Ross, TJ Maxx, and Marshalls for much cheaper in their home sections. The convenience is being able to find the items all in the same place here. I went to find a hanging jewelry organizer to hold all my earrings and rings. It was $24.99 here. I found one very similar (slightly smaller but double-sided) at TJ Maxx for $9.99. I did however buy two dry erasable boards to hang up on my wall to help keep me organized and motivated. The sets included the board, marker and a couple magnets for $9.99 which I didn't think was bad. I don't foresee myself coming back here unless I'm desperately trying to find a particular product. read more

We've been customers of the Container Store for years. Used to travel all the way to Hallandale from Delray as we liked it that much. It was so exciting when they finally opened in Boca. The prices are a bit higher for some things but I attribute that to higher salaries and some items that you cannot find elsewhere. Until today, the service in the store has been impeccable. I am on their email list and they send notifications of the POP Perks every few months. After going to the counter to checkout, the girl at the counter was sullen and didn't even say hi or make eye contact. I told her I had the email and tried to show her but she ignored me. Her name is Vivian and if anyone from the organization reads this, she needs a lot more training to be able to represent your company. She looked at her computer and said I could use the coupon next time. I said, no, THIS is next time and we will use it now. Finally, I instructed her to get the manager which she did and of course the manager accepted the coupon. Yes, we will be back to the store but I hope this is the last negative encounter. read more

This is one of those stores where you can always find something for your home. It literally has thousands of storage items and knick knacks to make life easier. Store is located at the Boca Raton Mall. It has its own entrance as well as into the mall. There is usually one or two people checking out but lines move fast and employees are pleasant. We purchased an item several months ago and lost the receipt. They were accommodating and their reward program tracks the purchase. We quickly had a new item and willing to pay a bit more to upgrade.
