Worth a day trip to Mizner Park in Boca, Employees were readily available but gave you freedom to walk around. With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. IMO...there are so many better options and you can probably find brand new and factory fresh for the same price or even less than the used pieces they have. Personally I will go elsewhere. - [ ]

There was a gal vacuuming at the time we came by. The vacuum was heating up and smoking a bit, so she was concerned. There were also some students or volunteers or young new employees -- I couldn't tell which -- being given a tour of the store as we were there. Both were a bit distracting. They have some inventory that will appeal depending on what you're looking for... they don't have much furniture wise. There's a bit of a bunch of different things --linens, housewares, silverware, electronics, books, clothing etc., etc. Most things are organized together by category. Price wise, it's a mix of decent prices and high prices. They have some of the more expensive items near the counter. We didn't love something enough to buy anything here. But we are still glad we came to check them out.

With the influence of DIY shows showcasing recycling and re-purposing, thrifting is more popular than ever. Thrift stores help people save money and keep items out of the landfill. Shed Thrift has some unique items like a jukebox that you didn't typically see in the local area thrift stores. With their mission to help vulnerable pets, this store is an assist to Coral Springs.

I remember specifically a Flamingo umbrella near the front door that stands on its own feet. There was also an incredible collection of clocks on the wall behind the sales person. They were highly unusual and unlike anything I have ever seen anywhere else. I simply loved them and I am seriously sorry I did not take a picture of them as well as other items. But I had a good reason, or so I am saying with this excuse. I was busy choosing one of their elegantly packaged large triple milled bars of soaps from England by Michel Design Works. In the end I went with the Shea butter soap scented with Lilac and Violets. Such a heavenly scent. Expensive for a bar of soap at $11 but to quote L'Oreal, I am worth it. Triple milled soaps last a great deal longer than other bars of soap. Yup, you guessed it right, I have a high quality soap fetish! The owner of the store was extremely lovely and knew when to let you be and examine her unique collection of items and when to chime in and provide you with additional information about her products. A rare gift in most gift stores, in my not so humble opinion.

Harriet eventually accepted a part time job in the store and when the owner retired Rachel purchased it Lifestyles Giftware carries items for men, women, children, and pets. You can pick up that perfect birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift. Don't show up empty handed for the hostess or just treat yourself. Shop clothing, accessories, bed, bath and body, candles, home goods, kitchen items, and stationary. They carry brands Pampa Bay, Golden Rabbit, Mud Pie, Britto, and Mariposa to name just a few. My favorite items included a dog print makeup bag, the elegant serving dishes, adorable salt and pepper shakers, and lovely glass perfume bottles. Next time I need a one of a gift, I will be stopping here. The also offer gift wrapping. One thing to note is that the plaza is cracking down on parking. Sometimes it's the little things that make me happy. The girl manning the dressing rooms was very nice to me. I do want to mention the dressing rooms are dated and need to be cleaned, deep cleaned. Thank goodness I always have hand sanitizer on me. Finding the cashier was a little irritating. To get in line you walk around an isle & a few displays, it was weird. It reminded me of waiting on line at Disney. Very maze-like & I was getting dizzy. The cashier was an absolute joy. She was sweet & even let me keep the hanger for my new top. So, customer service wise, I was pleasantly surprised. The store needs a good cleaning and the racks of clothes weren't organized well. On my first visit, I worked with Claudia. I provided dimensions and was told the manufacturer could customize the piece and that she would follow up with pricing. I never heard back. I like the furniture here, and I'm looking for some new things so I decided to try again. The second time I worked with David, who said the piece could be made with my specifications. He took my name and phone number, and said he would follow up with pricing. That was 3 weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from anyone. I spent many years as a wholesale rep, so I understand how important follow-up is, especially when a customer is clearly interested and ready to buy. The furniture may be beautiful, but after two missed chances, I'll look elsewhere. How disappointing!

And as I walked through the store, I was amazed by all the artwork, home and decor items such as platters, tableware, and Accessories. They also offer baby items and game items such as Mahjong and canasta and backgammon sets and accessories; there are Perfume decanters, lovely pocketbooks, and jewelry for young and old. There are bridal items and even PJs. It's the perfect place to treat yourself to something nice or purchase a gift and have it wrapped gratis. Karyl Asch, the proprietor believes in great service and that's why the business is growing. She makes every customer feel special.
