The owners of the store Katya and Drew have impeccable taste in selecting very unique pieces. They have helped me with things like redoing an entire room to adding cool pieces to my existing decor to reframing van old art piece. The negative is that they promised 2wks when it took 2months. One excuse after the other. The owner was never available and never in the business. It's a big store. It used to be the old Lord & Taylor. Two floor and the day I was there the second floor air conditioning was out so definitely cut my visit very short considering it was already 90 degrees outside. I'm not sure what I was expecting. With the pricing, and with what I've read, I expected it to be on the lines of a Roche Bobois... not even close. I know this is an outlet store but if this is what they sell... it's not for me. It had a really poor selection of damaged items that are still way over priced. I was honestly expecting to see much better prices on pieces especially ones with obvious flaws and I was surprised to see brands that come from China. I know RH has membership pricing and a strong following. IMO...there are so many better options and you can probably find brand new and factory fresh for the same price or even less than the used pieces they have. Personally I will go elsewhere. - [ ]

Birch Lane, a Wayfair company, took the place of Z Gallerie which closed over a year ago. I used to love Z Gallerie, they had some really nice quality furniture there as well as a wide array of eclectic decor and art. Birch Lane is much more conventional and boring and because of size constraints, they don't have much inventory on the floor. Unfortunately, we left empty-handed, but not for a lack of trying. The staff did offer us the option of looking for other options online and having them ship it to us. However if I wanted to order something from Birch Lane or Wayfair, I could just do that in the comfort of my home. I don't need a salesperson to act as a middleman and browse the website with me. I don't know, maybe I'm just not the target demographic for this store. Overall 3 stars from me. It's definitely adequate, it just lacks flair and inventory.

Either way this problem began on or around May 15th and as of today June 2nd still Z-Gallery couldn't solve the issue! They continue to have this table in their inventory, (MISLEADING ALL CUSTOMERS's,) -yet they can't or don't know how to properly secure a fragile table for delivery!! They admitted that they need to better handle the packaging on their end, but in the meantime they are taking their customer's money, STILL SELLING THIS TABLE, while not being able to properly deliver these type of FRAGILE AND EXPENSIVE ITEMS. Z- Gallery is totally incompetent and because they are, should NOT be in business, do to absolutely misleading their customers. I attempted to speak to someone in their Corporate office, but they claim that can "only" be done internally!! Of course it is!! I have exhausted every mean with Z-Gallery!! This "inconvenience" has caused us to now have an incomplete set of tables!! The most concern here should be the fact that Z-gallery continues to have this table and others alike on sale; while you can't provide an adequate and proper handling and delivery of said items! This is not only very unfortunate situation, but likewise absolutely misleading to ALL YOUR CUSTOMER'S!! Z-gallery is a FRAUD, by taking their customer's money, yet knowing that you are UNABLE to delivery the goods. Offering a full refund is not all that your Company needs to do in order to satisfy such unfortunate "inconvenience!!"
