I've been shopping at this location for approximately two years now, and the service continues to exceed expectations. Immediately upon entering the store, each representative greets me by name and with a smile. Remembering such small details like my name when they have hundreds of customers they see each day speaks volumes about how they care for their customers. I was rudely met at the door by an employee informing me that they are closing in 2 minutes. Basically asking me to leave was the impression I got. I have gone to this store for years since my dentist is nearby. The staff has always been very helpful and polite. Yesterday, I went to the store because I was on a mission to support small businesses in the area. I found very nice items and the lady at the store was super friendly. Everyone kept their 6 feet to comply with social distancing and since I spent over $35 at the store, they even gave me a gift, a wood sign that reads "In a World Where You Can Be Anything, Be kind". How appropriate for these times we live in with Covid19. Needless to say, retail therapy is just what I needed for my soul! Glad I went into the store to support their business. :) read more

We love going to this lovely card storee, they do beautiful displays of their many unique gifts for sale and the seasonal touches are always so pretty. They are attentive and even though the store is small my son's stroller fit through out the store without much issue. And we love using the Postal services there too. Almost don't want to say how nice it really is because I don't want it to get too busy during the Holiday/Christmas season. But if you need a quick gift and card to send out to a loved one you can do all that in one spot. Love this place! read more

I stand corrected. You didn't touch the package. However the card was completely filled out just not in its envelope which was staying inside of the box. Your flippant response of my feeling I can come into your store and do whatever I want sums up the entire vibe of this encounter. I've come to this store several times because it is a registered USPS Drop Off store. Literally every time I've left, I told myself I was going to leave a negative review but was too lazy. This is the 3rd time a staff member has been condescending to me at the USPS Drop Off station. It's the older lady, and if you've been there before, you know who I'm talking about. I'm not coming back here anymore because I enter the store in a good mood and leave 90 seconds later in a bad mood. I had to make a stop here on the way home today and it's the usual Hallmark store you can find that is not in a mall. I always have liked the ones in the malls better since it seems like they have a lot more varieties. They had some cute stuff and I got a hot diggity dog figurine for one of my Mom's birthday gifts. The collection of cards are always great at any Hallmark. The girl that checked me out was counting her money and she turned around to check her text message on her phone while the money was visible in front of me. I wasn't in the mood to rob anybody, so I let it be. It wouldn't surprise me if she doesn't lose her job soon. Now, I know why there is usually an adult at the register. read more

I have been shopping this store every year for the last 10 for Christmas presents/trinkets. This will be my last year. I had purchased a ornament, only find out I couldnt use it( recipient already had one given to her). So ok, I go all the way back to the store and get told absolutely no returns or exchanges of Christmas ornaments. there is nothing on receipt nor any signage to let one know that prior to the purchase. Upon walking into the store, I get yelled at 'what do you want' what are you looking for' TELL me what you want and I will get it for you'. I realize they must keep active loss prevention, but this was over the top. I felt like I should put my hands in the air. Was I going to have to submit to a body search? Since I could not do anything with my previous purchase, I only wanted to get something else. Oh well, next time I will go to a different Hallmark or shop Hallmark.com, Im sure these places will have a better selection anyway and better return policies. read more

Was at Publix next door and could not find a card I wanted so I thought I would give the Hallmark store another shot. So glad I did!!! This store has had a total transformation!! It is bright and airy with so many updated items to choose from!! The card selection is fantastic..not your run of the mill cards. They have wonderful soaps and candles and a variety of unusual gifts. I stopped going to strip mall stores because they always seemed so..old. I will definitely be shopping there again soon! read more
