Stellar came to my house once, prepared their estimate and after 16 months I was awarded $7000 for over $40,000 in repairs that I had ti pay for. Waste of time and very frustrating and disappointing experience!!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Isabel. I originally found her when my aunt, who was in…read moreher 90s, needed an attorney who spoke Spanish. After calling several attorneys, Isabel was the first to return my call, and from that first conversation, I knew she was someone special--professional, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. My aunt immediately loved her. Isabel helped her with her estate planning, living will, trust, and everything else she needed. She was knowledgeable and thorough, but never pushy. She simply explained everything clearly and allowed my aunt to make her own decisions. After my aunt passed, I retained Isabel to handle her estate, and everything went smoothly. Even years later, whenever I've needed her help, she has always returned my calls and taken care of whatever issue came up. What I appreciate most is that Isabel makes you feel like you are her only client. She gives you her full attention, truly listens, and you can tell she cares about the people she represents. She is an exceptional attorney and an even more wonderful person. I am so grateful to have found her. Five stars, without a doubt!

So what is it I am supposed to do with the documents you "prepared" but had already been filed?…read more They are USELESS. It would be completely different if they just weren't to my liking but this isn't the case. You prepared documents that had already been prepared!!!!!! So now I have ZERO ZILTCH NOTHING from your company just a charge. Why do you think this is ok? I guess that's my biggest thing is that you think it's ok to just take someone's money for documents that were already filed!!!!! Can you please explain this? To me it's about ethics and how you are as a "company". I am in the moving services business and sometimes people sign a contract with us "after we call in a crew, have to pay a crew for the hours, pay for our truck get to their house, BUT they aren't packed.". You know what we do? We tell them sorry but you were supposed to be packed up. Here is a refund of the money you gave please call us when you are all packed OR pay additional for us to pack your personal belongings. We don't just keep their money because ethically that is that is WRONG. Your company lacks ethics and understanding while people are in need. I also believe you take advantage of people. If you see your other poor reviews it's very similar to mine. People weren't given what they signed up for or they were given half the work but charged in full. I am sure there are minor things you can handle but a case like mine you should have said SORRY WE CANT HELP. You know like you did AFTER you took my $$$$!!!!! Completely awful experience with this company. Yes, I understand they aren't attorneys but honestly for this price for what!? $550 for paperwork I already filed?! I can show them proof the paperwork they gave me to file had ALREADY BEEN FILED!!!! So what is it I am paying for? I am going to report them to everyone I can because this is a scam. Why didn't they just tell me they couldn't help me?!??! No instead they just took my money like crooks. Let's get something straight: Chase denied it because I didn't respond. It's ok because I am reopening the dispute. I was never notified to respond. But what I find extremely odd is that you find this ok. I guess it says a lot about character.
