Broken, unresponsive, yet knowledgeable. (Similar to Rickey Marino's review.) 4/19/21 paid $900 nonrefundable 50% deposit. Met in Jeff's office 6/23/21 to go over Trust errors and he was to email me revised documents within couple days. Subsequently I called 2 weeks later on 7/8/21, and then again on 7/15/21 to remind Jeff. Jeff left me a voicemail later 7/15/21 saying he would send the documents the next day. Again, nothing was sent. 12/13/21 6 months later, I never received Trust revisions, nor have they ever contacted me again (yet I paid $900). I gave up, went back to my trusted str8 attorney Steven Rubino in Boca Raton and he prepared my Estate documents. read more

Used him for my trust, power of attorney, and surrogate documents. The first consultation was very interesting, as for his communication skills were Poor. His demeanor was obnoxious and disgusting. Years ago I worked with another attorney in the area and he began to badmouth this attorney beyond belief. He said the attorney, set me up in the paperwork for complete control of my estate when I die,. Say the least, I was shocked. Mr. Sellzer has what I call the syndrome," Mouth flaps faster than brain". And he truly is not ethical or trustworthy.
