    Stellar Public Adjusting is the worst experience we could have had hiring an adjusting company! From the beginning, Mrs. Angela Bonifacia Pulliza did not do the job as she should. The papers were submitted to the insurance incorrectly. The communication in the Stellar company is terrible. They sent me to a lawyer who did nothing. I had to find another lawyer who could accomplish something for us. In the end what I achieved was an increase in the mortgage and a further increase in my expenses. What I got from the claim didn't even cover half off the damage. I would never recommend this company of adjusters. It's been 3 years since the incident and nothing had been resolved. I still dealing with them trying to collect the money. They do not give adequate information to continue with the processes.     Stellar Public Adjusting has turned my family home upside down, making the situation worse. Filed an insurance claim for a water leak and damage. A representative came out from their office. Following day construction crew came tore down all the walls, ripped out bathrooms, ripped up all downstairs flooring, removed ceilings, leaving no central air. A mold issue was exposed behind walls & other places. Crew did a basic clean-up. Mold specialists were to take over the rest. It never happened. Public Stellar only got us $8,000.00 on a $350,000+ repair and restore. Leaving our home with mold, no walls and floors. $10,000 paid out to us minus their 20% by our insurance company wasn't enough to fix the busted pipe or restore our home. Our policy was for $350,000+, $10,000 for water repairs.  Insurance Co. issued $10,000 to repair pipe. Not understanding why the $350,000+ did not cover the dwelling repairs or contents when money was in the policy for dwellings. The adjuster should have verified coverage, and the plumbing crew sent to detect and stabilize the leak with as less demolition as possible until the insurance policy amount to cover the pipe repair was verified and then proceeded Our claim processor was Yandi Augustine. Horrible customer service. Would not return calls, unknowledagble and not clear on claim issues. Rami Boaziz, who was supposed to be our adjuster, did not respond to several emails, calls after someone in my home was hurt on the stairs due to unfinished work. Never met him or spoke to him to know who he was as our adjuster. If you are reading the reviews to help you make a decision to use this company, read all of them. Others have been put in the same situation. Home not complete. We were told it is our responsibility to come out of pocket to fix our home. Very unprofessional company. Did not represent us well at all. Much of the pre demolition and damage could have been avoided. Find another adjuster if you are seeking.

    No I don't recommend Stellar. Their best attribute is ignoring and misrepresenting both their…read moreavailability and the estimates they present to the insurance company, severely inflating the costs proudly so many employees boast to be sure they get you plenty of money. In reality it's to line their pockets because the customer is an inconvenience. Must be because they don't answer the phone, respond to email questions and if they do it's snarky, with industry jargon and leaving you with more questions. Note misrepresentation of the damages and expenses is defrauding the insurance co and in violation of FL Statute 817.234. By FL Statute and the contract they are to have the estimate of damages to the customer within 60 days of signing yet it took them 124 days and that was with repeated calls and emails to the 3rd adjuster. The first 2 quit before they ever began any work nor talked with me which explains the disorganization and having to resend invoices and other documents repeatedly. Again no response from the owner. They don't consult as per the contract and as they advertise, with you prior to hiring the Umpire to discuss the cost, which was double what they told me at the initial meeting and what is in their contract. They don't represent you during appraisal meetings at your home with the insurance or with the Umpire nor does the Stellar adjuster show up pre-Umpire negotiations to preview damages all of which is stated in the contract 'we will always represent you at all meetings with opposing appraiser...' Get the pattern? Gets worse. They hired the mold testing co 3 hours from my home so I had to pay a $250 travel charge. Plus, the fee was 3 X the industry standard! There are hundreds of very reputable and certified experts in mold testing between Miami and Sarasota, FL that charge $650 and don't charge a travel fee. There also was a significant discrepancy in the tester's statements at my home regarding not seeing ANY visible signs of mold and not expecting much to come back on testing the swabs given all was dry on the surface. When the report came back I was not notified yet there was supposedly now VISIBLE signs of mold observed and the 3 most dangerous types of mold in dangerously high concentrations in both the master bedroom and the garage. Interesting I never received an urgent call to GET OUT OF THE HOUSE ASAP, nor did any movement occur on my claim. Much later I was emailed this report and again the email didn't point out the danger or to contact them as in all their advertising materials if mold this dangerous was found. Later I had a mold test conducted too. Suspect how it differed so greatly. In addition, the owner and 4th adjuster at Stellar to work my claim violated yet a 3rd Statute in FL 468.8419 by hiring this same company to both test for mold AND perform the mold remediation(clean-up.) Again without contacting me to get authorization especially given it is illegal. Huge conflict of interest. Not only did the owner of Stellar hire this mold co but he negotiated with the Umpire for payment for the test and the remediation months ago. No work has even been performed. I was not even informed any progress had been made with the settlement of my claim nor did any other funds get released until 2 months later than the owner got these guys paid for something they didn't and can't do! I can't help but question the connection between these 2 companies. So many errors were made by Stellar and violations of statutes and our contract. Yet this owner hides behind the wall of being an attorney, a FL Court Mediator, an Umpire himself, an owner of an Adjustment Co, and sits on the FL State Law Board of Ethics. He finds pleasure in taunting you with not responding to questions but telling you to have your attorney call him. As if paying him to do the job of helping me process the claim against my insurance for 10% of everything isn't enough cost to me on top of all the expenses but now this owner pushes for me to hire my atty to talk to him so he can drive the cost to me up mores . He just ignores at every stage no matter what the accounting dept states. 'The adjuster will be in touch soon to go over the details.' Never happens! So the owner is holding the settlement check hostage because he wants access to my checking account to be paid. He won't respond about taking a cashiers check from my bank of 20 years. Who would trust this co after all this with cart Blanche to their bank account? Stellar Public Adjusting lacks ethics, integrity and human decency to interact and serve those they enter into a legally binding contract with. From all that has transpired I can only conclude that Rami the owner of Stellar could care less if they break the contract nor any Statutes as long as they make themselves money.
