Watch out for this scam. They tried to convince me to spend thousands of dollars on unnecessary…read morerepairs and equipment replacements. "Don't worry, I'll get your insurance to pay for most of it" I was told. As if I could forget about the fact that I would have to pay my deductible and I'm sure future increased premiums because of an unnecessary claim which would be used to line their pockets! Here are the details: David inspected my air conditioner and determined there was evidence of a water leak inside. He sent an A/C guy (Eric) out a few days later who proceeded to clean the evaporator coils. They were definitely dirty as was the drain pipe. I'm sure it was causing a SMALL leak. So far so good... When the A/C guy reinstalled the evaporator coil however, the scam started. After starting the unit up again, it began spewing water from the drip pan. So much so that the fan was sucking it back up into the unit. Something wasn't right. The A/C guy tried to convince me this was a common problem with my unit and the only fix is to replace the entire system. After I balked, he backtracked and said perhaps he could just replace the coils, but it would cost over $1,000 in parts alone. No matter how much I insisted he had installed the drip pan improperly, he pressed hard for me to authorize the purchase of a new A/C system for my home. He said David would get the insurance to pay for most of the replacement cost. I agreed to let him give me an estimate just to get him out of my house. After Eric had left, I crawled under the A/C and discovered my suspicions were correct. He had reinstalled the evaporator coil and drip pan so they sloped away from the drain instead of towards it. This cause the dripping condensation to pool up in the pan instead of running down the drain. After some adjustments, my A/C was working perfectly again. When Eric called me back, he wanted $3800 to replace my A/C. I told him that I had fixed the drip pan that he had installed improperly and the unit was working perfectly. He said never mind then, and hung up the phone. Obviously, he knew I'd figured it out. I'm out $250 for the service call, but I consider it a lesson learned. Stay away from companies like this!

I work with public adjusters for huge amounts in my business. We have gone months and months without communication. Mark said it was in arbitration and NOTHING has been done to settle this. I cannot stress enough that this organization will cost you money if this gentleman is the adjuster, and if you are trusting them to act on your behalf. Go elsewhere..

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Claim Was Mishandled I…read morehired this public adjuster to assist with my insurance claim, trusting that they would handle the process correctly and advocate on my behalf. Unfortunately, due to their failure to properly file and submit the required report and documentation, my claim was severely compromised and ultimately unsuccessful. This was not a minor error. The improper handling of the claim directly prevented me from receiving the insurance benefits I was entitled to, causing significant financial and emotional stress that could have been avoided with competent and professional service. I ultimately had to intervene by hiring a third company to conduct a proper inspection and prepare a professional report for submission to the insurance company. As explained by the insurance representative during mediation, it was only because of this third-party report that I was able to recover anything at all. I relied on this public adjuster's expertise, but that trust was misplaced. Despite the many positive reviews they have, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services proceed with caution. In my experience, clients are treated as numbers, and the consequences of rushed or inadequate work fall entirely on the policyholder.
