Several weeks went by, filled with stress, long calls, repair bills, and nonstop back-and-forth...Then, we get a letter saying we didn't meet the deductible (no money). Apparently this happens all the time, SHOCKER. My coworker told me to call Mike at Blueprint, and the second they got involved, it was a whole different experience. They knew exactly what to do, took over all the communication moving forward and guess what? We received a settlement check. There's no way we would've gotten this outcome without hiring blueprint. Bottom line: don't assume your insurance company will do the right thing. Save yourself the headache and hire your own adjuster- Blueprint worked out real well for us and had our back.

Unfortunately, due to their failure to properly file and submit the required report and documentation, my claim was severely compromised and ultimately unsuccessful. This was not a minor error. The improper handling of the claim directly prevented me from receiving the insurance benefits I was entitled to, causing significant financial and emotional stress that could have been avoided with competent and professional service. I ultimately had to intervene by hiring a third company to conduct a proper inspection and prepare a professional report for submission to the insurance company. As explained by the insurance representative during mediation, it was only because of this third-party report that I was able to recover anything at all. I relied on this public adjuster's expertise, but that trust was misplaced. Despite the many positive reviews they have, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services proceed with caution. In my experience, clients are treated as numbers, and the consequences of rushed or inadequate work fall entirely on the policyholder.

I work with public adjusters for huge amounts in my business. We have gone months and months without communication. Mark said it was in arbitration and NOTHING has been done to settle this. While I must say 14 months later, I didn't get enough money to cover everything that needs to be done to fix my house, at least now I feel thanks to them that I can breathe again. I can now start the process of starting to fix things up and get my house livable again. I want to say thank you to Stellar and Amanda Bovo specifically for her kindness and keeping me up-to-date on the progress so I didn't freak out and thinking would never see the light at the end of the tunnel. She would always call me back promptly just to assure me that I was in good hands and not too many companies do that these days. So I still have a lot to go through in renovations, etc. but I would highly recommend Stellar as they seem like they actually care for their customers during a long drawn out process in working with these insurance companies that we pay to all our lives and then when we really need them, never want to pay out. If I ever have a claim again for insurance, I will call Stellar first. I learned a lot through this experience, all thanks to Stellar! Consumers should not have to go through this as if losing their home isn't enough stress in itself much less having to face such challenges from our insurance companies that we expect to get some help from and don't. It is mandatory that we pay them but in the end when we need them, they don't come through. And I feel the whole system is wrong, but thank God we have adjusters like Stellar to make things right or at least help to make them somewhat right. Thank you Stellar!

    DO NOT GET SWINDLED BY ELEVATE CLAIM ADJUSTERS!!…read more I signed a contract with this company for assistance with handling my homeowners claim after the hurricane in Oct. 2024. I signed it on NOVEMBER 18, 2024 (over a year ago) and my adjuster met State Farm for an initial inspection on DECEMBER 18, 2024. He said they would have to come back the 2nd week of JANUARY 2025, but I never heard a word from him. I contacted him on FEBRUARY 11, 2025 and he responded that he was no longer adjusting and I could call another adjuster that would now be handling my claim. I contacted my new contact the same day to find out WHAT if ANYTHING has been or was being done and give him the little information I had. The only response I got was February 12, 2025 that he had been CCd on the State Farm email I mentioned!! That was the ONLY response from my first message to my NEW ADJUSTER! I had to hound my adjusters every month just for an update or even to know if they were actually working on my claim! I contacted my adjuster again on MARCH 24, 2025 for an update, he finally replied on March 27, 2025 saying that they were trying to get State Farm to reinspect my property (which was supposed to happen in JANUARY) but State Farm hadn't assigned another field adjuster, etc. He asked for my email address so he could CC me on his email to State Farm INTRODUCING himself as representing me on my property insurance claim. He asked for current status, etc., and instructed State Farm to send him all future communications... Seriously, FOUR MONTHS after I signed a contract with this company they are JUST NOW reaching out to my insurance company asking them the status?? They are supposed to be handling my claim with State Farm, yet after 4 months they've done next to nothing!! The only other "contact" I had was a follow-up email my adjuster sent to State Farm on APRIL 1, 2025 simply saying "I'm following up on my previous email." UMMM... at this point he should have already been on the PHONE with State Farm!! That is the last thing I heard from them and I didn't chase them around further, basically giving up on getting my roof & fence fixed and several uprooted trees removed. That's not even counting something happening to my pool as well as my AC compressor being unlevel after the hurricane causing me to have to replace it! I finally ended up hiring a property lawyer that a roofing company referred me to and I signed a contract with them on September 25, 2025 and JUST 2 MONTHS later I settled my claim with State Farm on December 2, 2025 through a mediation. TWO MONTHS and it's done! So, here's the kicker, because I signed a contract with them and EVEN THOUGH THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, I HAVE TO GIVE THEM TEN PERCENT (10%) of my claim settlement!!!! It should be a breach of contract and they shouldn't get a dime!! So, I got the release document for my settlement today to sign and notarize so the final check can be cut and I SAW their name on the document as one of the payees on the check. CROOKS!! And that fired me up, I have sent the adjuster and EVERY email address I could find for Elevate Claim Adjusters a VERY STRONGLY WORDED email and let them know I'd be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau as well as putting negative reviews on EVERY SINGLE review site I can find!!!! It's bad enough you don't get enough money to actually fix everything that the hurricane did AND my homeowners insurance is being non-renewed in March 2026, but to have to GIVE 10% to a company that didn't do anything they were contracted to do in OVER A YEAR is even worse!! DON'T HIRE THIS TYPE OF COMPANY!! It's actually easier to hire an actual property lawyer to handle everything for you! And you don't have to pay them until the claim is settled either... so WIN WIN!!
