He allowed me to read through the contract on the iPad before I signed it without any pressure. Insurance Company dragged their feet, however Yasiel was very persistent and had good follow-through with the two separate field adjusters the Insurance company had used to inspect my home. He did work with the second field adjuster virtually via phone call etc. to explain his position on what he felt was a fair adjustment.
