This team was contacted after water damage was found in our kitchen. Cynthia and Chris were transparent in the process and were there to hold our hand every step of the way. Admittingly, patience is key with a claim process, but everything was fair and communicated until the end. I wish no one this misfortune, but if this does ever occur to anyone that I do know, I would not hesitate to recommend Miami Appraisal Services, LLC.

I initially thought I could handle the claim myself. I figured my insurance company would pay since…read morewe had a legit claim, plus their adjuster seemed nice enough - so I mistakenly assumed things were moving in the right direction. Several weeks went by, filled with stress, long calls, repair bills, and nonstop back-and-forth...Then, we get a letter saying we didn't meet the deductible (no money). Apparently this happens all the time, SHOCKER. My coworker told me to call Mike at Blueprint, and the second they got involved, it was a whole different experience. They knew exactly what to do, took over all the communication moving forward and guess what? We received a settlement check. There's no way we would've gotten this outcome without hiring blueprint. Bottom line: don't assume your insurance company will do the right thing. Save yourself the headache and hire your own adjuster- Blueprint worked out real well for us and had our back.

Extremely Disappointing Experience - Claim Was Mishandled I…read morehired this public adjuster to assist with my insurance claim, trusting that they would handle the process correctly and advocate on my behalf. Unfortunately, due to their failure to properly file and submit the required report and documentation, my claim was severely compromised and ultimately unsuccessful. This was not a minor error. The improper handling of the claim directly prevented me from receiving the insurance benefits I was entitled to, causing significant financial and emotional stress that could have been avoided with competent and professional service. I ultimately had to intervene by hiring a third company to conduct a proper inspection and prepare a professional report for submission to the insurance company. As explained by the insurance representative during mediation, it was only because of this third-party report that I was able to recover anything at all. I relied on this public adjuster's expertise, but that trust was misplaced. Despite the many positive reviews they have, I strongly recommend that anyone considering their services proceed with caution. In my experience, clients are treated as numbers, and the consequences of rushed or inadequate work fall entirely on the policyholder.

Tried speaking to a representative of the company only to be thrown in endless loops and they even went as far as blocking the landline which we were calling from. Not one person from this company showed face nor cared to give a formal explanation. If I could give this company 0 stars it would be too much - Esta empresa tiene empleados poco profesionales y de mala educación.

We trusted him enough to send the house key, which, despite several requests, was never returned. At first, he was enthusiastic and communicative, eager to take on the job. I even had my husband fly down specifically to meet him at the property for an inspection. But after that, the communication completely broke down. Excuse after excuse turned into total silence. We were left with no choice but to start over with another adjuster, who thankfully was professional, responsive, and got the job done.
