Remembering GFS delivery trucks from when I worked foodservice in college, I figured it was worth checking out. We ended up finding more than a few things we had been looking for (deli containers, condiment squeeze bottles, etc.) and a few that we weren't expecting. The prices are good, staff is super friendly, and the aisles are clean and well-stocked. Be aware, however, that everything is "use in a restaurant" size, so you're going to want to plan for storage or for using it to serve a large number of guests in one sitting. The only thing I couldn't find there were the little plastic caps that one uses to cover the condiment squeeze bottles.

Everything in this small store is marked and neatly displayed. There's room between most of the items. Price wise it's not bad with some items reasonable and others on the side of a higher priced goodwill -- but better quality. All items seem clean and in good shape. A wooden T.V.console was only $25. They had some nice knick knack shelves and I am currently studying my walls to see if they will accommodate them.I wanted to know if prices were firm or negotiable but the man who was working was chatting to someone else and I didn't want to interrupt.
