We went on a Saturday, which should have some good stuff. If not then ok... Well all the good stuff was not the "hot bin" prices! $20-$50 for items! How is that the advertised $12 Saturday price! That is the reason the company is suppose to be a "hot bins"! I will definitely be letting everyone know and going to social media. This is not ok. read more

This is the kind of place where you dig through various bins to find some thing you'd like to buy. The bins are not in any semblance of order. All merchandise of all sorts is mixed up together. I don't mind searching. Sometimes it's fun. Here, however, most of the items are in sealed boxes. And the boxes are not marked. So you have no idea -- in most cases -- what is in them!! This can be frustrating as well as a waste of time. They ask you not to open the boxes (there are signs and announcements); but there is an area where you can bring a box and have them open it for you... Imagine having to do this multiple times? I don't think so... The store is closed on Thursdays to restock. So the highest prices per item are on Fridays ($10) and the day we visited. Each day closer to Thursday, the price drops. By Wednesday, what's left are the dregs. But they're cheap. After walking up and down all the aisles, we didn't see many items worth buying (at least for us). Mixed in with something that might be valued at $10 plus, were toys and junky stuff worth a lot less. I'm glad we came. Now we know -- and we don't need to return. read more

Hotbins is exactly what I expected. If you have patience and time to spare, it's worth a visit. Do yourself a solid and bring some disposable gloves as well as hand sanitizer. Also, stay a healthy distance from the register because the cashier will often use the bullhorn to remind shoppers not to open anything. Basically, this store has extremely large unorganized bins filled with Amazon returns. Chances are there aren't duplicates unless it's a heavily stocked pallet of merchandise they purchased such as air fryers or baby dolls. I use these examples because this particular merchandise was available on the day I visited. The merchandise varies as it's based on customer returns. I saw a bit of everything to include but not limited to apparel, accessories, baby items, car parts, housewares, decorations, health and beauty items, and the list goes on! Each day is a different price for the majority of the store. We visited on Veterans Day which was a Monday and all items except those marked were $6 each. One item I purchased retails for $60! While shoppers can't open the boxed merchandise, they do offer a boxing station where an employee will open the items for the shopper to inspect. What I did learn is NEVER return your items in the original packing with your name and address because many of these boxes with personal information were for sale. All in all, I bought some great items for myself and for holiday gifts. Depending on which day you visit, prices start at $3. read more

Hotbins is a chain of stores that recently opened in Florida. They buy up pallets of Amazon returns and overstock from Target, Walmart and Kohl's and then they sell the items in their stores. The sell a little bit of everything from linens, fragrance, appliances, home decor, candy, toys, and clothing. They could possibly have anything you can order from Amazon. Depending on the day you visit affects the price you pay. The store is closed on Thursday. On Friday it is full of freshly stocked merchandise for $12. On Saturday the price drops to $10. Sunday $8 and so on. By Wednesday what is left is $2. They also have some big ticket items in the front of the store like a patio table set here that is priced at way more than the daily price but it still discounted. All sales are final so buyer beware. In the bins you will find things that could be worth more than what they are charging that day and things that are worth way less. It is a mish mash of items at all price points and it is up to you to discern if you think it is worth the price they are charging that day. Mixed in the bins are items in brown boxes. Most likely these are the more expensive items. You are not allowed to open the boxes and you have to take them to a corner of the store where an employee will open the box for you. It is very frustrating to look at a box and have no idea what is in it and have to go through a process to open it but this store didn't have many of those mysterious boxes on the day I visited. I previously visited the Sunrise location and was not very impressed. On that day the items left in the bins were worth way less than the $10 they were charging. I was passing by this location in Lake Worth and decided to give them another shot on a Saturday evening. This time I did much better. I ended up purchasing two hair styling tools, a wireless microphone to use at school, and a small heater, all for $10 each. Since this was my first time buying items with plugs I was a little skeptical that they would work. This is when I learned that you can also take anything that needs to be plugged in over the unboxing station to make sure it is functioning since all sales are final. I didn't want to wait in that line and after looking over my purchases Emily who was helping me determined the only one that might be questionable was the heater. She plugged it in at the register for me and I was good to go! I am happy to report everything works great. Thanks so much Emily for going the extra mile for me. You are a sweetheart! I still want to go on Friday morning when they first put out the items but if I just happen to be passing by at a random time I would be willing to stop and see what they have. This time I saw a lot of holiday decorations, pet items, toys, and home decor. You are competing with the resellers so good luck. I had driven past Hotbins several times and kept thinking that I needed to pop by sometime when I had the chance. I popped in on Friday around 5. Which not even realizing it not only is their new stock day, but also right at a restocking time. I looked through several bins and found nothing that was worth the price of the day which was $12. There was a lot of boxes that were unlabeled so maybe had I taken it up to be opened it would have been a hidden gem, but I wasn't that invested. At the restock time, everyone circles around the new bins and just starts flipping through things and pushing others out of the way. While I love a good deal and bargain, this was not my speed and I quickly left after the stressful new stock was released. I will say; the store itself was clean and there was plenty of parking. read more

I love it! Went for the first time yesterday. I was a bit overwhelmed at first but then it became fun! I started to enjoy the idea of playing "hide and seek." I only bought a few things. I went on a Friday and I didn't get there until 9:30 so I didn't get the "full experience." I'm ready to go back. I can see how it can be enjoyable for some but be prepared to stay awhile if you want to go through every table. If my husband went with me, he would have turned around and walked out of the door. My daughter and I just returned from HotBins in Lake Worth. Fabulous hunt for great items. A speaker system, ice cream maker, pasta machine, $90.00 industrial LED light, blouse, massager, and more for $8.00 each. The staff are helpful (the young man who opens unlabeled boxes is nice) and fellow shoppers all lined up for the 1pm unveiling of more "bins". Definitely worth it - but you have to like to hunt for great deals. Oh, I forgot, I found a brand new sink faucet for $12 last week. We will be back! read more

This place is a treasure hunt, the best days to go are normally during the higher price days (Friday, Saturday and Sunday.) The first time my wife and I went, we found some really good items for prices that was cheaper than Amazon. It is a hit or miss experience so when you go, don't expect to find anything good until you find something good so you don't feel disappointed. read more

Wife hates it, I love it. Very crowded and a lot of the people buy things there to send over seas (and those same people are a little rude, but that's the new America). I guess you have to deal with it. I would go a lot more if it where not for the same reasons my wife hates. She will no longer go, she went twice, I have gone maybe 5-6 times. I found this process very time consuming and tedious. I purchased a race set for the grand kids to play on Easter. I didn't realize there were no returns. When we went to set this up, we were missing the cars and one of the remotes was broken. I guess I just threw away $12 along with the race set. This stuff is someones junk being sold.
