Saw an outfit on the mannequin which made me want to check out the place. It's a super cute store…read more I tried on the outfit and was pleasantly surprised when I said I didn't love it, and one of the owners agreed. She said it fit well, but she didn't love it on me. For her to not try and sell me on it was refreshing. I picked up another dress that had a pattern and color I wouldn't typically go for but the style was my style. Wasn't sure about it and the owner said just try it on, so I did. I was so happy I listened to her because it fit like a glove. I ended up buying it and a cute little bracelet. Will definitely be back!!!

The whole Boutique is dressed up so nicely! Lots of choices from clothes, to purses to accessories. Also perfumes, salad and charcuterie accessories. The owners are very sweet as well. I would say the clothes is more so targeted to late twenties and up crowd. Trendy but more so for a wide range of ages. Definitely worth a stop. I nearly missed it driving right by it, the sign is on the door but just pay attention to the map. Decent pricing for the boutique items.

They were then given to the people who worked on them or were resold. Goodwill's philosophy is "a hand up, not a hand out". Today Goodwill has become a $5 billion nonprofit organization that provides job training, employment, and community programs for people who have disabilities that might prevent them from getting a job on their own. This Goodwill in West Palm Beach operates as part of the Gulfstream Goodwill which operates in 5 counties, Palm Beach, Martin, Okeechobee, St. Lucie, and Indian River. There are 27 retail locations, 2 outlets, and 41 donation centers. Gulfstream Goodwill Industries Inc., was founded in 1966 by former Mayor of West Palm Beach, Ham Anthony who decided to establish a Goodwill enterprise in Palm Beach County. Mr. Anthony brought together local business leaders who shared his vision and created the first board of directors made up of some of the most prominent businessmen in Palm Beach County at that time. The first rehabilitation facility was opened in 1968. From a start of 10 employees. Gulf Stream Goodwill has grown to over 900 employees serving as the largest health, human and social services nonprofit in the South Florida area. Gulfstream Goodwill operates 4 rehabilitation facilities and many residential transitional housing facilities. This was my first time visiting this Goodwill location and I did not leave empty handed! They had all of the usual home goods, books, toys, and large selection of clothes that you expect to find. After browsing a bit I found a pair of limited edition Brooks Ugly sweater sneakers in my size and Temptations bakeware for only $5. Thrifting can be hit or miss but this was a win for me.

I only had about 10-15 minutes to spare, but WOW! Attention Lilly Pulitzer lovers: they have a wide…read moreassortment and many NWT pieces priced at $15.99. Most was featured behind the register; however, there are other garments sprinkled in throughout the store. The handbag selection is nice and the dress wall extends for days! I'll have to return when I have more time to browse, but this location is definitely worth a shop. I departed with a black versatile LP sweatshirt dress. I didn't need her but she will give me JOY. I envision her styled sporty chic with sneakers eating gelato in Rome.

It is along the stretch of Worth Ave where most of the premium brands and their stores are. You may park either in a public lot or find a pay-for spot on the street. For the latter, it is better to try to go before the stores open for a good spot. (As you can pay for the amount of time you wish to spend there and walk along all of the shops during your visit.) The racks were labeled clearly with various designers or collections, such as Chanel Edit, Special Occasion, etc. The clothes curated there for that location were more fitting to Palm Beach, as I saw more warmer weather styles, vibrant colors, and fun prints. The location has a couple of displays of luxury handbags, some watches and jewelry, and a few accessories and shoes, along with the racks of clothing. Prices do vary based on condition, designer, and time the piece has been available. The staff were kind to check or share that you can scan the tags for any of the pieces for more information with their app and you can see if there are discounts available for items. In addition to selling consignment items, they will take items for consignment in the shop. I saw some clients stopping in to drop off items to be consigned and listed. I did try some pieces on, but didn't purchase as I was not 100% in love with the items once I tried them on or looked them over. Overall, this is a fun location to stop into. The staff here were more friendly and approachable, which helped to make the experience a pleasant one.

Selling to City Girl Consignment has been an absolute nightmare and a complete waste of my time…read more My first visit was wasted because Google Maps was still directing customers to their old location. As a business owner myself, I understand that things happen, and I was sympathetic when I spoke with them because I understood they were trying to get the issue resolved. Unfortunately, the communication only got worse from there. I was not initially informed that they only accepted consignments Tuesday through Thursday after 1 p.m. or that they expected approximately 25 pieces. I returned on a Tuesday after 1 p.m. with my items, only to be told that bringing fewer pieces was something they would recommend for a first visit. Based on that information, I brought my items back again today, with eight beautiful pieces, including a Gucci jacket and other quality items, only to be told they would not accept them because I didn't have enough pieces. Three trips, wasted gas, and a considerable amount of my time, all because the requirements were not clearly communicated upfront. At this point, it's simply not worth doing business with them. I had beautiful items to consign and was willing to give them my business, but the repeated miscommunication and wasted trips have completely put me off. Good customer service starts with clear communication and respect for people's time. Unfortunately, my experience with City Girl Consignment fell far short of that. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
