This store was huge. And it had all sorts of departments within it. I'm more familiar with their outlet stores which are much smaller and compact. I needed a replacement purse so that where I went first. They had some clearance sales going on which was an added incentive. I actually found two possibilities right away and wound up purchasing one, I didn't explore the entire store -- just mainly the jewelry, accessories, and shoe departments. These were all close together. So I found something I needed and it was not only priced well, but was a name designer, too. It's good to know I have an alternative to my usual haunts.

There was a long line for the dressing room. They do not accept returns or exchanges so I need to be sure that everything fits well and is in good condition. I was standing on a long cashier line and asked a manager here for a price. She told me that they'll call somebody when I get up to the register. I'm at the register & she is now looking up the price. We could've saved a lot of time and eliminated a lot of the line had she gotten a price for me rather than prices for women behind me. But I did leave with a bag of nice things that I don't really need for my closet that's stuffed.

Di Fara is a pizza place in Brooklyn that has been named the best pizza in the country. The man who started it made EVERY pie for years. He died a few years ago but his kids keep it going... great, but not the same with the old man. When I was a kid I used to go to Di Fara so I was psyched to hear they were doing a frozen line of pizzas. The verdict? A really great frozen pizza, especially the sauce and cheese... the crust needs a little work... so good for frozen but doesn't compare to a really good pie at a pizza place. I had the Pepperoni.

The store is nicely laid out and easy to navigate. It's clean and bright and I found the assortment of women's clothes was much nicer than the Boca store. The shoe department was really good too. I ended up picking up a nice pair of sandals. The checkout line was long, but the police kept it moving and it went quickly. All in all it was a nice little shopping experience and I know I will be back.

The typical shops and anchor stores still remain. The kids play place is still there, and the carousel I rode on as a child. It's no longer operating, but it was nice to see tucked away in the back of the mall in a corner that seems untouched by time. The shops that were open were warm and inviting.
