Ellen, the manager ended up helping me and showing me all kinds of clothes from jeans, shorts, shirts, jackets , funky bras , dresses and more! It was such a fun experience actually trying different styles and feeling excellent about my choices that I decided to buy and bring home! I had the most delightful customer service experience in Carter's in Wellington mall from the…read moremanager no less I was there to bring back a shirt that was the wrong size and they didn't have anymore in store but she said let me check other stores and came back in a few minutes and said "all taken care of will have it sent to your home". I was looking through the sale rack (they always have great sales) looking for a simple white sweater for my granddaughter and she went away and came back with a couple of nice sweaters and said these go on sale tomorrow but we can start tonight and smiled. I ended up buying several more items and told her I would see her again . That is the kind of service I will always remember and will go back to. Kudos to Carter's.

While they do have a nice selection of the stores including Macy's, American Eagle, FYE and the like, and a movie theater, but the atmosphere was not the greatest. There was a little bit of a sketch factor when we went, including lots of teens acting like fools and causing disturbances throughout the mall. I'm talking about being obnoxious and yelling, cursing, getting in people's way, playing music as they walked around and generally ruining the atmosphere for us and for the store owners too I'd imagine. Aside from it being horrible optics, it was really annoying. I also did not see any security nor any police on the premises, which made me think twice about whether it was actually safe or not. It's probably fine but who knows? Overall, I probably give this mall three stars. It's got a good selection of stores and plenty of parking too. However if I go back and it's the same story, I probably won't go back again. Stop by and judge for yourself!

The store is small inside but packed with clothes, accessories, perfume and cologne, and a few home goods. They had a nice selection of purses. Items were both new in package and used. For instance I saw new bedsheets and comforters, some clothes still with tags, and children's shoes. Outside they have a few books, artificial floral arrangements and plants, appliances, and other large items including a bicycle. The store is operated by a family and the kids were playing while the adults sat outside. I am more of a vintage shopper so the items here weren't really my taste but I would stop by if you needed inexpensive clothes and shoes or perhaps something for a residence starting out.

Went with our friends after a nice Sunday brunch. It was sort of organized, in sections, but not exactly. Socks were in multiple places and the shoe section had shoes in the wrong box or just one shoe not a pair. I wanted to find a pair of HOKAs, which I did. I also got a cute pair of flamingo socks for my dad and another pair of SmartWool hiking socks that were marked $22 but rang up at $6. Nice! Definitely ask for the prices at check out. They had discounts on top of discounts, so a few of the SPF shirts that we bought were heavily discounted and a few we left at the store. Still, Going, Going, Gone is a nice place to hunt for a bargain in South Florida.

Selling a pair of old, visibly filthy and clearly very used and loved sneakers for $50,$80, and over $100 is wild. I think management has forgotten that these are items they have been given for free. There is no reason to sell someone's old sneakers with no tread for $50.
