Sticker section.

Walking around Deerfield Plaza, I decided to go into Five Below, I know they are a specialty discount chain with a lot more fun things for kids and youths than for example a Dollar Store. I checked out some really fun stickers for one of my nieces, who loves stickers...their selection is great and the prices are right on... As background regarding the company, I can say that Five Below is an American chain of specialty discount stores that sells products that are less than $5, plus a small assortment of products from $6 to $25. Founded by Tom Vellios and David Schlessinger and headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, the chain is aimed at tweens and teens. There are over 1,100 stores located across the United States.

This was a pretty good 5 Below. As it's name states (if you're not familiar with them), most items are $5 and some are below that price. In general, if something isn't marked, it's cost is $5. The items that are less than that have stickered prices on them. Mainly they have toys, crafts, some beauty items, some electronics, and candy. They are a great place to find Christmas stocking stuffers for the kids or an extra little something gift for any occasion. Or even a gag/joke gift. My husband also likes their t-shirts. They have a display on the wall with them. These shirts they have in adult sizes as well as for kids. I've also found a couple items that I've used for part of a Halloween costume in the past. They've just started getting in some of their Christmas stock but it didn't look like much yet. The aisles are wider and clearer than we have seen in most stores at this same time last year. So either, they aren't getting as many things they've had in previous seasons -- due to supplier problems -- or they just have not put everything on display yet. If you're looking for an inexpensive present or just a new toy to reward that good child, this may be the place.

Five Below is one of my favorite places to go for budget-friendly items which are decent quality and pretty useful too. The store goes above what I feel a Dollar Store or even a Dollar General because pretty much everything here is useful and better quality. Everything from clothing; athletic wear, shirts and more, toys, board games, cell phone accessories, snacks, home décor. I'm telling you, they have it all. The t-shirts are $5, well most everything is $5, if it's less then it's probably something like a candy bar or a greeting card, but most everything you're going to want to buy is $5 which overall is a good deal, but if you're like me- that adds up quickly! Before you know it you've got $40 worth of items in your hand. This location I liked because it was neatly organized and cleaned. I don't like that, "I have to rummage around" feel that these stores sometimes get. No real mess and the employees kept up with the large amount of customers coming in and messing things up. This is a great place to come if you need to decorate a child's room, a dorm room even, need a work gift exchange item, a toys for tots gift, some board games for game night, or even something for your iPhone. You'd be surprised at the useful things you can find here. I always find away to walk out of here with something, I'm sure you will too.

Everything here is $5 or less. Its always fun to shop here! I bought my daughter wireless headphones here (that fold) for her backpack since she constantly breaks things; loses items etc. This was something easy to invest in for her train ride to middle school. I only suspect they will last a few weeks but that's ok with me. There's always candy, pillows and other trendy items that I end up buying my kids but I know that and its fun to look! They have toys and various items That are fun to give and to share with others!

5 below is just that, anything you could possibly want to buy under $5 bucks. I have been to two of their locations, the one in Ft Lauderdale off of Commercial, and this location. Both times I was there on a weekend and both times the lines were really long. So if you are planning on going here on a weekend, have patience, or do what we did and leave someone in the line so that when you are ready to check out, hopefully they will be near the front.

Incorrect pricing

Never again. So many unpriced items, I was rang up by a petite young lady with glasses, who I assumed was some sort of manager, and something I found that was in the $3 section rang up $5 dollars. I told her why there's a bunch of $5 items in a $3 section since that's where I found it and she needed to honor the price that was marked down. She refused and was very rude. I tried to use the restroom twice, both times in separate occasions 4 weeks apart, and both times the public restrooms were "out of order." I find that hard to believe...this store has some great stuff but I would not recommend a friend going to this location. There's only one person working the register, long lines of waiting, customer service is not exactly the best and more importantly INCORRECT PRICING.

We'd come to Bealls as I'd received a special coupon that I wanted to use. I thought we were going to the Bealls Outlet store a bit further south, but as it turned out it was good we stopped here instead. Later on when we passed by, we saw that the Outlet was blocked by construction. I was looking for a new purse and a new wallet. I looked in the accessories area first. I browsed the shelves and saw a few surprising designer names. They had a lot more purses than wallets from which to choose. Unfortunately, they didn't have anything that appealed. Nor the types that I was looking to buy. While there, I made sure to browse the clearance shelves of this store section which also included hats and jewelry. I did find a very reasonably priced bracelet that I couldn't pass up. This isn't a store that I normally shop -- as most of the clothing is not my style, but I imagine if I'm near another one of their stores, I might stop by. Especially to check out their clearance items.

Right away at the checkout counter, the woman that did my return was very pleasant & was very quick as well. My mom came with me, she hasn't been in a store in awhile. She commented about how big the store is with such a great selection of items to buy. I laughed when she said - this store is delicious! The items are first rate & would be a lot more in other retail stores! We bought a couple of items. We got about 50% off what the original price would be. Bealls is my personal favorite store because they have a huge selection of petite sizes that I can't find in too many places.

From toys to household items to name brands from. A dual to dressy to shoes to automotive to karaoke to fun treats. We got 10% off of everything that we bought and I broke Burlington bc I bought so much I had to do it in two transactions. Precious and Jessica are the best cashiers and we definitely put them to work. The security guards are also amazing and helped me with my stuff bc it was a lot to carry and you can't take the carts outside of the store. This I ny one complaint but I get it. It's a large shopping center and carts are everywhere so it's smart of them. I have always thought of Burlington as the "coat factory" but it's so much more. Great prices and great quality products. You can't beat it. So glad there's one so close!

But Something told me to try Burlington and I was absolutely right! They had multiple styles of boots and they had multiple sizes. The boots were in the first row of shoes, not necessarily in the row that has your size so keep that in mind because I would've missed it if I didn't notice that while walking in. This place is huge and usually has great prices. I definitely think they're best for shoes and coats, not necessarily as good if you're looking for an outfit. You'd probably be better off at TJ Maxx or Marshalls for that. But it's a great place to go and hunt for something you weren't necessarily looking for, just see what finds you lol they usually only have one cashier working and often at a slow pace but the lines don't get crazy long like the other stores.

I spent the majority of the time on the second floor because I have a high interest in home decor and organization. Plus, there were more than a few things that caught my eye. The prices varied widely, ranging from low to high. Unlike my daughter, I'm not a frequent shopper at Target, but I will stop by occasionally to get what I need for the home; and I like that this location has a large, adjoining two-level parking garage.

We are here a lot for the Lowe's store as well as occasionally the Macy's. And also for Big Lots on the north side. The restaurants have come and gone, but there are a few we like and patronize -- the fish and shrimp one and the middle eastern one to cite a couple. And the Burlington and TJ Maxx stores that were recently added are also a draw. It is our town mall, so we are happy it's now on the up side. They even have a number of outbuildings with businesses and restaurants and signs saying more are coming soon. Here's to supporting local businesses!

I met Sabrina at TJ Maxx while looking at hair products. She told me she is an experienced…read morehairdresser previously worked in NYC and even owned her own salon in So. Florida. I went to six appointments at the JC Penney Salon in Citi Centre. Slowly, but surely, she destroyed my long, very thick beautiful locks. I now have chemical burns throughout my scalp. My hair may never grow back in these areas. On the last appointment, all of that hair was probably in the shampoo bowl. She ran from the shampoo bowl and told me to go to her styling chair. She wouldn't let me look in the shampoo bowl. To this day, I regret the decision that I made not to stand up for myself and check things out! She mixed hair color and shampoo together - without rinsing the color out. She did this on a number of occasions. I kept wondering why my hair was suddenly thinning and drying out. I went to my doctor who gave me some injections to promote hair growth. A few weeks after my last appointment with her, I touched the top of my head. To my horror, I found out that I am now mostly bald on the top of my head! There are 'ribbons' of damage all throughout my hair. I am distraught! I called her and let her know and she rudely suggested that I go to another hair stylist. I sent pictures to her and her manager. The manager said she would products to me for my hair. I never received them. When I called her, she said that her supervisor told her not to send the products. She said I can come in for a treatment. I can't believe how unprofessional this salon is. I asked for dark brown hair and chunky highlights. She kept lightening my hair. I told her I didn't want red hair. Although I did like the highlights for a short time, it is not what I wanted. I don't know why I trusted her. She kept telling me that we were going for "perfection". I want to know if there are others that have had this bad experience with this hairdresser. I met one of her clients and she has very little hair and all of it is in tiny pin curls on top of her head. I bet she did this same processing to this client as well. She is lazy. I told her to put the color on both sides when applying it. She did this, but then added the shampoo to the color and sometimes to the color and the bleach at the shampoo bowl. Slowly, but surely, she was damaging my hair. It may not ever grow back! She said that my hair was hers while at the salon and then she will give me 'my hair back.'. Well, I may have less than half of my hair left after going to her for six times. I thought after spending all of that money and all of that time, I would look amazing! The little hair I have left is very thin and fragile with split ends everywhere! I can't swim in the ocean or a pool as water in general is very drying, especially salt and chlorinated water. It's summertime! I cannot believe this! I told her I wanted long hair. Also, on the last appointment, she cut my hair. It was just cut a couple of weeks ago by her! She cut it because she saw all of the damage that she did. She saw all of my hair in the shampoo bowl. I can prove it! Just look at my scalp in the pictures and all the red/pink splotches everywhere! The color of my hair is awful! It's different colors everywhere. When I looked it up online, I found out that 'soap capping' the hair is very dangerous. Adding soap to color and/or bleach is very drying and damaging. She did this 3, maybe 4 times to me! I should have known better. I will never get chemical processing on my hair again, NEVER! I cannot anyway! I can't use a brush, a blow dryer, hot rollers, nothing. I cannot use anything on my hair now because of the condition it is in. I wrote a long letter to JC Penney and added pictures of what my hair looks like after Sabrina destroyed my hair and hair follilles throughout my head. She asked me why I took so long to let her know. I told her that most of the damage is on the top and back of my head and only after the color kept fading and the tiny hairs were growing out, that's when I noticed. I was also traveling to other states visiting people who are not well in my family. So I was focused on driving from Virginia to and through multiple states and taking care of other things. I wasn't focused on my hair. It looks awful and I have to do what I can to save it. I hope that I can.
