The quality overall feels above average, with many natural fabrics and interesting modern pieces, mostly geared toward a younger fashion-forward crowd. The staff was very welcoming and pleasant, which always makes shopping more enjoyable. One thing I did notice: the display table near the entrance had several new linen sweaters from the latest collection, and three of them already had noticeable pulls in the fabric. That was disappointing, especially considering these are natural-fiber pieces at a higher price point. That said, I know every brand has both exceptional pieces and some that require a closer look. A week later went to the store to change without the receipt, thinking to change for another shirt, and for my surprise after talking to the cashier and leaving the shirt at the cashier and trying other clothes another older blonde lady told me I couldn't change bc I did not had the receipt . The store is always empty and the shirt was perfect with all the labels. Never buying again at Mango at The Falls , their manager or cashier needs to learn to treat customer . The 2 starts I just leave because the young sales people were very nice and polite unfortunately the older blonde lady is the one that needs more training to work in a store. I could see from the label that the manufacturer was Sugar Lips,so I went online to see if they had a website, As it turned out, they did-- Imagine my surprise, when I saw that Sugar Lips sells the exact same item for $14.00!!!!!! I could have bought 5 of them for what I paid for one! This is the true defintion of HIGHWAY ROBBERY!! At the bottom of the receipt, it says, " Due to our amazing prices, there will be no refunds. Amazing???? That's one way of putting it- They are truly amazing if you like being ripped off!!! I suggest they drop that off the receipt! I called the owner to discuss this situation and got nowhere. They have to pay the rent, employees, lights, etc.- and they can price it the way they see fit.
