Unbelievable. Ordered a Brass Nickel shower Door in October. Delivery in 2 weeks-turns into 4 weeks- turns into delivery day passes. Try to get The Store Manager Pierre Milano to return an email or phone call is impossible!, however He does find a moment to come out of His ALL DAY MEETINGS to have Willy( an employee who I couldn't understand on phone because of a language barrier) to inform me that my Shower was NEVER ACTUALLY MADE!!! Seriously??? Your joking right? No MRS. Leo the Company just stopped working. I'm Speechless. Don't you look into your Vendors status b4 you accept an order instead of wasting My valuable time and that of my contractors? I asked for the DM info and was denied. I wish I had read the reviews prior to my purchase! Terrible customer service. I found their selection and online ordering simple and efficient. I scheduled my pickup up time and expected they would load my order (per stated service) instead I was left a 500lb shrink wrapped pallet at my car and told they don't have time to help. (I am a single woman) luckily I got another customer (man) to help me with the 65lb boxes of tile. Then I went back and spoke to both managers, Maria and Rick where they both agreed & said the service was supposed to be to load, but "not sure why we didn't and guess they'll talk to staff" - so unreal that they take advantage of their customers. I have interacted with the Pro team almost weekly and sometimes daily since the beginning of July. I first met NEW YORK Mike who took care of my initial purchase which was HUGE! What a nice, personable guy. I walked out of there feeling like I'd known him for years! When I went back about changing my order to be delivered instead of picked up, Margarita was very helpful. She made it happen the day/time needed! I went back to find a shower floor and Ivy helped me. Although she wasn't feeling well, she pushed and smiled through her discomfort and not only helped find EXACTLY what I loved, she sorted through each piece with me to get the exact pattern that made my floor so beautiful! Horrible Customer service. we wentin today to see about new tile for our master bathroom.we found a nice 4x12 marble tile that seemed to be what we where looking for . On the website it said that there was 977 pieces there in stock. and we only needed 300. we started working with Sharon Bunn now with her we decided on new wall and shower floor tile we then picked the grout and sealer we where looking at 2 sinks and some other things. at that time Sharon Bunn had them find the tile so we can pay and then pick it up on Friday. we where told that they can't find it but it was NOT a problem because we can pay and pick it is in the sunrise store. Now this tile is on sale and Sharon was informed about it Again no problem. when they rang it up it came up at $3.49 each and the Big yellow sign stated $2.09 each.She then introduced us to Adrian Circthicchia Who said that he was the manager. He then indicated that he wouldn't honor the price shown. but he would maybe be able to take off $100 No the listed price is what I should pay not $400 more! At that time I was told I can return the $1500. of tile I purchased last week for another room if I was not happy BUT HE WOULD STILL NOR HONOR THE POSTED PRICE. now yes I do have a picture of the posted price with the sku number before they removed the sign. when I got home I pulled the store up on Google and found that Adrian is Not listed as the store manager. AND I CAN SEE WHY. This is technically considered BATE AND SWITCH TACTICS Now as a Florida Certified Contractor I would Never recommend Floor and decor I will also be contacting the state of Florida on this matter this is not the way any company should be treating customers in these times. Why the one star review? Well it should be five stars considering that I love love love the selection and prices, but they don't have any customer service. I placed a very large order. I cannot get anyone on the phone. I've called five times. No one is around to tell me if my order came in. No one answers the phone. One of the girls got so tired of me calling she just placed me on hold indefinitely. I guess I'll have to actually make a trip to the store to check my order so ridiculous!!! read more

Girl name Maria from the shipping and receiving has no customer service skills at all, I guess she was having a bad morning . The guys on the forklifts were way more helpful than she was . Amazing staff and excellent return policy. I bought $3000 in tile but found out the type of tile I selected was very thin and my installers were having trouble installing without damaging too many tiles. Management made it very easy to return all unused tile and respectfully returned money for the tile I did not use. Additionally they came and picked it up at no charge to us. I would definitely buy again at floor and decor in the future and they have an amazing selection! read more

We spent an hour with Mike (they call him Mike from New York) at Floor & Decor in Boyton Florida. Mike was awesome! He helped us navigate the overwhelming number of choices. He really knows his stuff! I thought it was going to take us at least half a day, but with Mike's help, we picked floor and wall tiles for 3 different rooms in under an hour. Every person, male or female, has been so helpful every time I'm here. Helpful in answering questions, helping me make decisions as well as carrying everything across the store for me (EVERY TIME). I appreciate such great customer service when the rest of the process is so stressful. So I went back to floor and decor again today 3/7/21 and was helped out by a young guy named Don. He actually proactively came up to me and asked me if I needed help (yes! ). He helped me pick out the perfect shower tiles and flooring for my condo renovation. Then he wheeled all the boxes of flooring and tile all over the store - and even helped me load everything into my car! I love coming to this store - the customer service is so great & the people they have working here are very helpful with their all their knowledge. Beware of Floor and Decor rip offs! If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased tile and three bags of grout. My contractor arrived at his appointed time to pick up the tile and grout. He was given the run around all day despite an 8 am appointment for pick up. At 6 pm they finally gave him part of my order. I paid for three bags of grout, yet they did not give it to him. I was out of the country and could not get anyone at Floor and Decor to return my calls. I even contacted the design consultant who had helped us multiple times, Karen. She never responded. Once I returned from my trip I returned to the store to resolve the issue. They refused to refund the money for the grout. I paid for three bags. I got zero. The man I spoke to was rude and walked away from me when I was speaking to him. Just walked away. Ignored me. We had to buy more grout. So, I've paid double. Shop here at your own risk. He was more than helpful...took us around the store, explained a lot, and helped us to select tile for a house that is soon to be built in the Bahamas...yes they will pack everything needed to be shipped. The store has a great assortment of beautiful tiles. The service is terrible at the Pro station and on the floor. I made an appointment to get everything I needed to do my bathrooms and kitchen. Unfortunately the associate at the Pro Service desk was more worried about going home than assisting me with my needs. If you are looking to figure it out yourself by mixing and matching the difference colors, styles, etc then it's the right place to shop. If you're looking to get help you might as well go to Lowes or a mom and pop shop where associates care a little bit more. read more
