I cannot say enough about Sarah who had work with me to help design a kitchen and was extremely patient through the many revisions I was making ! She did the best she could for prices, did not try to upsell anything just wanted to help me make my kitchen all that I wanted it to be was not pushy about making me choose extras or the most expensive things. I think I must've taken up at least six hours of her time. She never made me feel rushed or not important it was a very busy store but she always found time. The design service's are unmatched, Scott worked hard designing our kitchen but some very important key features were missed during initial quote: We requested pullouts on our bar side drawers, an under the cabinet lazy susan wasn't added, pull outs in pantry where missed either to keep numbers low or simply missed? So a quote of 15k jumped to over 20k and just imagining installers who didn't do proper measurements in the first place - coming out to do an install without our expected cabinetry what would have happened? I have read some of the issues when something goes wrong and was more than a little shocked!!! from getting the wrong color cabinets to all types of issues getting kicked out of store for complaining and police called?? Really? Not sure who does business in this manner, we really wanted to work with Scott but cabinets to go needs to address these complaints in a proper manner, more importantly their discounted prices of 40% are misleading and the same as other company's standard prices backed up with a Better business F rating not good! More important high pressure sales tactics of you have to sign by certain dates which are the next day leave a sour taste and has me wondering is this to lock someone in before they can research their company and compare? Also had scott offer a 15% off for a single feature to give a favorable reveiw on google amd here because their reviews are so horrible. I had molly from cabinets to go reach out with some canned response of how sorry they are that was treated poorly, or that they missed something which is absolute bullsh*t! They don't care that they misslead or messed up your home they simply wanna seem like they care, which they don't cause they want to appear as they do here in front of all these potential customers to make it seem like they are attempting to make things right? but it's all just for show!!! They gave me an estimate, saying I had chosen the most expensive option (the glossy ones), so I asked them what was the difference with the textured ones, they responded "it's the same price". The I asked them when do you have a sale? (It was Memorial Day) so she tells me it starts this Friday. They announced in their website they will be having 35% off and if it was more than $7,000 you can get an extra 5%. So on Friday I ask her to give me the estimate considering the discount and she responds me "THE ESTIMATE I GAVE YOU WAS CONSIDERING THE DISCOUNT "!! So they are NOT HONEST. read more

Do Not use this company. I never write poor reviews. This company deserves a really bad review. I was told that the cabinets had to made in TN to ship down so we had to wait. I opened and read the directions and immediately knew Phillipines, India, China or somewhere like that. They did not even update the instructions. It is kind of figure it out as you go, the instructions are completely useless. I made the mistake of buying something with drawers. The instructions don't include the newer update to hide the screw head. At this point I am getting a level to install drawers that have no predrilled leveled hole for the tracks. The tracks don't fit around the locking mechanism. Looks like I will have to take it apart again to make the tracks fit. I spoke to some guy that was supposed to help me. Told me there were YouTube videos. Tried to return. Nope. You opened it, it yours. If I want IKEA I would have paid a third the price and gone there. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! read more

Avoid this business at all costs. I have 50 years of cabinet experience. I ordered 3 kitchen cabinets thankfully didn't order the entire kitchen , and they came in defective with gaps in the rear panels. The store samples I was shown did not have these gaps. I went to the store and was told by a rude employee he couldn't help and to call customer care. Customer Care falsely blamed my assembly and just wanted to close the case.went back to store and they stated a quality control issue but never got a response. Back to store again and got same rude employee says nothing he can do, so I request a refund and he says not authorized to give refund and doesn't know who can authorize refund. After Google review I was contacted by company representative and sent all required info and still no response. I walked into Cabinets To Go and was surprised at the level of service provided. The staff was extremely patient listening to my wants. Together we designed my moms dream kitchen and bathrooms. The price wasn't the cheapest but far from expensive. The quality and performance features were more then expected. Soft close doors and drawers. Solid wood throughout. To say I am happy with their products is secondary to the wonderful staff. It's said that you can have the best product but if your people are not up to par you will not be in business long. We are thrilled with our beautiful new kitchen and feel so fortunate to have walked into the Cabinets to Go showroom in Boynton Beach FL. We had first spoken to a few contractors who didn't want to be bothered with renovating a small kitchen on a small budget. We rejected the particle board cabinets offered by the big box stores and other discount kitchen outlets. We were impressed that Cabinets To Go offered sturdy, high quality plywood cabinets with hardwood door frames for a price that fit our budget. I emailed their corporate office and was relieved to learn that all their cabinets are CARB 2 compliant (meeting California standards for low formaldehyde). The idea of installing a new kitchen was overwhelming and we didn't know where to start. We were pleasantly surprised by the individual attention and guidance we received from Andra, our designer. Can't say enough good things about him-- he clearly loves his work, has a wealth of design experience, and is also very creative, talented, patient and generous with his time. He even gave us his cell phone number to text him with any concerns, and he responded promptly. We never felt rushed and always felt heard and taken seriously. He responded to our requests for advice on the smallest details, such as choosing backsplash tile, and his suggestions were very much in tune with what we were looking for. Our tiny kitchen was definitely a design challenge. Our goal was to add a dishwasher, microwave, and French door refrigerator to a narrow 8' x 9' kitchen, while still having enough storage space and avoiding a crowded feeling. That's where Andra's creativity came in; for example, he designed a 42 inch long sideboard for storage, using 12" wide upper cabinets as a base. Now the kitchen actually seems more spacious and has more counter space than before. We appreciate the neat paneled look and extra space provided by the large storage cabinet over the refrigerator. The design that Andra created for our kitchen worked beautifully and everything fit perfectly. He coordinated with the cabinet installers, who were extremely meticulous in both measuring and installing the cabinets. The result was a very professional and polished look. We liked that Cabinets To Go provides one stop shopping for both cabinets and countertop. We laid out about 20 countertop samples and compared them to the sample cabinet door. Andra helped us narrow down the counter selections and we were very pleased with our ultimate decision. We chose a beautiful Calacatta ochre quartz, which is extremely durable and easy to clean. Both the cabinet and the counter installers were very accessible and responsive to our needs. Everything happened according to schedule with no delays. Cabinets to Go provided the quality products, personal attention and responsiveness of a private contractor for a reasonable price. No complaints at all-- we found them to be a well run organization that puts the customer first. Before I wrote this review I read the reviews and frankly I thought they were talking about another cabinet shop. Michael the sales person was great as we modified the design 3-4 times and he had yo re-quote each time. The delivery was on the date promised and very professional. Our contractor thought these were the easiest to put together cabinets he ever worked on. The installed seamlessly and were surprising very well made. We were renovating my mother in laws kitchen and the cabinets are far superior to those that were installed when it was bought 20 years ago. I highly recommend you considering the product. I don't know about any of the other sales people, but Michael is a pro. read more

Cabinets do not wear well. They were not installed very well. We notice a lot of inconstancies and poor techniques after a year

Do not go here. We paid $99 for someone to come out and measure and then nothing. We were told the manager was on leave and nothing can be done. They will not refund us our money back. Reporting them to Better Business Bureau. read more

I will not be using this location again. The sales people do not give realistic timeline on when your items will arrive and took a long time to get our plans correctly done. So this review is not going to seem real. From the time we bought our cabinets to installation was two weeks and half ( this also includes one week delay due to a damaged framed) . Yvonne from excel and Vivian from cabinets to go in Boynton have been wonderful. Let me not forgot Angle from excel did such a wonderful job at installing the cabinet that our counter fabricator complement how good the installation was. Ps. You also have to have a Realistic time line and expectations. Also expect some delays, nothing is perfect. I was very informed and kept good communication with everyone. It so happened that installation and stone fabricator were awesome in scheduling. read more

Very poor customer service @ Boynton Beach store. Female Salesperson told me on Tues. March 1 @ 3 pm, she would check availability for cabinets I planned to order and call me later that day. Three days later, I called her on Friday morning Mar 4 to find out that she checked the warehouse, found out that style is not available, but FORGOT to call me back to let me know.
