After some impressive positives with Creation, I am ultimately very disappointed with the quality…read moreand follow up regarding fabrication of my kitchen quartzite countertops. This was a major job. On the positive side, Ashley, who unfortunately is no longer with the company, was phenomenal in assisting with the layout and templating of the design for both the countertops and walls. Then came the negatives: First, the initial installers were a disaster as they intended to power saw the stone right in the kitchen with almost no protection. I had to stop them, complained to Creation, and was sent their 'A' team that was excellent (cutting equipment was set up in the yard, proper coverage was installed etc.). However, once the counters were installed, the second problem arose as it became clear that the fabrication of the edges was seriously flawed. I sent pictures to Jessica, she agreed that the work was unacceptable, and to Creation's credit, they completely re-fabricated the edges at their own cost, mitering them with phenomenal matching of the veins in the quartzite. I was so impressed and grateful to Jessica for taking responsibility and curing the flawed fabrication that I had planned to use Creation for my next major bathroom renovation (Jessica and I had been selecting the stone) until I experienced the third problem. Over the past several months, I have noticed that the mitered edges are substantially chipped, and worse, that there is increasing discoloration along the edges. This discoloration shows most prominently on the tops of the counters. The counters have been installed for two years. The kitchen has had very little use as I was away for a good part of that time, and I am the only one who uses the kitchen, cooking and cleaning. I contacted Jessica, sent her photos, and assured her that no harsh cleaning products were used. She suggested that moisture may have seeped in through the mitered joints and that her workers may have to use a tool to dry it out. I also spoke with a contractor who suggested that the edges may not have been sealed properly. Unfortunately the two workers who arrived, speaking little English, indicated, as far as I could understand, that they did not know how to correct the problem. I then spoke with their supervisor who said that he would send another team. The following day I received a message from Jessica saying that the project was out of the 1 year warranty, and that Creation would not be sending a team to address the problem. To date, to my huge disappointment, the discoloration continues to spread with no further response from Creation, and therefore the 1 star rating.

I hate writing a negative review, but in this case I feel compelled to do so…read more. BE WARNED AND STAY AWAY from NATURE OF MARBLE!!! They REFUSE to stand behind their products! . They sold us a DEFECTIVE marble slab for our kitchen counter as it wasn't SEALED PROPERLY? After barely a week or two, we quickly noticed our brand new marble kitchen counters had a major flaw.. While it may look terrific at 1st glance, we discovered that it is flawed .. Every mark, water stain, fault, OR blemish quickly rares it's ugly head and it is IMPOSSIBLE to remove any marks stains etc .( Instead we will now have to spend an additional $1,000 probably every year or two to RESEAL the entire kitchen counter top !) The Restoration company later told us this marble SHOULD NEVER BE USED FOR COUNTERS. It was meant for walls or something that's not used OR exposed very much Our Sales rep Hadi, assured us that as long as it was sealed by Nature of Marble . It would be terrific .We were grossly mislead... It was clearly NOT sealed properly !! After we complained their response was to run away and hide behind the words "AS IS" on our contract .... No recourse what so ever period.. No refunds, credits etc BUT we instead MUST PAY 100% UP FRONT , and TRUST THEM to seal it properly... which clearly they failed miserably to do !!? They did nothing at all to help us I would never go back there and hope anyone reading this has the intelligence to take your business someplace else? Larry

I have been working with them for over 15 years and have never had an issue with tile orders, quality, or service. One of the reasons I continue to go back is the incredible selection. Their showroom has a wide variety of beautiful, quality tile, and I appreciate having that level of choice right here in Palm Beach without having to drive to Miami. For me, Padron has consistently been a reliable and convenient place to find great tile. I have also always had a positive experience with their staff. The Padron family has been friendly and welcoming over the years, even recognizing me and engaging with me after long periods between visits. Sue and Lisette have been there for over 19 years, which says a lot. You do not keep long-term staff like that unless people are being treated well. Thank you to Padron and your team for the fantastic showroom, beautiful variety of tiles, and great service. Karen Morris

Grandview is an appropriately named store if you need a new kitchen…read more My new kitchen is now Grand and the View is gorgeous! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. The team worked swiftly and with the care and precision you could only dream of for people working in your home. Best of all, the project came in ON BUDGET and was completed AHEAD OF SCHEDULE! I cannot say enough good things about Grandview Kitchens! If you're even considering a kitchen project of any size or scale, call Susana. You will not regret it! Andrew S. 12/1/2021

The person they used to come out and install everything ( Frank) was another issue. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.
