After agreeing to replace them when they came back out 3 frames were damaged again. After waiting over a week for them when I went to pick them up all that was there was the wood for the frame unassembled. When you pay for prehung doors the expectation is that they will be preying. When asked what they could do about it they said it would take 4 weeks to have them prepared. Since we are in the middle of a build that was not an option and we had to take them unassembled and assemble ourselves. Thru all of this not once were we called to communicate to us what was happening with our order or delivery. We needed to track them down each time. Some are so badly installed the wind or water come true from the sides. My screen from the sliding door is still not installed due to poor installation of the frame. From the 4 "properly" installed windows, 3 are picture window. The last one installed properly, the frame is cracked. It's been 6 month. 84 Lumber came 3 times inspecting the windows. The last time Dalton Dierker the "Boss" of the branch in Riviera Beach came and told us they will fix the situation, but all 84 Lumber is doing right now is blaming the builder.
