I have never been to this particular area; tucked behind 95 in an industrial zone, we passed an adult bookstore and an rv lot in a poorly lit, very dark area, and I felt a little nervous- but trusty google maps directed us correctly to the very large parking lot and huge warehouse/store. As my husband and I entered the building, I realized that this huge store would allow us lots of time to peruse and browse, as we faced many rows of materials. We asked a helpful store associate where we could find what we were looking for: vinyl flooring. We found our section easily and stared at a beautiful large display of different samples of the kind of flooring we wanted: waterproof. An employee walked by and we stopped him so that we could find out more info. He told us that the display we were looking at was very old, with none of those pieces in stock at all. He advised us to look for the boxes behind each display to know what amount of flooring was currently in stock. This info was invaluable and narrowed our search down tremendously. Even with these limitations, Floor & Decor still had a ton of options. It was fairly easy to narrow down our choices based on availability and price, denoted with easy to read signs. There were lots of affordable options and several on clearance or on sale. I could not tell the difference between the cheapest and the most expensive, so I was just going by looks alone. In less than 30 minutes, we had looked at every sample, picked out our top 5, taken pictures, and sent everything to our contractor, who purchased our top choice directly from this store in a matter of days. As we were leaving, we took a detour to another aisle, and immediately became engrossed in all the beautiful tile displays. Seeing marble, granite, stone, and other materials up close was surreal and rather beautiful. At the front of the store, we found lot of already-built demo pieces, with beautiful little vignettes of stylish decor and floor and backsplash and everything all tied together. I was wowed by some of the designs and contrasts of materials. I am so used to seeing the same backsplashes and tiles that I really had no idea so many options existed. I would return to this store in a heartbeat the next time I need flooring, which hopefully is not for a very long time! Not a bad date night either LOL.

Value at that late stage didn't really matter, but it was reasonably priced.

The manager seemed to completely disregard Ali's mistake, just passing the blame onto us as it 'was in the contract' and blaming COVID. Ali ordered 186pc of tile instead of 186sqft, so this error was clearly on her, we even had our contractor sit down with her to ensure there was no mistakes like this. We do a lot of remodels and this is unfortunate because we were looking forward to working with them in the future. Were still waiting on our cabinets so I will update this review as we go, but so far this has been a miserable experience with Pro Source of Palm Beach. *Also there floor samples do not match what is delivered, see photos below! From the time we walked into Grandview with only questions and curiosity, Susana and her team gave us VIP treatment. From the design phase all the way through completion, I never had a concern or worry about timing, materials, installation, subcontractors or any other detail associated with the project. Ours was not just a simple cabinet replacement job. We needed a complete overhaul! Susana walked us through the entire design process with skill and expertise. The job included having mirrors removed (a lot of them!) a wall removed, soffit removed, ceiling replaced, complete cabinet removal and installation, island installation, granite countertop installation floor tiles, new backsplash and more. We needed Susana's expert GC and his plumber, tile expert, counter installation company and electrician. Each step of the way was extraordinarily smooth. We were consulted on every detail. He did a shitty job, Suzanne fixed as much as she could and worked with us but this guy left wires in the wall that apparently was the main gfi, that eventually had to be cut out. Then he left a cut out hole in the cabinet above the microwave because he had originally installed them to far to one side and had to be removed and reinstalled and then we still have the cord to the microwave rolled up in the cabinet so you can really only use one side of it. Needless to say working with him was a headache.

Their lack of quality control and accountability turned a straightforward shower installation into a loss of more than $10,000. They installed my shower valve incorrectly and closed the wall without catching the error, leaving my new shower inoperable and voiding the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, a 3rd party licensed contractor and plumber all confirmed the incorrect installation and that proper testing should have caught the problem before the wall was tiled. When I requested progress photos and pressure-test documentation, none was provided. When I requested resolution, none was provided. Because my matching tile size had been discontinued, reopening the wall required demolishing and rebuilding the shower enclosure. I paid another plumber and tile contractor $10,618.27 to correct their work and restore my shower. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company provided no repair plan or resolution. After nearly two months, the owner contacted me only after I called the company's insurance broker to file a claim. He argued that I had ordered the wrong valve--even though the manufacturer confirmed that I had not--and still offered no resolution. When I said I would file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, he accused me of "defamation" and said he would "make sure this goes to court." A plumbing mistake is bad enough. Refusing to take responsibility and leaving a customer with more than $10,000 in damages is far worse.
