We selected the perfect marble slab, and the replacement installation was completed within the week. We are so delighted with our new countertops that I couldn't wait to share the news. People who were going to help (who said it would be no problem to clean) never showed up and eventually we were told they no longer work there. No one seemed to care anymore. They were the 3rd company I got a quote from and I'm so happy I waited & found them! Here's why: PROS: - The initial call was thorough and not rushed. James - a licensed electrician - was very kind and started the process by asking for pics to get an idea for a quote which he quickly provided - Days later James' repair specialist, Xavier, came to do the work. He was a lively, smiley and incredibly polite character who explained the process of the project every step of the way - Xavier manoeuvred expertly through the attic into areas other workers had said was too narrow - Hours later, an outlet was installed and connected to a new switch on the electrical panel (a relatively short amount of time to be honest!) - All dust & debris in the washroom where the work was completed as well as out in the garage where the attic was being used was cleared and swept... Xavier did this without being required to, asked or prompted - The cost of the job was in the range of but still below what the other electricians were charging - The work was done perfectly I won't hesitate to call these guys in the future or recommend them to others and neither should you. The second project was in a garage conversion and installed in a timely manner. After the install I realized that the garage floors were about as level as the ocean in 3 foot seas I reached back out to them. Called to ask why the floors were installed and the level wasn't checked before install. LVT is has pretty strict tolerances the manufacture puts out to avoid failures down the line and to adhere to the manufacturers warranty. In prior houses the installers would check the level of the floors and perform the necessary steps to make sure the floors could be installed. Their initial quote included the following as well "Any unforeseen floor prep or labor will be determined upon installation and billed accordingly. " Someone from We'll Floor U came out after a couple calls and insisted the floors were fine and there would be no issues. Even as they watched a marble roll across two rooms at speed. They said they could remove the floor, level them and reinstall the floors. We would only have to pay for the leveling. Cool a couple $30-$50 dollar bags of leveler spread over a 20x40 room, shouldn't be that expensive. Nope, the quoted us a couple thousand dollars to spread the leveler. Clearly they were trying to charge us for their mistake. Needless to say it didn't happen. So here we are, patiently waiting for our LVT floors to separate and fail as we bounce up and down on the soft spots on the unlevel subfloor. Do yourself a favor and skip this place when shopping for new floors.
