WARNING TO POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS: I DO NOT RECOMMEND Vuksani Service Group DBA Michael Caputo…read morePlumbing . Their lack of quality control and accountability turned a straightforward shower installation into a loss of more than $10,000. They installed my shower valve incorrectly and closed the wall without catching the error, leaving my new shower inoperable and voiding the manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer, a 3rd party licensed contractor and plumber all confirmed the incorrect installation and that proper testing should have caught the problem before the wall was tiled. When I requested progress photos and pressure-test documentation, none was provided. Because my matching tile size had been discontinued, reopening the wall required demolishing and rebuilding the shower enclosure. I paid another plumber and tile contractor $10,618.27 to correct their work and restore my shower. Despite repeated calls, texts, and emails, the company provided no repair plan or resolution. After nearly two months, the owner contacted me only after I called the company's insurance broker to file a claim. He argued that I had ordered the wrong valve--even though the manufacturer confirmed that I had not--and still offered no solution. When I said I would file a complaint with the Florida DBPR, he accused me of "defamation" and said he would "make sure this goes to court." A plumbing mistake is bad enough. Refusing to take responsibility and leaving a customer with more than $10,000 in damages is far worse.

I spoke with Rachel to set up the appt, but it ended up being more than just a quick conversation to schedule appt. We talked about the process of the lining, the repair, and we talked about kids and life, as well. It was like I knew her a very long time. I made the appt for the camera. While at the home after the camera inspection, Ryan told me there was a blockage and the camera did not go all the way through. It was as bad as I expected, and I was really nervous. The video was submitted to Dan. Dan called me and went through a thorough explanation of what they do and what needed to be done to repair and line the pipes. After speaking with Dan, my nerves were calmed. I felt I made the right choice in calling and using Kwik Plumbers. He offered me a fair price and worked with me as we were repeat customers of theirs. The guys came out and worked hard for a week, got me up and running. Thank to Steve and Ryan the experience was not nearly as awful as I feared. They are a hands-on company, willing and able to answer any questions and take care of any issues. Thanks Kwik team!!

My recent interaction with them however proved me to be naive. I was supposed to get a quote in February to Redo some plumbing work that was never quite right with the house. It was dripping into the first floor ceiling. The company sent 2 workers to my home, which is great because you don't want one man trying to lift and remove a heavy toilet. These young men were clean and well groomed and they were polite; they even wiped their shoes when they came in my house. Not only did they get the job done quickly (I hate paying for people to stand around and gab or check their Facebook when I'm paying by the hour). Oh and my favorite thing; they had what they needed to get the job done on the truck. No leaving to go to the part store!! After they were done the completely cleaned up. No water was left on the floor and no tile grout (removed to lift the pot) was scattered around. It was like they were never there. Thank you for being professional.
