i own a rental property in Florida which I come to Florida half the year, I had a water heater problem so I called a plumber and he said I needed a new water heater $2500. so I called for another quote and I called Mickeys Plumbing and Mike came out and checked the water heater and found out it was a loose wire he fixed it in 5 minutes. Have I not called Mickeys Plumbing I would have been scammed and bought a new water heater for $2500. Thank God I called Mickeys Plumbing. Highly recommend them. read more

I will never use them again! Their work does not last and end up costing you more and damages. They refuse to take responsibility for work that was only done 4 months ago and want to charge me to fix a problem that they created. Instead of taking accountability and show integrity like their mission statement, the owner makes false assumptions to deflect. A licensed plumber from a reputable company came out today and based on their diagnosis, they didn't use the right plumbing glue to secure the P-Trap and nor did they cut the pipe straight leading to the issues that we have. I agree with the March 30, 2026 post. They did a bad job and as stated "refuse to take responsibility". They installed a hot water heater and the tech failed to close the drain valve. Several hours after installation water was gushing out flooding my garage. My wife and I spent several hours cleaning up and the water damaged a storage cabinet. The president of the company was very rude and inspire of request for compensation for the damage they have done nothing. read more

Really liked that I wasn't just given some huge window of time they would come. I said I was available after 3 pm same day I called and they said someone would be there between 3 and 4. Daniel was the tech who came to solve the mystery of the Rinnai tankless water heater which was shutting off at seemingly random times. Mickey's did not do the initial installation and the plumber who did the pipe fitting couldn't figure out the problem. Daniel took off the cover, noticed that there was moisture (!) inside the unit are realized that there was a water issue leaking on top of the unit (it's inside) and causing the "short" and shut off. I had the roof patched the same day and have not had a problem since. So, many thanks to Daniel and Mickey's Plumbing. read more

I have never dealt with such a bitter, condescending, unprofessional, (the list goes on), representative at any company. It is also extremely evident that Jessica has absolutely NO knowledge of this field and has NO ability to communicate effectively regarding the actual scope of work, or anything related to it. Our friends rented a house for February to escape the cold and invited us for a visit. While there the kitchen sink started leaking and water was everywhere. We couldn't find the shutoff and were unable to reach the owner. We saw a sticker under the sink w/ Mickey's number so we called them. They were there within an hour. Guy shows up to do quote for a few repairs. Comes back the next day bc he doesn't have one of the parts (for the major repair). Shows up WITHOUT IT AGAIN and has me run across town to a local store to find the part myself all while sitting in his truck in front of my house. Than left bc he was " doing me a favor by not charging me for any more time". Charged me for the time he basically did nothing for. And then I got stuck watching YouTube videos for hours to attempt it myself before I gave up and tried to get one of them back over here. Was told "we'll contact you shortly when we can get someone else out there". Never got a call. Ended up calling another company. Was a loyal customer for years. NEVER again though. I scheduled an appointment with this company. They gave me a time frame of 8am to 9am. At around 8:30am I placed one call to confirm my appointment and was greeted with disrespect. The person who answered stated "what do you want, it must be an emergency if you are calling so many times." Note that this was the first phone call i had placed. They then proceeded to tell me that the plumber would arrive at around lunch time, approximately 3 hours after my scheduled appointment. They allegedly attempted to call my phone several times. I called them back at noon to see if they ever called and explained that my wife has been at home all day waiting for them. My wife contacted them to make the appointment and the same employee proceeded to disrespect her as well. Stating that our appointment was not at 8am and that we are the ones in the wrong. The employee spoke down to my wife in a condescending manner. My wife asked to be treated fairly and for the employee to stop giving attitude. The employee told us to find a different plumber. Attached is the message from the company showing my appointment time. I took time off of work to be there and not only did they not show up but they blamed us. Can't say enough how professional Dan and Brian (technicians/plumbers) are. I've used Mickey's Plumbing several times. I highly recommend Mickey's Plumbing. I rarely write any reviews, but felt this company deserved an awesome review. I was first recommended to the company by the natural gas company. On the current visit today Dan showed up at my home within a few hours (literally within a few hours) after I arrived back in town and didn't have hot water, and couldn't take a shower. Both Dan and Brian (who previously came to my home) are very knowledgeable about Rinnai tankless hot water heater and gas lines. This visit Dan efficiently fixed the problem like a pro with no hassle in much less than an hour. He had to take the whole tankless hot water heater unit apart and replace a factory defective part. The service call was reasonably priced. Also, much thanks to Jessica has always been extremely nice to me on the phone, and in setting up appointments. read more

These guys are total scam artists. I live out of town and I contracted them to fix a leaky sink in my West Palm condo as well as fix a leaky toilet. My tenant cleared her schedule to accommodate them and they came to fix fix the problems. I was charged $400. They told me that they replaced everything under the sink. It still leaked. They sent out someone else, not a plumber, but a technician. He said he put silicon tape on it. It still leaks. Now they want to come out again, I said just refund that part of the job and they refuse. I had the association plumber take a look and he said they didn't do anything! Firstly, when I called a real person answered the phone and she was very pleasant, helpful and efficient. Secondly, I was able to send a photo of our plumbing problem and someone actually looked at it and was prepared for the job. Scheduled an appointment with Mickey's plumbing to replace an expansion tank on a water heater. No one ever showed up during my 12-4 scheduled time. Called at 4pm to see where they were. The lady who answered the customer service line said the tech had called me. I received no call and no message. Once the Plumber called me back he stated the shop was closed and then tried to talk me out of replacing the tank with out ever seeing my water heater. It is obvious that Mickeys doesn't value their customers or need our business. I do not recommend Mickeys as they never showed up and tried to diagnose my plumbing issues sight unseen. read more

I've used this company twice this month. The company did quality work both times. The first was for a toilet fix. They cancelled on me the day of the appointment and rescheduled for the next day. When they came to fix the toilet, they did it quick, the guy was professional, and the price was reasonable. The second time was to put in a new kitchen sink. The guy came on time, and was professional. He quoted me a price of $659! This was to replace all the valves, put in new sink and faucet. My sink was missing a part and the guy went to Home Depot to purchase it. Everything was great but the price to put in that sink was too high. But it was quality work. I would suggest them for small fixes, due to the pricing. read more

NEVER AGAIN!!!! I called yesterday because I simply had a question about a sink THEY INSTALLED for me a few weeks ago. Immediately after the new sink was installed (the same style and shape as my old one) and they reconfigured the plumbing underneath the sink (which they said they need to do) I started having some problems with the water from the disposal coming up into the other side of the sink which never happened before. Yesterday the receptionist said she would inquire and get back to me which she never did. This morning, with absolutely no notice a plumber shows up at my door saying he was from Mickey's plumbing. I told him I never scheduled an appointment and never heard back from the receptionist and he said "well you are on my work order". I allowed him in just thinking he would take a quick look at how the pipes had been reconfigured underneath to make sure all was as should be. He then said everything looked fine, so I said ok fine thank you, but he wouldn't leave. Then he said well let me check the drain real quick, he put a snake in the clean out right under the sink and said nothing was there. I said ok fine and he still wouldn't leave, then he wanted to run the water, turn on the dishwasher etc - wasting my time. He also would not shut up! He was asking me 50 ?s - why are you selling your house? Where are you moving to? Where are you from? Are you looking for a quick sale? What is that building in the back yard? Do you have allergies - OMG!!!! Then after telling me NOTHING and wasting my time he hit me with a bill of $125.00 !!! It took him 10 minutes to diddle around under the sink and he charged me for an hour service call. I called the office and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told the supervisor was "on another call" and would call me back. She never returned my call and then when I called again later today I was told by there answering service that EVERYONE was gone until Monday. A total scam! read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have listened to the reviews before I called these people. We needed them to unclog a bathroom sink at one of our stores. First, they come whenever they want and when you have clients and store hours you have to work around that. Second, the plumber said he would be back on Monday to fix the issue, never showed, never called. I called the main office, the ladies there are nice but they have no clue what the plumbers out in the field are doing, they have no control over them and any promises of trying to make it right is just a waist of time. Finally a week later, they send a plumber and he calls me to complain about needing to be in the bathroom while a client gets her facial done. OF COURSE! They come to relax, not hear the plumber banging on pipes, we had to give the client a free facial and an apology. Then he calls our offices to complain about waiting, well excuse me. They were supposed to fix the issue a week ago. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, OTHER GOOD COMPANIES AVAILABLE, DON'T PUT YOURSELF THROUGH THIS HEADACHE. read more
